Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless chicken pieces
1 C. packed brown sugar
2/3 C. vinegar
1/4 C. lemon-lime soda
2-3 Tbs. minced garlic
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Place chicken in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover; cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles. To thicken sauce, combine 1 1/2 Tbs. cornstarch with 2 Tbs. water and add to pot.
