Dead Inside
sometimes I feel so alone
nothing seems right
all we do is fight
when you are here
I feel like I am alone
dead inside
no love seems to live
in a shriveled beaten heart
pulled and twisted
torn and ripped
abused
no happiness can survive
pain is all that exists
the love once present
long faded to pain
feelings once cherished
long blown away
bent ring tells it all
nothing perfect ever will follow
happiness will be found
the day I end up
