Finally Ready To Talk About Some Stuff
Well I think I'm finally ready to discuss everything that has been on my mind. I had a miscarriage a couple of weeks ago. The doctors and everyone wasnt exactly sure at first so it took forever for it to be confirmed, and they kept everything from me, like test results. so this week I have been recovering from all the stress. I have been kinda depressed and sad at times so if I have left during a conversation or anything please dont take it personally i just have some down times.

Tar-jaaye Where Is My Phone Call???
OK so I had a really great interview with Target (or as I like to pronounce it TAR-JAY lol) on Tuesday afternoon. I was about to get a second interview but alas, no one was there to conduct one. So the lady told me that I'll be called soon for a second interview... So a couple days have gone by and I'm getting a bit anxious. I have alot of bills and not enough money plus a car payment and I'm so close to paying it of but not quite yet... I'd really like a job. My life is like this, two days ago the niegbor came over to tell me some story how some rug addicts stole his rent $$$$( he spent it). an hour later he came back for smokes "I'LL pay you this afternoon" It rained all day and I took a nap sleep therapry works so good for me. Friday Part One...
As I was looking err I mean browsing craigs list today... I ended up in the "casual encounter" section. Caught my self wandering if any of this were real or a bunch of scams re-directing to a pay xxx site or if there were some legit ads mixed in. So i've decided to respond to every recent ad placed along with a couple of "normal = rated g" pictures of me just to see what responses I get ie if they are written by a bot or auto responder or is an actual person. As of now i've gotten 3 responses 2 were auto reponders and one was a person but not the person in the ad. This I added their name to my messenger and they directed to a pay site ( I friends) then in the same conversation sent me to another site for a different person.. I think i should start a seperate blog titled "stupid weekly experiments" Oh well "bordom breeds perversion"

2 to 4 pork chops 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (soup) can tap water 1 2/3 (soup) can minute rice 3 tbsp. butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a sturdy aluminum baking pan slowly brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon butter; season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside. In same pan (over low heat), mix soup, water, and remaining butter, stirring constantly to remove lumps. Add rice, stir, and remove from heat. Place pork chops on top of rice/soup mixture and sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt. Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Variation: Try cooking some fresh sliced mushrooms with the pork chops and spreading them over the top of the chops before baking. Serves 4.

Ingredients: 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 large egg 1 teaspoon almond extract 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 can (15.25 oz.) Bartlett pears in heavy syrup, well drained, finely chopped and patted dry* 1/3 cup sliced almonds Sugar 1 jar (6 oz.) or 24 maraschino cherries, well drained and patted dry Sliced almonds for garnish (optional) *Use paper towels to pat excess moisture from pears and cherries. Just Another Day
well today is just another passing day! i find myself still alone as i have been for some time now! i sit and wonder what it is that i do so wrong to have to endure a life of being alone! sometimes i feel as though i am destine to be this way for ever! sometimes i feel like i will never truly find someone who will love me for me and not run at the sound of my child! i am not looking for someone to be her daddy, i am simply looking for someone to realize and understand that she is a part of me and being as so i just want someone to accpet her as a part of me and treat her with respect. it seems like i will never find that though! there are nights when i lay awake at night and cry myself to sleep due to lonliness! i guess this is my fate for now who knows! well tomorrow is another day!

Peach Pie With Coconut
INGREDIENTS: * 2 eggs * 1/2 cup milk * 1/2 cup light corn syrup * 1/4 cup melted butter * 1/4 cup granulated sugar * 1 teaspoon vanilla * 1/2 cup self-rising flour * 1 1/3 cups shredded coconut (1 small can) * 2 1/2 cups chopped peaches, fresh, canned drained or frozen thawed * 1/2 cup chopped pecans * cinnamon PREPARATION: In large bowl beat eggs; add milk, corn syrup, butter, sugar, vanilla, and flour; blend well. Stir in coconut and peaches. Pour mixture into a greased and floured pie plate. Sprinkle with pecans then sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let the pie cool before cutting.

So I guess the first thing would be to finish off my divorce and move on. Then I would love to find someone who is truly into me and wants just me in a relationship. Then I want to get my CPA license and then become a certified fraud examiner so that I can achieve my career goal of working in Forensic Accounting. Then of course I want to be able to travel. I've done some traveling but I want to go to Egypt in particular as that has always been my dream. I also would love to go to the Bahamas, Hawaii, Florida and Costa Rica. Perhaps move out of Arizona eventually but I love it here compared to Oregon. Those are the absolutes in my life before I die. There are others but nothing else as major as the above.

Last weekend in Sydney three tennage boys were killed in a car accident ages 16 & 17 yr olds their funerals were Friday & Saturday The driver went to all 3 anyway speed was a big faxctor as always but these kids never learn. Then a L plater was clocked 80Km past speed limit on her own without supervision this is becoming ridiculous the age for Learner drivers here is 16 which i think is to young, anyway i just wish these kids would learn that speed kills no matter how long they have had their licence. Trifle
3 pieces of sponge cake raspberry jam 1 glass sherry or fruit juice 1 banana 1 peach 1 orange 3/4 pint of custard Mock or whipped cream some small macaron biscuits, glaced cherries, angelica to decorate. Spread the cake with jam and cut into small pieces. Give it into the bowl and add sherry or fruit juice. Cover the cake with fruit, slicing banana and peach and dividing the orange into sections. Pour the custard over the cake and fruit and leave in a cool place until completely set. Decorate as desired with mock cream or whipped cream, biscuits, cut angelica and cherries.

1 pound scallops 1/2 cup butter very finely chopped garlic fresh breadcrumbs If scallops are large, cut in half. Clean and rinse scallops well and simmer in small amount of water until about half cooked. Drain then place into an oven proof casserole dish. Melt unsalted butter in a med. frying pan-add very finely chopped garlic and saute until the garlic is soft but do not let the butter or garlic brown. Pour this mixture over the scallops. Top with some fresh breadcrumbs and bake at 400F for 10 minutes. This is great over pasta

Chicken Breast In Puff Pastry With
1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 1/2 c. white wine 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon 1/2 c. water 8 chicken breasts, skinned & deboned Zest of 2 oranges 8 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. almond powder 3 oranges, juiced 8 pieces puff pastry, 4x6 inch 1 egg, beaten with 2 tsp. water Poach the chicken breasts in the onion, garlic, wine, bouillon and water for 10 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside to cool. Add the orange zest to the bouillon. Boil rapidly until reduced by half. Melt butter in a saute pan. Add the almond powder, the orange juice, and the reduced bouillon. Let sauce thicken while stirring. Place a chicken breast on each rectangle of puff pastry. Cover with one tablespoon of the orange sauce on each breast. Fold pastry over the chicken. Seal the edges with the egg/water mixture. 'cuckoo's Nest' Hospital Investigated For Abuse

It's funny how things come full circle. I've been hired by my first new employer to help build a call center. In the past, they've sent us broad based plan information. When you have some one on the phone asking for information on a document that's between 25 to 55 pages in legth. Their first attempt in summarizing it was an excel spreadsheet that had much information that had absolutely nothing to do with us or a client directly and the information we needed they closely garded and would take 1-2 business days to get an answer to an e-mail. I woke up this morning and checked on Keeva.. she was laying next to me cuz she woke up crying.. I figured out why. Her tummy is upset. She threw up while I was sleeping and she was covered in it. I got her up and washed her off and took her clothes off.. I cuddled up with her and the next thing I knew.. she threw up all over my bed. I have some washing to do tonight lol. Ingredients: * 2 cups sugar * 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour * 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa * 2 teaspoons baking soda * 1 teaspoon baking powder * 1 teaspoon salt * 2 eggs * 1 cup buttermilk or sour milk* * 1 cup strong black coffee OR 2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee plus 1 cup boiling water * 1/2 cup vegetable oil * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans or one 13x9x2-inch baking pan. 2. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, buttermilk, coffee, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes (batter will be thin). Pour batter evenly into prepared pans. 3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes for round pans, 35 to 40 minutes for rectangular pan or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely.
