These easy-to-make treats will please kids of all ages. Strips of chicken are dipped in mayonnaise and rolled in crushed tortilla chips, then baked.
Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise
about 1/4 cup milk
1 bag cheese (or other) flavored tortilla chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice chicken breasts into strips. Mix mayonnaise and milk in bowl. Crush chips well and place in separate bowl. Dredge each chicken strip in the mayo-milk mixture and press into the chips to coat. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake about 15-20 minutes or until done and no longer pink inside.
Number of Servings: 4-6
Notes from the Cook
Any flavor tortilla chip may be substituted for cheese flavor to come up with your own flavor. Kids love these. I have tested it out on the children in my daycare.
