Update For The Rwc (rugby World Cup)
This month is when the Southern Hemisphere sides (Australian Wallabies, New Zealand All Blacks, South African Boks) get their chance to take back the Webb Ellis Trophy - The Rugby World Cup. A little history lesson about the RWC: Named after the Rugby Schoolboy who picked up a football and ran with it. The tournament pits the world's rugby teams against each other. Those teams come from different areas of the world with their own competitions. For the North the tournaments are 6 Nations (England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, and Wales), The Churchill Cup (Canada, US and 2nd XV sides from the 6 Nations when they tour N America); Southern Hemisphere teams play in the tri-nations (Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa). My Grandmother!
On Tuesady 13th June, 2006, i received a very upsetting phone call at 1pm from the RWH(Royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne) about my grandmother that had been in & out of that hospital for the last 18months in remission for 2 forms of cancer(breast cancer & cervical cancer) telling me that she had passed away to a better place than here. At the time i received that disturbing phone call i happen to be at a local park near my place & no-one would've ever seen a man drop like a tonne of cement so quickly ever, then i couldn't help but let the years run streaming down my face in hurt. The reason why i was like this is because my grandmother & i were very close, she was more of a real mother than my birth mother would have ever been, we had so much fun, we went to dinner dances together, with went & had lunch every weekend together, i went to watch her to tai-chi & line dancing, we went to see movies together, she came to watch me at basketball, football(VFL back then), cricket when i was

My New Tattoo
I am getting a new tattoo on Thursday! I am so excited about it...The anticipation is overwhelming! It has been about ten years since I got my last tattoo. I do believe it is time for new ink. This One Thing About Me, People I Find It Rude..........
This one thing about me, people i find it rude that if someone sends u a message even just a brief one then at least have the level of maturity & respect to at least reply & tell them that your not interested for some reason otherwise that person will be left hanging in the dark & not know what the hell is going on. Dear diary, How is anyone meant to be happy in life when A) his grandmother passes away(please refer to other blogs) & B) when his parents tell hjim that they would rather him dead cos he isn't a doctor, a lwayer or an accountant. & that he shouldn't have his life on the line with his security/personal bodyguarding job. They have neever done anything for me in my life for me as i had to do it myself or i never got anything for myself. I can't rely on anyone cos no1seems to give a shit about me. Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken enchiladas with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and corn tortillas. INGREDIENTS: * 1 tablespoon plus 1/4 cup oil * 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chile peppers * 1 large clove garlic, crushed and minced * 1 large can (28 ounces) tomatoes, drained, reserve juice * 2 cups chopped onions (2 large onions) * 2 teaspoons salt * 1/2 teaspoon oregano * 3 cups cooked shredded chicken * 2 cups sour cream * 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese * 15 corn tortillas PREPARATION: In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add the chile peppers and garlic; sauté until garlic is soft but not browned. Break up tomatoes and add to chile peppers along with the chopped onions, 1 tsp salt, oregano and 1/2 cup of the reserved tomato liquid. Simmer uncovered until thick, about 30 minutes.If it thickens too quickly, add a little more of the tomato liquid or a little water, if necessary. Remove tomato sauce from heat and set aside. I

Mexican Chicken Recipe is made in the skillet, with chicken, garlic, tomato sauce, chili powder, green pepper, and hot cooked rice. INGREDIENTS: * 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 pounds chicken pieces * 1 tablespoon butter * 1 tablespoon olive oil * 1/2 cup chopped onion * 1 medium clove garlic * 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce * 3/4 cup chicken broth * 1 tablespoon vinegar * 1/4 teaspoon chili powder * dash salt * 1/2 cup sliced stuffed green olives * 1/4 cup golden raisins, optional * 1 green bell pepper, cut in strips PREPARATION: Heat butter and oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat; brown chicken. Remove chicken from skillet. Add onion and garlic; cook until lightly browned. Some days i can work out women & any other day i can't, so why is today any different??? Spicy Chicken With Pasta
INGREDIENTS: * 1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil * 2 teaspoons Asian chile paste, Sambal Oelek * 1 pound boneless chicken breasts or tenders, cut in 1-inch cubes * 12 ounces bow tie pasta * 8 tablespoons basil pesto * 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro * 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese PREPARATION: Heat olive oil and chili paste in large skillet. Add chicken breast cubes and cook until golden brown. Cook pasta in boiling water tender. Drain well. Place chicken mixture in bowl. Add the pesto, cilantro, and Parmesan cheese. Why?
Why is it when when we want things to happen then they don't happen, but when we don't want them to happen then they actually do happen. The reason i said that is because i have just been told from my family(what family i have left) that my grandmother-in-law(my mum's sister-in-law's mother) to cancer today. I live in Sth Aus at present & my entire family lives in Melbourne & to make it worse i'm moving house the day after the funeral which is in Melbourne on Tuesday & i move house on Wednesday. I even had to leave work early this afternoon as i just couldn't let anyne there see what may happen to me & when i got home i just broke down into a million pieces because my grandmother-in-law was more of a mother figure to me than my real motherwas or will ever be. This lady had the best soul & spirit that anyone can or will ever have, she will be shorely missed in my life but she'll be with me in my heart, mind & spirit & keep a close eye on me in my life!

Pork spareribs recipe glazed with an apricot sauce made with dried apricots and vinegar and brown sugar. Orange Country Style Ribs
Orange juice and marmalade flavor these tasty skillet country-style ribs. INGREDIENTS: * 4 to 6 boneless country-style ribs * 1 tablespoon olive oil * salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning or other seasoning blend * 1/4 cup flour * 1 medium sweet onion, chopped * 1/3 cup chicken broth * 1 teaspoon orange zest * 1/2 cup fresh orange juice * 2 tablespoons sweet marmalade * 1 clove garlic, minced * 1 tablespoon wine vinegar, or cider vinegar PREPARATION: Trim ribs of excess fat; sprinkle with seasonings and toss in a food storage bag with flour until coated. Summer Ebbing Into Fall
Summer has been eventful for me..... 1. Biotechnology Program -- I attended ACC's fasttrack program this summer. A very intense program whereby we had 5-1/2 weeks of classes for 3 full days each week, then later had 5-1/2 weeks of nearly 40 hrs/wk internship at many Biotech type locations. Mine was held at the Texas Department of Health. It was an invaluable learning experience and I would love to consider it for a career option; however, the market for Biotech personnel, on the whole in this area, require a degree in Science already. My degree is in Criminal Justice, but they would prefer a degree with more of a forensic approach to it, if in Criminal Justice. Therefore, I am looking to attend more classes in the Spring (preferrably online), perhaps, if I get a Scholarship to do so. 2. Granddaughter -- This summer my granddaughter was born. Okay, So i got married in oct. 2002 my marriage was rocky from the start. My ex was a travelling xray tech. in june of 05 he decided he wnted to travel again so he took an assignment in Colorado. My comment: I think in general everyone should take it as a compliment. I know people who get mad because someone thinks they look younger than they are and they get carded. Morning! I'm back again (although it seems that people have gotten a little bored around here and started to visit elsewhere!! I'm going to try and be nice in this one so I don't have to mark it "nsfw". Today my son calls me from his friend's house to ask me if he could go to the park and play basketball with his friend. Busy Week
Nice quiet house. The kids are asleep, the dog is asleep and Steve is still at work!! Alyssa is at a friend's house spending the night so she won't be joining Steve and I in bed tonight. Robert and I finished the puzzle we started last week!! He was so excited. We celebrated with Root Beer Floats (made with Tillamook Vanilla Bean Ice cream of course!) He is the only kid that likes to do puzzles with me. We are a lot alike, which is probably the reason we butt heads all the time!! This is going to be a busy week. Tomorrow I have to do a Job Fair for my company and on Wednesday I have to drive to Portland for a manager's meeting with my regional supervisor. This is on top of the stuff I normally have to do!! I'll be drinking lots of coffee this week!!!

I Don't Understand......
I dont understand some folks and their requests.I look at the questions being asked and ask myself why would they ask that.I understand its for a reason ,but the reason isn't clear or yet understood.I wouldn't mind any of those things if the reason were determined.I'm trying to figure this out to the best of my ability. Anyhow,i would like to try to figure this whole thing out if the situation at hand was changed.I try to fix the problems at hand and seem to put the reasons of being either misunderstood, or digging the hole deeper that I have already placed myself in.

I Was Just In A Car Accident

I do not know about but it pisses me off when people rate my pictures or friends of mine pictures low. I rate everyone high because I do not want them to feel bad. My Weekend
Yesterday I went to the Valparaiso Popcorn Festival. The town prides itself as the capital of Popcorn.. especially microwave Popcorn. It was the home or Orville Redenbacher. His Popcorn factory was located in the town and holds the grand tradition in downtown Valparaiso since 1979. For those not familiar with the are think of it as a modern Mayberry. Its a nice place. Allot of people come down to the fest even those who are from out of state. Theirs alot of good food, Entertainment crafts, things for the kids. I had a potato blossom. Which is like fried potato chips.. very good actually. An a gyro. and two things of freshly squeezed lemonade... the first one I felt damn I got cheated. but the second damn ... My Pregnancy Update 9-9-07
9/9/2007 STILL PREGNANT!!!!! when i went to the doctor last wed. im dialated to a 3 and 70% effaced now. i really wish she would hurry up and make her intrance. well i took my first dose of castor oil lastnight around 11, i took 2 tsp. 4 hours later.. nothing.. so i took some more...this morning i was having small contractions... so i went to walmart and walked around, contractions got a bit stronger and a little diarreah but nothing bad, came home and was tired so i went to sleep. woke up and contractions were gone. :( went to longhorn for dinner and came home felt like i had to use the bathroom again and contractions have started up again. i took a little more oil mixed with coke so hopefully this time will make her come out.she needs to hurry up! p.s. i cannot have sex. i have noone to have sex with and no i dont want to have sex with any of you.

Post-op!!!
Today is Sunday sept 9th. I am 4 days post-op. That means I have survived surgery. But OH! Bother! does it still hurt!!! I know I'm expecting too much too soon. So what else is new. Tomorrow lets all take a moment to bow our heads to remember those who died. I know I am and I am going to thank God for letting my family members make it out alive. I had family that worked in both the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. My cousins office was right where the plane had hit. He got sick, and called off from work that day, which he never has done before. I thank God that he was not there, because he would be dead. I thank God that he spared my ex husbands and his crews life too. My ex husband was supposed to be in the towers at that moment to paint a CVS, and the good Lord had his last job take longer then expected and he was across the bay sleeping in a hotel when they went down. Lets pray for the many families who weren't as fortunate as my family was, as they mourn the lost of their loves ones. Lets remember the firefighters that fought to safe life's that day. They are truly hero's and deserve to be up lifted.

Trip Home
We are leaving out monday heading for sweetwater,tx but only for a day to head on home to nc....back on the 30th my car had been reported stolen to me and it was in nc...im however ,note in lamar,co...i called the police and cant do a report over the phone...which is fucked up in my book...anyway, had to get my neighbor to call in a few days later on it so there would b a report on file...well just found out out because my car was registered in mississippi plates a letter was recieved by my mother in ms...my car was found abandoned and is at the greensboro police station....damages are bad on it too from wat i hear...busted windows for sure...anyway, this has me really upset and thanx to all my friends for their support....ur friendships mean alot to me and eric....xoxoxoxox harley
