lovley saturday — Saturday, November 04, 2006 uh, went to drill today. It's kinda stupid. I don't think I'll be in the reserves very long. That's right...add one more to the list of my personal hells. I just found out today that I'm asthmatic on top of everything else. I found this out by going to the doctor today barely able to breathe and coughing so hard I passed out. It took them all of two minutes to decide that all those other times when the doctor's told me it was just a chest cold were all asthmatic/bronchial attacks. So now, on top of everything else, I have to carry around an inhaler for the rest of my life. I know it's not that big a deal, and that millions of people live with it too, but just how much more can my body take before it flat just gives up the ghost. I'm going to be honest here dear ones, I am quite down. I've often wondered if I didn't have it, especially since Mom did, and now we know. I'm shaking so hard from the breathing treatment they gave me at the doctor's it's not funny and I've got a beautiful headache on top to match. Not A Good Day
Today was not a good day for me today. The day started off all wrong. It rained this morning and then I had friends calling me very early in the morning. I leave and go to work and my manager is not acting rite. She is 4 months pregnant and she was getting on everyone's last nerve today just because the head people will be here to inspect the store in the morning when we get there. She wanted us to do everything from putting clothes out to cleaning the bathroom, the stock room, under the registers, plus mopping and sweeping the floor. Easy Chocolate Cream Filled Torte
Ingredients: * 1 frozen pound cake(10-3/4 oz.), thawed * 1/2 cup powdered sugar * 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa * 1 cup (1/2 pt.)cold whipping cream * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * CHOCOLATE GLAZE(recipe follows) * Sliced almonds(optional) Directions: 1. Cut cake horizontally to make 4 layers. Stir together sugar and cocoa in small bowl. Add whipping cream and vanilla; beat until stiff. 2. Place bottom cake layer on serving platter. Spread 1/3 of the whipped cream mixture on cake layer. Place next cake layer on top of whipped cream; continue layering whipped cream and cake until all have been used. 3. Prepare CHOCOLATE GLAZE; spoon over top of cake, allowing to drizzle down sides. Garnish with almonds, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve. So for the past 2 weeks I have been helping my parents get moved to Colorado and finally today I have the last bit of stuff out of their old house. My back is killing me and my knees hurt. Random Notes.
A small introduction may help. I'm not making these up as I go along. I'll add a few of my previous posts before I start writing new posts. The great thing about Hooah is that it's always positive, no matter how tired I am or how unsuccessful I feel. Tresspassing Part 1
It was a smoldering summer morning, normal for Miami, when I chose to climb the wooden, six-foot-tall fence separating our backyard from our neighbor's, to retrieve the basketball that had inadvertently bounced into their yard the previous day. WE DID SEVERAL TEST ON ALAN TONIGHT. HE DOES NOT FEEL IT WHEN WE TOUCH HIS FEET. UNLESS WE PUSH REALLY HARD. NOW SOME OF U MAY WONDER HOW HE CAN TELL WHEN HIS FEET HURT IF HE CANNOT FEEL ANYTHING. Making A Sabbat Wheel
MAKING A SABBAT WHEEL One addition to the Altar is the Sabbat Wheel. This is a stone or wooden disc inscribed, or otherwise decorated, with images to represent the Sabbats. If made of a soft stone, such as slate, then the images can be sketched on with pencil and them carved into the surface. A circular wheel is easy to make, and a simple plain breadboard can form your basis. First, divide it into eight equal segments, like the spokes of a wheel. Symbols can then be burnt or carved into each of the segments, drawn or painted, or even created from gemstone chips, seeds, etc. Alternatively, you could press plants which represent each Sabbat and glue them into place, sealing it with a coat of clear varnish. I have been a middle school teacher for 23 years. I teach middle school Spanish in Tacoma WA. On September 15th, during my morning class of 27 students, what I believe to be a .22 caliber bullet was shot thru my classroom window. Nobody was hurt. I immediatly called for administrative support, explaining that someone had shot something thru my window. 15 minutes later the vice principal showed up, looked at the window and then left. The principal never bothered to show up to investigate the incident. The cops were never called, nor was there a lock down ordered. Moving
Well the day is finally here when I move to TN. My last day of work here is on Sunday, and I leave for TN on Monday. Early Morning Thoughts.

Well sitting here playing hooky from work (yeah not the best idea but it's one of those days), I just feel like writing, getting some things out. I went skydiving last June. It was the most amazing thing i have ever done. To ride in the plane waiting to step out of it from over 14 thousand 7 Hundred feet above the planet. I could see all the way to chattanooga and beyond. I could see the atlanta skyline and i was in Rome Ga. I was a bit scared to take the first step.
