Countdown To College
in 5 days, i'm moving into my new room in paul hall at gettysburg college. my roomie wont be there for another 2 days. i have more stuff to do than i wish i had. i have to pack everything up in my room cuz i'm switching wit my sis. it was an agreement we had when we moved in and i took the attic. my car's coming with me to college and i'm really excited about that. my parents and my sis are coming up to help me move in and unpack. this should be fun ^_^ i sort of have my class schedule. i'm taking german, into to economics, and early witchcraft in america. i should have a 4th class but i need to figure out if i have to sign up for something different or something. i hate packing with passion!!

Hump Day Is Finally Here!
I am soooooo glad that hump day is finally here. I know now that the rest of the week will move along alot quicker. I originally had today off, and was suppose to work on SAturday instead, but had a talk with my boss last week about all the weekends I've been working, and I was hired for Mon-Fri. Sooo, after saying something to him, before the day was over, he had switched my days around with another worker, and my Saturday work day is no more. Out of the last 4 weeks, I've worked 3 of those Saturdays, and the one Saturday I didn't work, I worked Sunday instead. YUCK!!!! So...it's in to work today, but don't have to worry about working on Saturday now. I also hit him up for a raise last week...have been there over 3 mos. now, with out one. I guess there was no problems with that, and a 25 cents an hr. raise, came through on my check last Fri. That was sure nice. I'm not making that much an hour as it is, so this will sure help me out. Anxiety
The past few weeks I have been feeling more and more anxious. I am having trouble sleeping in the night, and during the day I feel so tired it is hard to move. It's driving me mental! I have been having quite a bit of time off in the past year as I have had constant nausea and vomitting, and my employer is monitoring me. I have been refered to Occupational health, who can't really do anything, as I am still awaiting results from various consultants, re: PCOS and Liver. Health wise things for me are up in the air. Anyway, last wednesday I had to take a carers day as Andrew wasn't very well all of Tuesday night and most of wednesday morning. Then at 6.00pm, as I went out to call Ellie-Marie in for her dinner, she fell off the monkey bars and has proken her arm. So after an evening in A&E, and a doctor giving me 'the look' when he saw that Ellie has had loads of hospital visits in her 6 years of life. Rock Star Antics

It's Been Going Well. It's A Nice Change.
Wow. Things have been getting better. It's inexplicable. So very unexpected. But I welcome a small retreat to normalcy, or as close as I ever get to it... Some unexpected events occurred that have been conspiring against me. I can tell that this is all leading up to something. I have no idea What or When. And as to Why and Who? Things have been really hectic around here lately... I had to hospitalize 1 of my boys on friday, and not sure when the dr will release him to come home... Diets and Exercise Why at New Years do we all make the resolution to loose 40 lbs or some other crazy amount of weight knowing full well we don’t know how to do it or to keep that weight off? I had a job interview today. I am not going into details, but I will say it is related to my Information Technology major. That is not the point. The point is, when I looked into the mirror one last time before I walked out the door to go to this interview, I did not recognize myself. I rarely wear makeup and when I do, it always involves black eyeliner. I wanted to tone myself down a bit since this is a subcontractor for a major ISP. Time For Me To Leave And Not Come Back.
As of today.... I've come to decide and came to the conclusion that after being not on myspace or any of my other accounts on xpeeps and other sites etc. Over 8 days I was gone. Weighty Thoughts
Ok its 12;14 am where i am & i can't fall asleep.Just have alot of thoughts buzzing through my brain.Me i kinda think i'm on the chunky side.I'm 4'11" , medium legnth red hair , blue eyes & around 150lbs.I'm not what i would consider BBW but i'll never be model thin. I Miss Him
I got the shock of my life today. My teddy bear was gone form my myspace friends and I can not get to him on fubar either, it is blocked. I called him and he said that I am the third person that has called and told him that. He says he still loves me and wants to be with me so badly, but so much is going on now. NGREDIENTS: * 2 pounds skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks * Bread Crumbs * 1 egg * 1/2 cup milk * 8 oz Swiss cheese, cubed * 8 oz ham, diced * 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup * 1 cup milk PREPARATION: Whisk together the egg and 1/2 cup milk. Dip chunks of chicken in egg mixture, then into bread crumbs, coating well. Brown in a little oil until golden. Place chunks in baking dish, add cubes of swiss cheese and small pieces of ham. Mix cream of chicken soup with 1 cup of milk; mix well and pour over all. Bake about 30 minutes at 350° or until tender and bubbly.

INGREDIENTS: * 1/2 cup margarine or butter * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 8 boneless chicken breast halves * 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese * 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs * 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes * 1 teaspoon salt * 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper PREPARATION: In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter with minced garlic. Make a crumb mixture with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in butter; roll in crumb mixture. Place in a 9- x13-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

Chicken parts are cooked with cinnamon, brown sugar, apples, and sweet potatoes. INGREDIENTS: * 3 to 4 pounds chicken pieces * 1/4 cup vegetable oil * 1/2 cup dry vermouth * 1 1/2 teaspoons salt * 1/4 teaspoon pepper * 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon * 1 tablespoon brown sugar * 2 tart apples, cored, cut in wedges * 3 sweet potatoes, cooked and sliced PREPARATION: Brown chicken pieces in a heavy skillet in hot vegetable oil. Drain off all but 1 tablespoon of the oil. Combine dry vermouth with salt, pepper, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Add vermouth mixture to chicken in skillet along with the apple wedges.Baste chicken. Chicken breasts baked in foil packets with a bread crumb and walnut dressing mixture. INGREDIENTS: * 4 boneless chicken breast halves * lemon juice * 6 tablespoons melted butter * 3 cups bread crumbs, toasted * 1/3 cup finely chopped onion * 1/2 cup chopped celery * 2 teaspoons parsley flakes * 3/4 cup chopped walnuts * 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt * seasoned salt and pepper PREPARATION: Mix together bread crumbs, half of the melted butter, onion, celery, parsley, walnuts, 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt, and enough water to moisten. Finally Some Decent News!!
Well to start off...I fell today. My right ankle just gave out on me and I ate pavement. I am really sore and in alot of pain this evening BUT on a good note I FINALLY got into see another neuro surg doc for a 2nd opinion. There is still hope that I can get some pain relief. I actually go this Saturday. I was shocked to get in so quickly when I have been back and forth with them and my workers comp about getting an appt. If he says he can give me some pain relief back surgery is in my very near future. My brother just had back surgery yesterday and he is doing really well. Still in pain of course but should be doing better very soon. I am excited. I do have a small glimmer of hope that has returned after 3yrs of constant pain!! So if you believe in God pray for me.
