Death Of A Loved One
Well here is another chunk out of my life. My brother was found dead this morning, He was only 34 years old. He has always been a very heavy drug user and had just got out of jail Friday morning. We are not sure rather he overdosed or something else. They sent him to have an autopsey. We wont know anything untill Wednesday sometime. But now, I'm starting to think that I should start running again.... maybe not as constant or as aggressively as I did before but go at my own pace and just enjoy being outside and by myself. Update On My Darling Niece Who's In The Hospital
Well for those who have been reading my latest blogs for updates on my life you know that my darling little niece Kylie who is four months old is in the children's hospital up in St. Paul. She has been diagnosed with epilepsy. She has been there for about two weeks now and is unfortunately getting worse rather than better. They will put her on a medicine she'll do better for a day or two and then the seizures will start right back up. I just got home from spending the weekend up there again and I cried most of the way home. Saturday her she took a turn for the worse and the seizures just kept getting stronger and longer and taking more and more out of her. They switched her medication again today but I had to come home because I couldn't afford to continue staying up there. I feel so utterly hopeless because there is nothing I can do but pray for God to heal her. I try so hard to be there for her and my sister but my sister and I are a LOT alike we don't feel comfortable accepting help

One Missed Call
Incase you don't know this movie is just another adaptation of a japanese film of the same name. The origional had been around for at least a couple of years, long enough that there is a sequel to it already. This new version was good, but as pretty much all adaptations it relies to much on special effects. Don't get me wrong, the story is strong and didn't change much in the switch over, but if you've seen the origional you'd know that it goes on more of suspense and thrill to keep you jumping. Also, this movie reminded me a lot of the ring. The first one not the crapy sequel. Overall it movie was ok, I would give it 6 out of 10. One good thing is it used a specific ring tone as a que in the movie. I now have it as my ringtone on my phone. lol

I'm Back!!!
Well, it's been awhile since I've been on here, and I'm happy to be back. For all of you guys that I talk to regularly, or who have been wondering where I have been; I've been in the hospital for the past 11 1/2 days. It was a big shock for me to be away from my family and friends that long, but I am finally home. I had pancreatitis, and let me tell you it sucked. For 9 of those days I couldnt eat anything. For the first 5 days I think I did nothing but sleep, and after 6 days I was stupid and signed myself out against medical advice and ended back up in the hospital 3 hours later...yeah I know stupid me, but I'm ok now and I hope to stay that way.

Cloverfield
I would say that it was well produced. The movie had a good story line and premise. I also like the fact that they didn't show the creature until later in the movie. It also had its funny moments. I know a lot of people were thinking this was another Godzilla movie, but let me set that straight right now. It was simular, but it was not Godzilla. One of the funny moments did refer kinda to Godzilla though, when they were running and an Asian guy who couldn't speak english was muttering something to them that sounded like "Godzilla". I thought it was interesting that it was told through the eyes of some of the survivors and they used a video camera all "blair witch" style. I'll warn all of you right now though, if you are prone to motion sickness DO NOT SEE THIS MOVIE!!!!!! The images jump around alot as the camcorder is thrown around while running, talking, falling, etc.... I'm not prone, but there were moments where I was getting a little dizzy and sick to my stomach.

Back From The Void!
I just wanted to thank my friends that stopped by while I was stuck in limbo “Tech Hell” and out of touch for a while. My hubby and I were sharing one comp till we could get a new battery supply for his and unfortunately wound up with a nasty Trojan we did not want to share with anyone so I have been spending the last 2 weeks wracking my brains on taking care of this issue and had resorted to installing a new hard drive, salvaging what I could from my old drives (8 of them each over 150 GB) , installing Windows and all the drivers, and programs I had to only encounter inability to connect to the internet because I could not find the ISP’s installation disk and finally got a tech out to fix the problem today. Please be patient with me as I attempt in vain to catch up with everyone that I missed and hoping all are well and keeping warm. Miss ya and will be in touch real soon! {{{Hugs}}}

well you would never believe the voicemail i got this morning... My son's 'sperm-donor' called and informed me that he spoke of my delinquint child support and my son told him that he would not come and see me until i got it caught up... bear in mind that whenever he's with me he tells me he doesn't want to go home. then the best part of the message: "well, you can have that computer back you gave devlin, i'll buy him a new one. A Deepening Sorrow
Times are hard for everyone and I just keep thinking things will get better but they aren't. Due to health reasons I had to move back home with my folks. Things were fine and then my sister and her two kids moved in. She wont work to support her kids and my parents slaeries take care of all the expenses, 2 kids and two grown adults. I want to work but the doctors say I can't. She's able and wont. Now mom has lost her job and unemployment only last for so long. My disability is delayed and they cut off my funds. So now my dads check supports us all. Last night I cried myself to sleep and my lupus flaired up for the first time in weeks. My love life sucks and it used to be good. I would never do it basically cause I know folks who would kill me if I tried, but haven't you ever just though about ending it all, just because you thought it would help? New Addition To The Family.
There is this 15 year old boy that my niece is friends with and has been friends with since they were seven years old. The boy's father is dieing and they only give him 6-9 more months. The mother is not in the picture anywhere(it's for the best) the step-mom is nowhere to be found. They are talking about putting him in foster care, my sister and brother in law are talking about adopting him so that he won't have to go into foster care. I really think it would be a great thing for him. He is a really good kid and he is already working a weekend job at a construction place. He is doing all he can to get by now. So I will be having a new addition to my family in the form of a 15 year old nephew named Nathan.

What I Hate About Fubar

Poor Girl Stuck In Fence
Firefighters from the Columbus Oh. area, all joined in a team effort to rescue a young girl stuck in steel fence. It took several hours to extract her from her predicament. Fire Chief Frink said, 'This was a pretty tough rescue, it took us quite a while to come up with a plan to safely extract her from the fence.' Although the girl's entrapment was never life threatening it did take careful planning and gentle handling to safely remove her. She was taken to an area hospital where she was examined and released. I woke up this morning around 6:00 AM and the desktop thermometer on my computer said 5 degrees! At 12:34 pm, it says 13 degrees. Yes, winter has finally arrived. Why I have not used te oven as much before I do not know. But it is so simple. It does take time, but if you plan it to cook 45 minutes to an hour, it works great. I been tossing in steak fries mostly along with precooked chicken, fish, hot wings, and I am currently trying to figure out what else I would like to eat. It is like putting a whole meal in there and just hit a few buttons and its done and good in and hour. I am kind of liking that. I feel so lost most of the time. My life has been a mess for over 4 years. I am starting to think I will never had a normal life again. I miss someone so much that my heart aches everyday. Don't waste your time in seeing Cloverfield. It is not worth it. Don't get me wrong loved the action, loved the monster but didn't really like the camera work and how it doesn't really give you and ending. Then the one guys goes and tries to save the girl he loves. But it never tells your where the monster comes from, what it really is or what happens in the end. I am just very disappointed in it. The Details
Okay, for those that are curious about what happened that caused the plane crash, here goes.. My daddy and stepmom always brought fresh fruit with them to Paradise Bar Lodge. Daddy loved the homemade strawberry shortcake that the cook always made for him with the fresh strawberries he would fly in. It took that fatal plane crash to bring me out of my self imposed exile, so to speak. It made me realize that I didn't want to be alone for the rest of my life. I want what my daddy and stepmom had. Decorating
Well, as some of you have figured out, i am on an endeavor to redecorate and reorganize My home office. It has needed it terribly and so i brought over one of My real-time fem slaves to help Me.
