Had Job Interview Today
Well I had a job interview this afternoon today and I guess it went well. I've aplied for maintnence with Drury Inn. I was asked to return tomorrow for a 2nd interview with their lead maintnence man.. I also recieved a phone call today from my old supervisor with premier communications at which I installed and serviced directv equiptmet. I left that job back in december. I was spending entirely way too much money on gas with the driving I was having to do from one job to the next. Second Of Three Procedures
Well I had the second part done on my lower back. Things didn't go so well. Surgeon hit a spot on my spine and caused me to have a spinal headache within 3 seconds!!! It's worse than a migraine!!! So far nothing is helping with the pain but I'm trying to stay hopeful....please continue to keep me in your thoughts and prayers!! Don't even know how to start this one, was looking for something for one of my friends and came across something from Pita Ten (lol) in my stash. Then came across a Bill Withers song "Lean on me", got real sad. You see, this was a favorite song of me and my good friend in junior high. It's been 25 years and a summer I will never forget, for this is the year I lost four good friends. In the summer three of them to a drunk driver, worst part is my girlfriends mother was the one that served him his last drink. But Kerry Quinn, she was special, and we clowned around a lot, hung out y;know, stuff all teenagers do. It was no more than a month, in June, that Kerry was diagnosed with leukemia. It was in an advanced stage and she passed away soon after school began. At times like this I think of them, and feel sad for the years that they never had a chance to see, they were so young and vibrant. My friends, I still remember, and as long as I live, I always will. Paid Everything Off
Its been 2 yrs since I started all over...left everything I had(canopy bed,dressers,dinette, ent. center,tv,curio, bakers rack, dishes,the whole kit and kaboodle) aside from a car load when I relocated to this state,in the year I have been here I have fully furnished my place and gave everything I left behind to my daughter...replaced the dinette,the living room furniture,a 48 inch projection tv, ent center, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath fully furnished. Today I paid the last of the furnishings off and set up my patio with a chaise lounger,grill,chair,plant stand and bird feeder. Feels good even if Im strapped for 2 weeks ITS ALL PAID OFF!! Super Klutz Strikes Again...
Well holy schnikes. Just when I thought I was finally becoming more graceful, I have to go and prove just how much of a klutz I am. Either that, or show the world that I am starting to get old, haha. 9/11/01 I'll Never Forget!
Stephen Siller, beloved husband and father of five, was a firefighter from Squad 1, Park Slope Brooklyn. On 9/11, he was off-duty, and on his way to golf with his 3 older brothers. When Stephen heard on his scanner that the World Trade Center had been hit, he turned his vehicle around and headed towards the site. When his truck was prohibited from entering the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, typical of him, he raced on foot towards the site with his gear strapped to his back. He was last seen alive on West and Liberty Streets where he, more than likely, went looking for his Squad, all of whom perished.The Tunnel to Towers Run retraces Stephen’s footsteps on that fateful day. In running along his path, we honor the memory of all the Firefighters, Police, and EMS workers who performed their duty that day. Letter I Wrote To Msnbc Ripping Ann Currie
I am writing this letter to you in regards to Ann Currie's coverage on the tornado that hit the Boy Scout's camp in Blencoe,Iowa. To be perfectly frank, coverage is a serious overstatement. It nauseates me that this woman actually got paid to do nothing more than exploit a couple of frightened children for ratings. I Feel Completed Now, Well As Far As My Piercings Go!!
Well, I can finally say it... I feel completed now, well as far as my piercings go! I Got my Ears done x4 from the ages 14 - 18, I got my Navel done when I turned 40, I got my Nose done when I turned 42, I did my Nipples when I turned 44, and last but not least... I am still 44 and got my Hood pierced just yesterday.... 6/11/08. This is a big change too.... I was at 260 lbs last Septemeber around my birthday (9 - 25), I just went to the doctor on 6 - 9 I weighed in and I now weigh 195..... I lost a whopping 65 lbs. This is a true story. Last week was my 40th birthday and I really didn’t feel like waking up that morning. I have been buying all kinds of gear for my studio recently, i bought a sE Gemini tube microphone for recording vocals and acoustic guitars, it sounds absolutely amazing! (It should, it was really expensive) I also bought a Shure SM57 microphone for recording electric guitars, i havent tried it yet but this is like THE industry standard guitar amp microphone so it should get the job done.

Have you ever felt like you are invisable to all existance and the only time you are acknowledge is when someone wants something from you? I've been feeling like that a lot lately. i've been working a lot lately i think there was a slow build up of internet over stimulation coupled with more work to be done. so i disappeared from most places for a bit. things have been interesting/good as of late animating things, J3's ramp up for her gallery opening in august *wewt!*, got seeds in the ground for a container garden, seeds didnt grow so i'm going to retry with a different/ less from a book method this time. hrmmm... i recently got a buncha stuff from amazon. stuff that i'm calling the 'survive' LA summer items. a gas'less battery backup for when the rolling brownouts hit in july, a food dehydrator cause i constantly crave beef jerky in the summer, some survival books that i use to own but gave away so i rebought em, a mini hand crank battery charger that you can plug cell phones and similar small times into, and a very awesome inlakesh cd. i still plan on getting some battery powered fans, a big metal cooler for camping, and other camping re-supply items

Yup you heard right I got screwed over again in a relationship. My ex didn't even wait a week she waited maybe a day and is with someone else and is telling me that she still loves me. What the hell. I Feel Very Obstinate

My husband rob is one crazy man. He is right now spending time in jail. He is going to State Jail as soon as he signs for his time. I just found out that I am pregnant by him. We have been together over 7 months and this is the first time he has gone too jail sense we have been together. He is my everything and I don't want too loose him. I go see him everyday in the county jail. This is his third felony and he acutally got it down from 2yrs to 16 months to 10 months. Well I'm thinking of getting rid of my MacBook. The more I play with it, the more I don't like it. I miss a lot of the things on Windows. I've also been having problems with a few programs. My True Story!!!
When my youngest child was 2 years old, I came home from going to the store to find him hysterical & in tears one day! My hubby (ex now) told me a 'puppy' had been chasing my son around the trailer we lived @ nipping at the back of his diaper! The 'puppy' was fed & taken in by our family while I tried to find the owner of what I thought was a Husky or Malamute puppy, probably about 6-7 weeks old. No one ever claimed her so we named her 'Sheeba' & kept her!It wasn't til she was about 1 1/2 years old before I could afford to take her to a vet (money was very tight back then!) & he told he she was actually a wolf! It all made sense to me then, as the place we lived at was in the middle of a wooded area! I always thought she had a funny sounding bark & howl & then I knew why!!!

Salmonella In Dry Pet Food?
CDC links earlier Salmonella outbreak to dry dog food. Now we can add dog food to the list of foods that can harbor Salmonella, a common cause of serious food poisoning. The Centers for Disease Control for the first time has attributed a large Salmonella outbreak to contaminated dry dog food. The link was discovered through an investigation of a large multi-state Salmonella outbreak that occurred between 2006-2007. The outbreak affected at least 70 people across 19 states. Many suffered serious illness and some were even hospitalized. It's not clear how many of the cases were caused by eating the food and how many involved contamination of human food associated with handling the dog food. In any case, the incidents point to a need for greater pet food safety that goes beyond pet welfare alone. Dissapointment
I hate dissapointing people, especially ones i care about. Sometimes my brain just doesn't work. Maybe it's cause i'm selfish....and i'm not what i really think i am. dissapointing someone is worse than making someone angry. :( I would rather they be angry at me. Therefore people attempt to portrait themselves in the most appealing manor to this society, this is visible not only by those of us who display proudly our attractive body, but also by those of us who take a picture from above or only display photos of their face on the perfect light, all trying to hide our bodies because it does not meet what is socially appealing.

today i had to se my counselor. These are the days that really suck. I go in there wiht my mom to discuss anything and everything about the case and life in general. It really hard to sit in there and hear and feel the pain that i have caused. My mom in tears because of everything goin on. I can't freaking wait until tomorrow! Dez and I are heading off to Sanibel for a secret (ok, maybe since i've been shouting it from the rooftops it's not such a secret anymore) getaway to Sanibel Island! The only thing that sucks is that no one will cover me tomorrow night at work so we can't leave until 7. As many times as i've taken shifts you'd think one of them would be nice and take one for me. There Is No Subject

My Reunion
I have my 20yr HS reunion coming up this month. I am going to this one. It just amazes me that it's been 20 yrs! I can still remember HS with such clarity. So many times we go thru life and never fully realize or appreciate just how good things were when we were children. We all grow up, move along with life, start families, get jobs and go to college. But for many of us, our mind always wanders back to the days of HS, the friends we knew and loved, and the dreams we once had. As i was looking through my year book I came across a section that was a basic questionaire that every senior took. It asked things like: where do we want to go after HS? Where do we see ourselves living in the future? I had to laugh when reading some of the responses from my fellow seniors but the sad truth was that many were so much alike.
