If you are hosting a big dinner, this is the start to a great meal. Very simple to make and serves a lot of people, you look like a hero.
Ingredients:
1 medium size package chicken drumsticks
1 medium size package chicken thighs
1 cup spicy steak sauce
1 cup teriyaki sauce
4 medium size onions sliced
4 cloves garlic diced
2 large cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons seasoning salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 red bell peppers sliced
2 green bell peppers sliced
Directions:
Double the mixture for the barbeque sauce, place drumsticks in baking pan, place thighs in another baking pan. Place onions, bell peppers and garlic on top of both pans of chicken. Mix in a bowl, the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, ketchup, teriyaki sauce, seasoning salt and pepper. Pour half of the mixture over drumsticks and other half over the thighs. Put into 350 degree oven and cook for 45 minutes to one hour or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
