Let's take it back to the origins; High School. There were two classes the Nerds and the Jocks. Now lets look at those classes a bit. Who would argue that Michael Jordan isn't the highest of all Jocks? He makes the most money, set the most records, and was the best player in a very popular sport.
Now lets look at the High Nerd; Bill Gates. What Jordan makes in a year, Bill Gates makes waking up. Sure people hate windows, but they still use it. Having one of his products; The Xbox, is just as cool and maybe even cooler than having a pair of Air Jordans, and no one wants to come over to your house and stare at your shoes for two hours.
