Okay...my core is pretty sore, and my arms are feeling it, but my legs are recovering nicely. Work has been pretty hectic, but I am coming to a slow point here real soon, so I'll probably pop onto yahoo by tonight or tomorrow night. Can't wait for my pay check....probably going to take the family out after I get paid, who knows.
So I'm off to do yoga and workout my stabilizer muscles. Time to bring on the pain....grr...
