Compromising
Relationships no matter how good are inevitably a series of compromises but how much of our self's should we be willing to sacrifice for the other person before we stop being ourselves? In a relationship, when dose the art of compromise become compromising?

When Did It All Change?
When you're young, your whole life is about the pursuit of fun. Then, you grow up and learn to be cautious. You could break a bone or a heart. One Week Today With The Kids...
At times it has been hard and I know that its gonna be like this for a while. Sometime I get frustrated but I have to remember that their daddy dont want them and their momma cant take care of them right now. Ok, so earlier I was here talking to some people when my phone rang. It was a good friend of mine who runs a local coffee shop that does poetry slams on saturdays. Something New
Well I am not sure why I am bloging about this here I guess its just a place I can put my thoughts down and have a few friends to talk to about them. I met a really sweet guy about a week ago. It Ain't Easy Bein' Me! Part 2
I just noticed my FUBAR Horoscope (FUBroscope?) for today. Sagittarius. Hurt Feelings And Angry

Uncle Joe Morley
Hi my name is Tabitha and today i am writing about my uncle joe from missisippi. He was a wonderful man he would give his shirt off his back to help u. I got the phone call today from my mom about my Uncle Joe. He got on top of his house to cut down a limb and fell off. He stopped breathing they rushed him to Gulfport Mississippi to the hospital. I just heard from a friend hes getting a divorce with his wife. They were my neighbors and very good people. I'm obviously happy that they are going to remain friends. They have no kids. I'm kinda finding myself scared of the whole divorce issue. The divorce ratio was around at one point maybe 2O-30 percent now more or less 60 percent. Off & On Today
Well will be off and on today. My little girl has been sick. She was running a temp this morning and still is. I took her to the doctors today and she has tonsilitis and the begining of bronchitis. You know thinking today about all the loved ones I have lost in the last 7 years. Seven years ago I had two parents, and two grandparents who I had grown up with my whole life. Ok, now I'm pissed and elated at the same time. In 2002, Pontiac announced the permanent retirement of the Firebird. Although it was a sad event, considering it had been the longes running line in GM's history alongside the Camaro, I was kind of happy. The firebird has been my favorite car since I was little. When you hate on someone it just means you are simple minded and ignorant to everything around you. Over the years the conversation varies from person to person but the main thrust always comes down to person a is in a bind emotionally... First Night
Wow graves are an experience. This is for sure. I did really well til about 3 am when my eyes started to look like I was smoking weed and all my co workers started to ask why I wasn't sharing. LMAO! There is definitely a wide variety of people in a casino...guess I never noticed cuz I was always the one drinking and gambling. Even saw a couple a barely dressed drunk Nevada call girls looking for some action ... that were so nicely escorted off the property by security. Yup that's what it's all about. THe willingness to forgive someone you love for a mistake they made. I'll admit I'm not perfect I have made some mistakes. So sweet and savory. Ingredients 2 lbs. boneless chicken pieces 1 C. packed brown sugar 2/3 C. vinegar 1/4 C. lemon-lime soda 2-3 Tbs. minced garlic 2 Tbs. soy sauce 1 tsp. black pepper Directions Place chicken in crockpot. I just spoke with Mina a few minutes ago. She is in immense pain and the doctor won't give her any pain medication. She is supposed to be released tomorrow but I don't think that is going to happen. Today one of my assistants brought in his 3 month old son to work. This is the first time that I had seen the baby and the first time that I had held a baby in my arms in probably 4 years. It was definitely a strange feeling. I was a little scared. I had to ask my assistant if I was holding the baby right. It was at that moment I realized… I’m 33 and I’m embarrassed that I had to ask how to hold a baby. Oh my god. There was a point in my life where holding a child was natural to me. What Good Is Calculus Anyway?
In a rhetorical question and note to self... calculus - Why? I have never been a math god and I know very few who are so this calculus thing is really difficult. I spend at least 2 hours a day on math homework and I know I spent 4 hours on it Friday. I don't like math. Now I have to get a tutor, still more math and this is just the pre-calc class... but if I don't take it now, I won't have calc next semester and that will mess with entry to the grad program. Kung Pao Chicken
Ingredients 12 oz. boneless chicken breasts (about 3 halves) 1 dried red chili 1 1/2 Tbs. peanut oil 1/3 C. shelled peanuts 2 Tbs. water 2 Tbs. dry sherry 1 Tbs. soy sauce 1 Tbs. chili bean sauce 1 tsp. sugar 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 scallions, chopped 1 tsp. grated ginger 2 tsp. rice or cider vinegar 1 tsp. sesame oil Directions Dice the chicken into 1 in. cubes. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet and add the chili. Add the chicken and peanuts, and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked. Add the remaining ingredients, except the sesame oil and bring to a boil. Cook for a few minutes. Add the sesame oil and serve on white rice. Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients 2 C. long grain rice, washed 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tbs. canola oil Crisp cooked vegetables, such as carrots, green peas, broccoli 4-6 Chinese sausage links, cut into 1/4-inch pieces Salt 1 1/2 Tbs. soy sauce 1 1/2 Tbs. fish sauce 1 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro Black pepper 2 large eggs, beaten Directions Wash rice and cook, using slightly less water than package recommends. Set aside cooked rice. In large skillet, heat 1 Tbs. oil and add minced garlic and cooked vegetables. Sauté until garlic is softened. Place in a bowl and set aside. Cook sausage pieces in skillet and drain on paper towels. Wipe excess grease from skillet with paper towel. Add cooked rice, vegetables, sausage, and mix well over medium heat. Add beaten eggs and stir until eggs are cooked. (Eggs may be cooked separately, cut up and added) Add salt to taste, soy sauce, fish sauce, cilantro and pepper. Yield: 4-6 servings

I was on one of my hardedt road missions the first time I heard this song. I had just returned from leave and was pretty fucked in the head to begin with. Luckily they knew this and sent my buddy Danny as my driver. This was the first all pagan wrecker crew they had sent out. Blood Tests

What do you think about pet names? Some people have, or have had them for me. I'm not really in the habbit of using them. I think maybe I should. I don't know. The Very First Appointment And How It Went.

Soldiers - Drowning Pool
These guys have my ultimate respect. They played for us in the desert, on CJ's birthday. even threw his cake on the crowd...lol. I think it was the wildest concert I've been to. Mosh pit on gravel, and such a small crowd for such a big band, though it lacked no intensity. I was blown away at how much they were in awe at being around us. These guys have so much respect for the troops. They spent hours after the concert taking pictures and signing autographs, just to make sure everybody got one. When they released "Soldiers", I knew exactly what they felt. This is one band that doesn't put themselves before their fans.

After 12 years in a relationship, I have spent this past year and half trying to get back into the dating scene. I am 51, and have found it so difficult to fit in..... My Mom
Well some good news..She is now home.She goes back monday to have the drain tube removed but she is happy to be home. Mike just started a week ago back up at the college and already he is bitching about Spanish. Now he has never taken any Spanish in High school. The instructor is trying to cram a 1 year course into a 10 week course, no way he is going to know all of that. Well we have to see things go by the time he takes his first test. As for me I am helping him since I go know some Spanish, but I am also am on vacation this quarter.

The Ambulance Ride Was Cool!
I was at work yesterday when I began to get a dull pain in my gut. Started out small, but by closing time, it had increased in intensity. I decided to stop off at the Urgent Care Clinic on my way home. Well, it turns out I had a Gall Bladder attack. I also have a Urinary Tract Infection AND an outer Ear infection!! Since I drove myself to the doctor, they couldn't give me anything narcotic for the pain, so they gave me an OTC shot of something. Immediately following that shot, my pain level increased from a 6 to an 9!! The only thing left for them to do was give me the narcotic, and send me to the ER in an ambulance. By time the EMT's got there, the drug had kicked in and I was flying high!! The 2 EMT's were very nice and I think they rather enjoyed delivering a happy, high patient to the hospital, for a change! Confused!!
The confusion I get from guys is worse than girl drama. I've been with Josh for about 2.5 months. We talk every night from 10pm-5am. Then he'll call me back at 7am and we'll talk until 8am. My Baby Boy
Today is a funny day. I have put my son on pottytraining. He is actually doing pretty good. His father pushed him into it this summer and he rebeled againt it for awhile but now he is doing it all by himself. He is such a big boy. He is two and he talks really good and tries to read already. he is mommies big boy. A month ago he came up to me and said that his name wasnt Johnie anymore but it wasnt Mommy's Baby boy! I cried. Just A Lil Update
I'm BACK!!! well kinda.... For those of you who don't already know My husband and I are getting divoced, and I recently moved back to my hometown. I live with my parent again :( and they have dial up which doesnt care for this site too much, but since I moved back I made a new friend and I come visit her on the weekends that Dustin has my son..and she has highspeed internet, So I will be here every once in a while. Things have been kinda hectic lately, but I am doing ok and working on getting back on my feet. I recently found a really wonderful job taking care of elderly people in there homes and have been able to put some money back. Anywayz. LETS PARTY!!!! I HAVE MISSED YOU GUYS!
