This tangy sauced pulled chicken is so easy to make when it cooks in your crock-pot all day.
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 red peppers, chopped
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp chili powder
2 28 oz cans tomato puree
1 tbsp white vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Brown chicken breasts in hot oil and place in crock-pot. Add all other ingredients to crock-pot. Cook on high for one hour then reduce to low heat for 4-5 hours. Cool chicken then pull apart with two forks.
Number of Servings: 6-8 servings
