The Hospital Visit
OK just to let yall know this is goin on myspace and fubar so if its kinda confusing thats why. not alot of ppl on fubar knew this but for a long time i was having trouble with my leg. Just Got Home
Hey everyone! We just got home last nite it was a pretty nice trip! My daughter is doin a lil better shes not runnin a fever anymore but still has this nasty ass cough! The kids were so excited to see grandma and grandpa! As soon as we got there they took off and we didnt see much of them. Well some of you already know that myself, my sister and my brother have started a non-profit organization. Well back in December we were told about a camp called Camp Janus that works with burn survivors. So we asked for an application to volunteer. We all filled one and and sent them in and i glad to say that we were chosen to go and help out with this camp. We have had an awesome time every time we go to the hospital to give out stuuffed animals and other things to these kids. So we are relly looking forward to going to this camp this weekend. While we are there we have been that there will be a TV network that maybe coming to do a story on the camp. Also there is a game show called YUCK that will be there doing games with the kids so there is a good possibility that we will be on TV. Lorry fuel price demo hits roads Convoys have blocked the A40 and disrupted M4 traffic in Wales Hundreds of lorry drivers angry at soaring fuel prices are protesting in London and along the M4 in Wales. I am almost done with first semester classes. I think that I am doing awesome in school. I was always told that i wouldn't amount to anything since I had a learning disability. It's sad because i thought my family was suppose to support me in everything that i did in life. I have been out of my parents house for 2 years. I am doing alot better than i was doing back when i was living with them. My mind is alot clearer now. I know what i want out of life. I am more focused on graduating with a 4.0 GPA.

For everyone wondering why my status is im on painkillers and im in pain and so on this is why.... I was comming outside saturday night after one of these stoves was burning for about 8 hours...I tripped and fell and burned about 50% of my right arm...I went to the hospital and found out i have 2nd degree burns and have to go to a burn treatment center for a few weeks....They said it shouldnt scar too much.....It was the worst pain I ever felt in my entire life...Im praying everything goes well...wish me luck

I had heard such good things about this movie, I couldn't wait to see it. I was never a fan of the comic book, found it boring, but had heard nothing but good things about the movie. Robert Downey Jr was great as Tony Stark, Iron Man's alter ego. Genius, Industrialist, cocky man about town...he nailed it. I really like Downey Jr as an actor, dating back from his brilliant work in Chaplin. Gwyneth Paltrow plays Pepper Potts, his assistant. She was okay. I liked the fact that they didn't go the total glamour route. I thought it could have been better casted, but part of that reasoning is I don't like Gwyneth Paltrow. She's a fine actress, and her average looks allowos her to do roles and be natural in them, I just don't like her. Jeff Bridges was great as his one time partner, then nemesis, Obidiah Stane. Good Morning. That was a great weekend. Funny how good weather makes for great times. Yesterday we did a little yard work and then just enjoyed the day for what it was. Thought about the various military personal still away from home and those that gave their all. My family have various military personal in just about all branches of the service all made it home from duty and those still in are in our hearts. We did our normal brats on the day and I made up a scrumptious salad which I will certainly do again it was truly awesome tasting and so made for those warm days of summer. Ok so I work reservations at a casino and resort. I have a very easy job.. Normally I sit at a desk and answer phones.. once in a while i go down on the casino floor and work in the VIP room (the high roller room) basically standing there and checking names. earlier today I had that one guy on fu messing with me because he needs to get laid.. and now i have this guy.. There is nothing important anymore. I know not what I am doing anymore. I know not who I am or who I'm supposed to be. I have no clue what to care about anymore. High Fuel Price Fix
We all need to get to work or the store to do a bit of shopping as far as work goes thats someplace most of us need to go every day. How Neurotic Are You?
I really hope Im not the only one who does this. Hugo Tornado
OK - Just an update. Jodie and I are OK, we were on our boat on the river on Sunday 25th May. Jodie recieved a phonecall from her firechief - A tornado has touched down on the corner of our street and she is needed back. We left in a hurry - the 1hr trip only took us 30 minutes. We arrived to find hundreds of sick people blocking the road just so they could catch a glimpse of the destruction. We finally managed to get in to our street because Jodie is an EMT/Firefighter. She left to go help others while I looked at the damage to our house. I have placed pictures of the damage for you to look at. We are safe and so are our friends. Wood and plaster can be replaced. Anyway - we had a few holes in the roof and all the windows on the back of the house are smashed. We have been told we can not go back to the house till tuesday. we were allowed in today from 1pm till 6pm with photo ID only. Jo left this morning at 7am and I finally found her again and 8 pm. A woman at the nightclub Crobar on Saturday night was taken by 5 men, who according to hospital and police reports, gang raped her before dumping her. Deception
I have a friend who is very dear to me who has a very important mission in life. There is one problem...he is being deceived. I know that I must tell him, but here's my dilemma, he is very defensive toward me right now because he wants to do what he wants to do even though he knows what he has to do, so he is not receptive to anything I tell him right now. Because I am an empath and super sensitive to everything going on around me and beyond, I keep getting warning signals of danger that is coming his way if he continues to walk in the direction he is headed. I have talked to him about this before but he keeps pushing me aside and has concluded that I am jealous and hung up on him and that like his other "friends" I just don't want him to be happy. A Really Bad Day!!!!
Today has been one of the worst days I have had in a long time...I had a g/f of mine visiting today and it started out as a really great day but quickly went sour.... My daughter just recently got a pug puppy from her aunt..When she got it she had the biggest sparkle in her eyes,It was the kind of dog she had been wanting since she was 3 and she will be 6 on June 19th.... Anyway my g/f was getting ready to leave and my daughter and I walked out with her,not aware of what was about to happen...Her puppy had gotten out through a screen in her bedroom window.. Well none of us had seen her but she was out laying under the tire of my g/f's car and when she backed out all I heard was a yelp...She had backed over the puppy and broke its neck,killing it... Is Iraq Worth It?
Today i got a phone call from my half brothers mom. She called to tell me that my brother was found in his hotel room this morning. He had apperently commited suicide with only a note taped to the mirror saying "This is the only way to stop the nightmares." This is my brother, my hero...He proudly served in the USMC for 5 years, and spent 3 of them in Iraq...He was recently discharged and had aquired a well paying job at the pentagon...just yesterday we were talking on the phone about his coming up here to visit me...Our troops are coming back home with PTSD like never before and the military is just cutting them lose to take care of themselves. Is iraq really worth losing all of these soldiers over...what are we really fighting for?

Any boyfriend/girlfriend or spouse cheating on their significant other while they are deployed to Iraqe or some other God forsaken country fighting for us deserves a fate far worse that death. Classes Start Tomorrow Again
Well school starts again tomorrow, I only have 2 classes this semester, but they are 16 week classes crammed into 8 weeks. Still need to sort some stuff out. Either I was given the wrong information, or I miss hear it. One of the classes I am taking this semester, might be for someone that is farther along than I am. I guess I will find out soon enough. Also I thought I could take certificate courses for both Funeral Director and Embalmer. But it looks like to take the embalmers class, I need to get my AA degree. No biggy there, just 2 additional electives I hadn't planned on. But the class schedule for those taking the AA degree course is differnt than what I am doing, well at least the classes are in a different order. I don't think that will be an issue. Nor do I know how it will effect my certifcate classes. I need to find out. Uncomfortableness
How do you change that between two people. If you are uncomfortable being around some one but they are friends with your friends what do you do? I have problems warming up to people this much I know. It takes me a while to get to know someone before I can be comfortable around them. Now this isn't always the case. Brother In Law Passed Away Leaving 4 Kids
to all my friends on fubar.my 39 yr old brother in law passed away on 5-20-2008. he was a father of 4 children and 4 grandchildren. He is now reunited his wife and his mother in a beautiful place watching over us all. The sad things are no insurance and he still has 2 kids under 16 years that are going to have a hard time trying to bury their father and keep their heads above water.
