Ah, 'to sleep, perchance to dream.' I wonder if they had 'holiday let-down' when old Will Shakespeare was extolling the virtue of virtual dreaming. That's right, the daydream is back. Whether you call it virtual dreaming or oriented visualization, you can literally make your dreams come true. Just take a few minutes each day and completely quiet your mind. After all the activities normally associated with the holidays this little exercise might be a welcome addition to your daily routine. Once you are calm and feel quite comfortable, 'see' a scenario or circumstance in your mind that you would like to have happen in your 'real' life. See it all the way through to the end. Then, simply, 'wake up' and get back to the world. With practice and diligence, in short time, you should start to see your dreams come true. And who deserves that more than you?
