To those who know me, I am described as a thinker...a processer...I feel like everything happens for a reason, especially when it comes to people and relationships (however defined)...that someone comes into your life for a reason and it lasts as long as its supposed to last I guess, but that that relationship has a meaning....a purpose. Major Concerns
I am not ruling out the hernia aspect ,but I am thinking that it is something else all together . The reason I say this is because the pain has now traveled down to my tailbone , and I already know I have scoliosis , which I have lived with all of my life . I do know this though I will not discuss the problem with a certain person Iknow because she will put in her own medical opinion as usual , which would be wrong. I do have a Doctors appt. in December , hopefully we will figure out what is going on . So for the mean time I am trying to manage the pain the best I can .

Surprise
I was sound asleep last Sunday night when my dog started barking and wouldn't stop. After screaming at her from bed for a few minutes, I decided to get up (assuming that the cat was taunting her from outside her kennel). As I walked through the kitchen, I noticed an elderly lady standing in the middle of my living room!! (yes i forgot to lock the door) I, still half asleep, said, "How the hell can I help you?" She said, "someone is chasing me, someone is chasing me!" So I screamed, "Well lock the goddamned door then!" I then called 911 (and put on some pants before the officer arrived). As it turns out, there was most likely no one chasing her, poor old thing had some kind of dementia and was out wondering around.... So I guess the moral of the story is lock your door if you don't feel like helping out an old lady in the middle of the night... and yes, I've been checking the door before bed every night since.

Here's my two cents: I'd like to comment on the McCain campaign, which has been disoriented at best since the onset of the economic meltdown. I have seen Republican and Democratic pundits alike equate McCain's descent in the polls to the economic emergency. I'd beg to differ. McCain's nosedive in the polls has more to do with his RESPONSE to the economic meltdown than the actual state of the economy itself. Did everyone forget that the day the news broke he said the fundamentals of our economy are strong? Then the next day, we were in a crisis? Am I the only one that sees signs of senility in McCain? Last night Raymond was taken home with the lord.it is so hard trying to understand why him. a man who was finally happy have his life taken. and i , i had to love him enough to let him go and not suffer. i thought loosing my grandmother and a friend was hard. this loosing the man i love and was gonna spend the rest of my life with is gone. i cant eat and cant sleep. i think i hear his voice and look at the door wating for him to come in and i have to realize that its not happening. and telling my two youngest kids the man they have knw for the last 3 months that gave them all the time in the day and was a true father figure and cared and loved them wont be coming home. leaving the hospital my youngest 2 year old boy screamed he wanted pat (raymond) he loves that man everything was pat this and pat that. i cant help but break down and cry and when i think i have no more tears to cry i start crying again.

So Friday in an effort to re energize our feelings about our house, The Hubster, The Roomie, and I began to re-decorate and clean the two main rooms. In the process we found our eldest cat Princess passed away underneath the entertainment center. Damn her for hiding so often that we didn't notice her disappearance. It was a sad moment and we cleaned her up and then held a sort of funeral for her, with candles and incense at her location of passing. Earlier in the day i had received a recipe from my grandmother for '5 minute chocolate mug cake' perfect comfort food right there. 5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE 4 tbs. cake flower (plain flour, not self-rising) 4 tbs. sugar 2 tbs.baking cocoa 1 egg 3 tsp milk 3 tsp oil 3 tsp chocolate chips (optional) A small splash vanilla 1 coffee mug Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Albeight, lacking in eloquence, a question proposed to me today that caught me completely off guard and somewhat offended. Was glad to be back in Texas if even for two weeks as always for work, I was in the Midland-Odesa area wish I would have been closer to San Antonio my hometown but maybe next time I will be. My Ex Makes Me Sick!
My ex hasn't paid any child support for a good 11 months or better now. Although, he was in an accident just before Christmas. I truly believe he is just milking his injuries as just a few weeks after his surgery he told me he was moving a few trailers around the yard. My Life According To Me
Right here we go I feel compelled expelled whatever to elaborate (checks dictionary for spelling!) on part of my last blog. The part that I mentioned about being an alcoholic for over 20 years startinf from the age of about 13 (yes young and dont blame my parents they had no say in my life cos the step mother was a witch!) and basically carried on until about 3 years ago so work it out, I was a heavy drinker holy cow 24 years. Went back home to dad and step witch 6 months later. Still drinking. Moved out again 6 months later followed same as above but this time a year later before I went home. This next one is a story that is probably my all time favorite. The movie is about William Wallace, or Braveheart, as it was titled, and about 3 hours long. I have watched this movie so much, that I can recite just about every quote from it. It's message of freedom is one that has been forgotten so easily by today's society. People take for granted everything around them, and it's through this that we often forget why others fight for what they believe in. These Scots fought what they realized was rightfully theirs, and were willing to die for it. Both of these scenes portray this emotion in such a way, that it's really difficult to even describe in text.

Why Does God Allow Such Things To Happen?
How do you continue to believe in God when he takes a child back to heaven with Him long before his time? People can say that he is in a better place but that doesn't make things any easier for anyone who knew and loved this little boy...an angel sent from God. How does a parent move on after something like that? How does a mother not want to slit her wrists and fucking die just to be with her son? She knows that she has people that love her here on Earth and that leaving them would leave a would in their heart, but the thoughts are still there. She also knows that she is too chickenshit to do it. So how does she move on when she feels all is lost? How will she ever feel complete again? Why All The Dj's In The Names?
I see so many people with DJ on their name. I think it used to mean something but since ANY ONE CAN DO IT I think its rather silly. Are they something involving radio? Music? Do they DJ at a club? More About Me.
If you've looked at my pics and see I don't smile alot, there's a good reason why. For the past few years I've litterally been thru hell and back. In '06, I lost everything I'd worked so hard for so many years for, and had to end up moving in with mom and dad. A few months after that, mom died. Then a year later, my sister gets murdered. This year I lost my dad and no will was left, so I'm going thru a legal mess here. I don't let it consume me, but most of the time I just seem to go thru the motions to just get thru the day. Hopefully better days lie ahead, but I know it's gonna take a long time, so please try to understand that I'm not cold, it's that I'm pretty much emotionally numb. I also lost a brother to suicide in 2001, but I'm dealing better with it now. So understandably there's quite a few days where I'm more withdrawn than others. I been in the military right out of high school been trying to help people that need help no matter what it is but keep getting hurt and burned in the end i feel bad when people need help because thats all i ever did when i was in the Coast Guard and the Army was help everyone and save lives. I come to relize that you can only help someone that wants to help them self i always seem to get hurt in the end no matter what i do nothing seems to be enough.

The yelling and screaming and everyday fights, I cannot change everything in one single night. Why do I get blamed for things I dont even do? But when YOU do those things, its okay cause its you? Good God Almighty, lets get drunk and be somebody!! I LOVE THE WEEKENDS!!!!!!!!! LOVE them, absolutely love them. It doesn't matter what I am doing usually, whether or not I am doing homework, going out to party, hanging out with my ADORABLE son, I LOVE the weekend. Something about it is so indulgent, even something as simple as a big hot breakfast instead of fruit or something equally portable and not needing to be prepared. And I Love if I get to do something like going to the beach, cider mill, skiing, whatever. One of my favorites when the weather is yucky is to eat snacks all day on the couch with movies. Or if the weather is nice finding something to do with it. What do you like to do on your weekends???

Why Is Everything Falling Apart?

Dragon Fruit
Last year, while on a regular grocery shopping trip, I found DRAGON FRUIT... now my original reason for buying it was simply the fact that I like dragons, so it sounded interesting. It cost me $2.49 for one. When I got home, I quickly got online, so find out exactly WHAT it was and HOW to eat it. ha ha. Well, it is SO delicious! juicy, and yummy. it contains many little 'seeds' like a kiwi, has a similar taste to a kiwi, though more sweet. The one I got was white flesh but apparently they can range from white to red. I would like to try the others, just to see if there is a difference in taste. Leaving Y'all For A Short
It's time. Time to leave my precious cave here in ol' Kentucky and move back up north to Indiana. With the advent of the birth of my second granddaughter, there can be no better time. In addition, it's getting more and more difficult for my sons to make the 7 hour journey, especially with babies on board. At the rate things are going I'm gonna miss all the milestones in my grand babies lives, the thought of which I find definitely abhorrent. Well I was in houston the week after Ike hit, helping to undo the destruction. I have been back for a couple weeks and just am now able to find words to describe everything I saw and experienced. Things were bad when they got there and were still bad when I left.
