Well I am just here thinking of the direction my life is now going. I finally wrapped things up in college but I decided to take a semester off before moving on to the university. So I'm in my hotel room in Columbus, Georgia. I have a grad school interview tomorrow. I'm so nervous and so excited. I'm going to dinner tonight with the current fellows in the program and the director. By that way, I'm in the Hilton, lol. It's quite swanky. On the flight from Atlanta to Columbus there were 12 rows of 4 seat each. Of all those seats, 3 of us were non-military. And besides the female flight attendant, I was the only female on the flight. I wanted to let ppl know that a good friend of mine named Jason recently passed away. In Iraq fighting for our country. It was a roadside bombing that hit on his side. He was suppose to be home in 30 days. He was a good friend, a dad, a son, a grandson. He made ppl laugh with his sense of humor. Still no word back from the Oncologist, and I have been calling the hospital constantly. I am becoming very fed up with the medical system here. I am ready to drive over there and park my butt in a chair outside his office. She is complaining of headaches again and is bruising more often. She hasn't had any fevers since last week, and has not needed to go into the hospital, so we are planning a trip for this weekend to see family and friends. Hoping she will stay well enough to go. Everyone is anxious to see her. I will try to keep everyone updated, but it seems that the more time I have, the more stuff happens to fill that time. I had a heart attack seven months ago. I just found out two days ago that my breastbone is still completely broken from the bypass surgery. And to top it off one of the bypasses may not have worked, so that means possibly more surgery, then getting off the IV pain meds, which I got addicted to and withdrew from the first time. I've been telling doctors for the last seven months that my breastbone wasn't healed, and all they did was make me feel insane. HELP! Getting That Ass On The Treadmill Is Tough!
I am heading out in a little bit to meet a friend for lunch and just wanted to write before I leave. I actually got my ass on the treadmill this morning. It felt like I was walking with a sandbag on each leg. After my neck started hurting 2 months ago, I got out of the habit of walking and the there was Christmas and the treadmill was put up for a month. I kept saying I was going to start again and finally did this morning. I am going to have to work up to where I was before. Crazy how fast you lose muscle and stamina! I want it back. I bought a book the other day called "You The Owners Manual" by Doctors Oz and Roizen. I am only to about page 57 but it has me motivated. Dr. Oz is the one Oprah has on all the time and he is filled with such great insight to your body. So hopefully it keeps me motivated long enough to make walking a habit again. Getting into the habit is much harder then to break the habit of exercise! I am going to go to the cabin this weekend.

Neurologist Visit
I had my visit with the neurologist today. He looked over my MRI from last month and said with someone my age (31) he normally looks for things such as tumors, MS, brain bleeds which none showed up in the MRI. Then he done a lot of reflex tests and asked tons of questions about my headaches and past medical history. In all he spent a good 45 minutes with me which impressed me a lot. He increased my Topamax from 50mg at night to 75mg and also has ordered a MRI of my neck and spine because during one of the reflex tests I had a positive reaction as he called it, and he is attempting to rule out Multiple Sclerosis. Ok so you decided you want to make a website. Step 1 Do not buy a turn key site these are normally a waste of time with limited control over your server and emails. A lot of these turn key site scripts are blocked on search engines Step 2 Find a host provider. (server) Try and get a server that offers unlimited bandwidth per month this is used for visits to your site veiwing photos, vids and so on. Most providers offer over 400gigs of space but you will never need it. Try not to get a free servers or quick build server. Most sites now are runing with css and combined html. Kinda Annyoing

I love looking at and rating photos on fubar, but there are a few things some people should know before posting pictures. So, since I love stating my opinion and declaring myself an expert on everything, here are a few tips. 1) Make sure it's in focus and not blurry. Most all digital cameras have an automatic timer on it, and you can pick up a tripod at wal-mart for next to nothing. Trust me, it's worth the investment. Blurry photos are a little annoying. 2) Take a good look at your backdrop before posting a pic. You may be a very attractive person, but sitting in a messy room with old frito bags and dirty clothes everywhere lessens the impact of your picture. 3) Post several pictures of yourself. That way you give people a true and honest profile of yourself. 4) The morph photos are kinda cool, but they get pretty annoying. Letting Go Of Pain
Appearances are very deceiving some times. It's amazing how I am my own worst enemy. I have well, for most of my life felt trapped. Fighting things inside of myself. Out of control, hurt. I literally have felt like hands were being put over my mouth while I try to scream for help and let me out. Watching the world go by as I slip into a deep abyss of pain and darkness. I am waking up from a life time of feeling so lost and trapped. It's so hard. I get so scared but keep my focus. I am in therapy that is helping me with my meditation amongst many other things. New Sassy Look
well, I did it~! I had 6 1/2 inches of hair cut off Tuesday. It was not long enough to donate to Locks of Love. But it is gone....It is still the same style except shorter. I will probably not be on much this weekend. I expect I will be very sore after these 2 biopsies today. I am still kinda sore from the one on Dec 26th. And the bruise finally went away.....I have never seen a bruise change colors like this one did. Oh, well......... I do hope and pray you all are safe and have a great weekend. Update On My Daughter
Well she ended up back at the emergency room on the 8th. She had a fever of 102.9 and her breathing was bad. They took more blood and xrayed her chest. She now has to be on a breathing machine with the albuterol. She has to go back to Childrens Hospital next week to check where her stitches are and back to her doctors office to check how her breathing is going. So I will update more later! Still Depressed But An Update At To Why
That night, Erick ended up not going to work. Things worked out. He stayed home and we watched some movies, cuddled, and had some fun. I am no longer depressed over that. What's The Deal?
Being a single guy in today's world sucks! It seems everyone is flakey, shallow, inconsiderate, and looking to just play people for whatever they can get out of them. I say "everyone" instead of narrowing my complaint to just women because I'm sure that the ladies out there have the same problem with guys. What's the deal? Why can't people just be real, do what they say, tell the truth, and honor the committments they make? It seems so hard to find people that you can just connect with without having to play all the games involved in trying to get to know the "real" them. No one, it seems, is willing to be vulnerable enough to be themselves. Are we all that insecure? The Importance Of Forgiveness ..
When someone has hurt us, consciously or unconsciously, one of the most difficult things we have to face in resolving the situation is the act of forgiveness. Sometimes it feels like it's easier not to forgive and that the answer is to simply cut the person in question out of our lives. In some cases, ending the relationship may be the right thing to do, but even in that case, we will only be free if we have truly forgiven.
