Indian Dry Curry Recipe From: Rachel's Recipe Corner Recipes Ingredients for Indian Dry Curry Recipe * 2 pounds beef * 4 tablespoons vegetable shortening * 1 onion * 2 tablespoons curry powder * 2 chopped gherkins * 1 dessertspoon chutney * 1 saltspoon salt * Juice of½ lemon * ½ pint thin brown sauce or gravy 1. Melt vegetable shortening in stewpan, put in sliced onion and fry for a few minutes. 2. Then add meat, cut in small pieces, and fry all together for about 10 minutes. 3. Now sprinkle curry over meat and stir contents of saucepan over heat for another 5 minutes. 4. The gherkins, chutney, and salt and any sauce or gravy may now be added. Stewpan must be set over very slow heat about 1 hour; by that time, meat should be quite tender. 5. Add lemon juice and dish up. 6. Serve with plainly boiled rice.

Roasted Wild Turkey
wild turkey, 8-10 pounds Salt and pepper to taste 2 small apples, sliced in half 1 medium onion, cut in half 2 stalks celery, sliced 1 teaspoon sage 6-8 slices bacon Melted bacon fat Preheat oven for 20 minutes at 325F. Sprinkle turkey inside and out with salt and pepper. Place apples, onions and celery slices into the cavity. Sprinkle inside of the cavity with salt, pepper, and sage. Pull legs upward and tie them together with a string. Turn the wings under the bird and secure with toothpicks or a small skewer. Place turkey breast up on a rack in a roasting pan. Cover breast with bacon slices and a cheesecloth soaked in melted bacon fat. Roast in the preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes per pound or until the joints move freely. Baste often with pan juices. Remove from oven and let stand 10-15 minutes before carving. A New Light...
Today I finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel. It took loved ones to make me realize that there are better things out there. Epic Spider Battle!
I just had a battle with one of the most dangerous spiders in Michigan (Brown Recluse.) I may have lost. That depends on if I find a spider corpse behind my desk or not. Graduation Is On The Horizon
It's starting to hit me now....Graduation is little over a month away and then its the real world. Hospital

Dog Day Afternoon
Okay, I'm a first time dog owner and still learning. A few months ago I bought my dog some bones with raw meat on them. It sounded like a good idea at the time but it gave her diarrhea and she shit all over my carpets. ABC News' Luis Martinez reports: The Army has had another bad month for suicides within its ranks with 18 suspected suicides during the month of February. That is a decrease from January's record-high of 24 suspected suicides, but one Army official said Wednesday the number still remains high and "very disturbing." When I Was A Kid
I was just thinking about how different things were back when i was a kid growing up. I grew up in the 1970s, we didn't have video games, cable tv, internet, computers, HD Tv's, hi tech stereo systems, Ipods, MP3s. I totally have a list of things I want to get done, and total motivation to get them done. But at the same time...I'm dragging. I dunno why. Hey everyone. I know im not the blogging type of guy but i thought id give it a shot. Well as some of u may know i was released from jail in May of 2008 an i have been out for just about a year. A few months back I had a bad experience with a regular customer of mine. My Vacation In Pittsburgh Pa

Feel I Am Living A Double Life

Okay ..ummmm, I suffer from anxiety and depression, so I am not ever at my best , health wise and it sucks. I hate when people ask me how are you, I tell them whats wrong. I then realized, just to lie and say I'm okay how are you. Cause if every time they ask and you are always sick they are just gonna stop talking, I feel cause they assume your just looking for attention. And although that is partly right, its not totally right. Explaination commin lol When I was say ermmmmmm around 12 years old , I had to take care of myself mostly. As my father was working and my cough mother was always out of her mind on drugs. As I grew up that part never changed, meaning taking care of myself not depending on any one to help or support me. Even to this day being married over 33 years, I still take care of me. Why wish to gawd I knew. But just seems my family feel I have no right being sick and if I am sick, I should still be able to clean the house and tend to their needs. Th
