R.i.p. Sal
I would like to send out my deepest condolences to all those who knew Servant Salma from MySpace and Hover Spot. She was killed on Jan.31,2008, while saving a mother of a small child and friend of hers, from some guys who had apparently shot both Jag and Salma. She suffered major injuries and her g/f Jag is in critical condition righ now. Salma was a most kind hearted and gentle young lady who will truly be missed by very many of us. GOD SPEED MY DEAR FRIEND.

Interesting Day Today....
I tell ya...from me being a dumbass to finding out some interesting info its been a hell of a day! Lets talk about me being a dumbass! Since that is funny! So I don't know why it is that I seem to attract the worst guys. I went and on a whim met this guy tonight, we were drinking and talking and having a generally good time. Well he decided to try and get fresh with me, feeling me up and tryin to put his hands where I didn't want them. I told him before I went to hang out with him that anything like that was not going to happen. So the fact that he even tried was just blatent disrespect. Well I told him no, and he got up and left the room for a second, and when he came back he layed on his bed for a bit and pretended to pass out. Leaving me to either crash on the couch, get in bed with him and chance something happeneing there, or leaving and WALKING home. Well I high tailed it outta there, didn't matter that I had to walk 6 miles home cuz he was a jackass I just wanted to get myself outta that situation as fast as I could. Is It Really Worth It?
So, here we are again. Second time around and this place just gets worst. It's like being on a training exercise back home. You know there really isn't shit to do, when you hear about Marines picking up trash in the villages or towns. We start a base wide cleanup in a couple days. I thought this is what we paid the local nationals or third country nationals working for us for. But, who am I? Just a lowly E-4. It's boring enough that some NCO's don't have anything to do, but think up bullshit jobs to keep us busy. I guess there's something wrong with having time off and trying to relax. Dad Is Recovering Just Fine.
Well, Dad is coming along nicely in his recovery. He is still in the hospital and this may sound nasty but Mom and I prefer it that way. If he gets sick the doctor can treat it right away with him in the hospital. If he came home we would have to take him to the emergency room and I think everyone knows how long the wait can be there. They have taken his throat tube out and now he has this big hole in his neck that they are letting heal on it's own. We don't know if they are going to put something in it to help him do anything or not. All the mess in his lungs and sinuses is melting so when he coughs a little fluid comes out of the hole and he has to suction it off his skin . He also get the hole clogged up with something like the mucus plugs that babies are born with but the doctor said that was normal. His energy is coming up. They have been walking him around a lot in his room and in the halls. He sits up in a chair 3 hours everyday and has started to be able to lift his h

Upsetting News
I have had a death in the family. Please keep my family in your prayers. My aunt (by marriage) lost her brother. I know that she is going to be alright, its my cousins who Im worried about. They were really close to their uncle and its just a shock to them. My 19 year old cousin was living with his uncle. He came home from work and found him. Now hes scared to go to sleep and is in shock. I will be going to visit them tomorrow and to attend the funeral. Please keep them all in your prayers for me. Thank you!

A Hard Night
Last night I sent off a plane to Iraq. Out of the 4 years and hundreds of planes I've sent off, I think last night was the hardest yet. Driving to the airfield I saw the deploying soldiers with their families. I'm always grateful that I don't have to see this happening. But last night, there they were. These past few weeks have been a real eye opener. I have seen who my true friends are and who is there for me in my time of need. It made me realize how much I've grown these past years. I guess I was living in a world where change was a slow process but in reality it was much faster than I want to admit. I guess you can say im naive, but then again who isnt at one point or another. Drinking Is A Serious Matter
I've always enjoyed drinking socially. I've never had any problems with abusing it, just saw it was a way to get me going. This Weekend
This weekend wasn't bad all things considered. I went to the movies Friday, we cooked out Saturday night, and went to a cookout Sunday. It's always a good week when you don't turn the stove on. Ok i promised abunchch of u what the dr was gonna sat ywstwerday. First heart dr"blah blah, blah..... yer hearts fine n back to normal. Next dr, my uroligist{ the one fer my willie} said" blah blah blah,..... are u taking yer meds. blah blah, tomors not grown, in fact might be smaller.... blah blah might still need surgery. Now each of these drs i told i could not sleep. so i went up tpo see my cuckoo cuckoo dr, DR CHILLI{ actually his man has over 14 letters so everone calls him dr chilli} well he had a patient, but afterwards made time fer me, like 30 mins. we had a great talk. i told him i was even having trouble getting my other drs to give me my normal meds, said i needed to talk to my primary care dr, which they changed so much i dont know who it is. dr chilli went ahead n wrote me a 5 month refill on all my meds, n my new sleeping pill. he did it , no problem. you do not find good drs like that this day n age, exspecially at the Va. besides a good dr, hes just a plkian go

Each Friday night after work, Bubba would fire up his outdoor grill and cook a venison steak. it was bound to happen...after all, one cannot please everyone no matter their lot in life. i had an encounter last week, where this extremely intoxicated person kept wanting to be in my face...watching and talking and offering assistance where none was clearly needed, save for his getting out of my way so as to allow me to work. ever [olite, i continued my work as i politely declined his offers. he then said he had something for me as he dug through his backpack...a rather large, open bag of shelled walnuts as it happened. i dob't even like walnuts, though my refusal of them was also based on my needing to finish what i was doing as well as just not being hungry. i declined his offer and cheerfully carried on....wrong decision apparently as his demeanour changed quite dramatically...how does one deal with sketchy characters anyway...? as i continued down the platform, he was stuffing walnuts down his throat with increasingly agitated motions and body language...at some point

A variety of friends means a variety of activities. The Origin Of My Screen Name
I've had a couple people ask me where my name on here comes from. Here goes...back when I was younger, I used to let my mustache get a little out of control....never kept it up like I do now. At this time, Magnum P.I. was popular and someone wanted to know if I was trying to look like him (which in a way I did at the time)...also around same time, I am a big wrestling fan and a wrestler by the name of Terry Allen was very very popular. If you follow wrestling, you would know him as Magnum T.A. (T.A. being his initials of course) so while one person would compare me to Magnum P.I., another would refer to me as Magnum A.G. (my initials). It stuck and became a name I would use on some places as a screen name. There you go...simple as that...thanks for your time. :)
