What Is Real?
The question on my mind recently has been: What is real? This tangy sauced pulled chicken is so easy to make when it cooks in your crock-pot all day. Today my rant is about stupid people. Most directly, stupid people who think if they perv you (a.k.a oogle your pics) but don't rate what they are pervin you don't know about it. The idea of a perfect mate is a fairy tale told to us by family members and loved ones thru out our lives. I just wanted to update everyone... Friday I went into the hospital for a TIA which is a minor stroke...I wont be on here too much these days....They are not sure why I had one...all the test they did which trust me was alot came out fine.....but I will keep you updated on all of this.

Yummy Chicken Fingers
These easy-to-make treats will please kids of all ages. Strips of chicken are dipped in mayonnaise and rolled in crushed tortilla chips, then baked. Ingredients: 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 cup mayonnaise about 1/4 cup milk 1 bag cheese (or other) flavored tortilla chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice chicken breasts into strips. Mix mayonnaise and milk in bowl. Crush chips well and place in separate bowl. Dredge each chicken strip in the mayo-milk mixture and press into the chips to coat. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake about 15-20 minutes or until done and no longer pink inside. Number of Servings: 4-6 Notes from the Cook Any flavor tortilla chip may be substituted for cheese flavor to come up with your own flavor. Kids love these. I have tested it out on the children in my daycare.

Lemon Chicken Couscous
This hearty meal can serve as a great side to any dish or as your dinners main course. Also try it hot or cold. What a versatile dish. Ingredients: 2 skinless chicken breasts 3 sticks celery, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped 16 oz chicken stock 1 large lemon 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 cups couscous 2 tbsp salt Directions: Boil chicken breasts, cooking until done, and set aside to cool. In sauce pan, saute onion, garlic, and celery until onion is slightly translucent. Add chicken stock bring to a boil. Add couscous cooking until fluffy like rice then set aside. In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, zest of one lemon, juice of same lemon, salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise mix and cubed chicken to cooked couscous. Fluff together with fork. If you are hosting a big dinner, this is the start to a great meal. Very simple to make and serves a lot of people, you look like a hero. Ingredients: 1 medium size package chicken drumsticks 1 medium size package chicken thighs 1 cup spicy steak sauce 1 cup teriyaki sauce 4 medium size onions sliced 4 cloves garlic diced 2 large cans tomato sauce 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup chili powder 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 4 tablespoons seasoning salt 2 teaspoons black pepper 2 red bell peppers sliced 2 green bell peppers sliced Directions: Double the mixture for the barbeque sauce, place drumsticks in baking pan, place thighs in another baking pan. Place onions, bell peppers and garlic on top of both pans of chicken. Mix in a bowl, the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, ketchup, teriyaki sauce, seasoning salt and pepper. So I'm an avid fan of this show called The Universe on the History Channel. Basically it is a documentary series on different stellar and planetary bodies in the solar system. Last nights was, The Most Dangerous Places in the Galaxy! It was talking about Black Holes, Quazars, Blazars and Galactical Mergers and how they would effect earth should one come close enough to us. It's flipping freaking great series. Ultimately it shows me that we are allowed to exist just because the Galaxy allows us to. I mean, if we were just a little bit closer to the sun, we couldn't substain life and would all burn up. If we were a little bit farther, we'd freeze. It's just neat to know that we all have our own special space.

The Hot Dog
Ok, so how should I begin this story. Oh yeah Most of us have eaten hot dogs. It has saved us from starvation when we only had pennies to our name. Hot dogs are a good source of "substance" when cooking mac and cheese..etc. Here is why I will never eat a hot dog again nor feed one to my son: It all began as my son and I were packing and moving into our own apartment. I was moving out furniture when low and behold a hot dog. Now I hadn't given my son a hot dog in several months so this hot dog was in fact an old hot dog. But you would think that a hot dog that's been sitting out for a long time (Several Months) would be molded, stinky and in fact rotting for sure! No No No..not this hot dog. Bad Day

My newest thing is taking pictures with my cell phone. Yesterday just as I started to cry and ws very upset an unexpected storm rolled in hard and fast. Recovering Nicely
I had surgery last Friday, 8.17.07, to have my gallbladder removed. I was in rough shape for about 36 hours or so afterwards but I got up and out of the house Sunday for about 5 hours with the help of my mother. She drove me to Walmart and the grocery store so that I could get a few things. I got into Walmart and took a look at the motorized carts and said to myself "what the heck" and I hopped on one and away I went. It helped a great deal but I tell ya, it's hard to get through some of those isles with that thing! I didn't run over anyone either...although there were a few people I would have liked have to run over. Some people are so rude! I kept my cool...I was in no rush. It's now Wednesday and I'm still feeling a bit sore but all in all I'd have to say things are going well in the recovery department. My biggest problem now is finding things that I can do to occupy my free time while I'm at home. I won't be able to see my surgeon until 08.31.07 so I have 'bout a week and

It’s true. I am not a housewife. Nor do I ever want that title. To be more exact I find it is most definitely a full time job, one which I don’t particularly recall ever applying for. It seems to me there are two kinds of women. The kind that never needs training at this job, and the type no matter how hard they train, it seems they always fall just a little short. I am one of the latter. Last night before bed I could have sworn I put the whites into the dryer. Last week, I was watching a show called Trackside on Speedchannel. I usyally love hearing comments from J.R., Jimmy, and Kenny, especially Kenny. Well, Jimmy Spencer began to talk about my favorite driver, Dale Jarrett. Basically, Jarrett has not made into very many races this year. He is with a new team with Michael Waltrip Racing, and the team has struggled with this first season. Well, this last weekend Waltrip qualified 11th and David Reutaman (sp.?) qualified 12th. Unfortunately, Jarrett did not qualify. Mr. Spencer basically said that Jarrett doesn't care anymore whether he qualifies or not. He thinks that Jarrett's big wallet is proof that he is just collecting a paycheck. My question is, did Spencer ever have a championship? No. Is Spencer still racing? No. Also, why did Jarrett's sponsor UPS sign on for 2008 if Jarrett doesn't care anymore? Jimmy Spencer is a has-been with a big mouth. Grow up, Jimmy! Sorry, had to get this off my chest! LOL

My Morning
Ok, so I haven’t been to sleep since yesterday. I'm pretty much running on fumes at this point. My sister decided that she was going to throw a tantrum. I in an attempt to stop her managed to have my knee lock up and almost broke my freaking neck, and now my left knee is in some serious pain. Well today is my day off. And what goals have I set for today? seems as if i have tried everything to cope with the depression that plagues my thoughts while i sit here alone and in everyday life. lots of ppl think i shouldnt be depressed because i have love. but i have learned that love is not the root of all happiness. all though love does keep me alive from each day to each day, but it does not keep the sadness of depression away. i am bombarded with debt, stress, and feeling as if i dont belong no matter where i go. this includes work, in public, and even in my own home. i'm unsatisfied with my residence and everything that inhabits inside. but most of all i have discovered that i am unhappy with myself. my looks, personality, all my traits, they all disguist me in everyway. and i think until i can control all these things that make me unhappy, depressed, stressed, and paranoid, i will never truly be able to be happy. i fear that i will never be able to control them and i fear i will never be able to be happy.

Kidney Stones Suck!
ok, so i'm new here to FUBAR, but here goes. my first rant of many, i'm sure. i have surgery 2 days ago to remove a kidney stone, and lemme tell ya.... i'm hurtin'!!! with the meds you have to take afterwards, and the gallons of water you have to drink in order to flush all that crap out, there's one big pain in the ass after another. i'll be glad when it's all over. tired of being in such pain. on a lighter note, school starts back up on monday, as does my co-op job as a mechanical engineer for one of the world's largest maker of steering components for GM vehicles. kinda cool. more later..... i have to go pee again....

Financial Bind
Common law step son is coming to pick me up so we can transfer names on a couple of bills. He just had a new son with wife and is strapped for money. What I'd Like To Do To Some People...
Last night sucked, and it is still sucking at this very moment. I hate being stuck at my job 8-12 hours a day, EVERY DAY. Then on top of that NOTHING went right last night except that 7 am finally came and I could clock out and go home. All I could think about last night was how I'd like to rip some people out from inside my head that have been pissing me off lately and drill screws through their hands into cement chairs so they couldn't move and just sit there and torture them all night long, hahaha. Who Survived The 1930's To 1970's
WHO SURVIVED the 1930's 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's !! First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they were pregnant. Not too good at present, I got some virus or something, coughed, and sneezed so much, i've put my back out! Today sucks, I just found out last night that a very old friend of mines daughters were in a parasailing accident in Florida on Saturday. His oldest daughter had some injuries and his youngest daughter Amber who was 15 years old died from her injuries. I Can't Believe This!!!
God I haven't been sick in like eight to nine maybe even ten years now! However I am running a massive fever right now and my head is killing me and I feel like up chucking! I don't know what brought this on cause I went to stay w/a friend for three days and was fine, and then came home and the only thing that I have eating is fruits and veggies the whole two days home and don't know what's going on!? These quick and easy enchilladas are topped with a creamy sauce and lots of shredded cheese. Ingredients * 16 Tyson(R) Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders * 1/4 cup olive oil * 1 1/4 cups buttery round crackers * 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese * 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder * 1/4 cup mayonnaise * 1/4 cup sour cream * 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed * 2 tablespoons minced dill pickle Cooking Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line jelly roll pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Pour olive oil into shallow dish. In separate shallow dish, combine cracker crumbs, cheese and garlic powder. Wash hands. Dip tenders one at a time into olive oil, then roll in crumb mixture. Arrange coated tenders in single layer on prepared pan. Wash hands. To make dipping sauce, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed and pickle in small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done (internal temp 170 degrees F).

I've been a bit busy...for those who may have noticed I'm not harassing your pages much anymore. It's not lack of luv or anything. ;-) My children & I were in a minor car accident last week.
