Hey everybody,
So this morning I get up and I go get ready to do my morning yoga. I stopped running a few years ago since my knee was injured in Iraq. But now, I'm starting to think that I should start running again.... maybe not as constant or as aggressively as I did before but go at my own pace and just enjoy being outside and by myself. Now, I've never been a flexible guy, most guys in my family on both sides were farmers and cornfed Oklahoma guys that if you mention the word Yoga, suddenly their best Star Wars reference comes out and the jokes on you. Regardless, I think I will go for a run tonight. After being sick for so long it feels really good to have my energy back today, so I may as well go for it. Peace out bitches.
