Ham Baked In Champagne
HAM BAKED IN CHAMPAGNE INGREDIENTS: 1 9-pound boneless ham 1 pound light brown sugar 2 bottles extra-dey champagne 3 tablespoons honey 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard (optional: canned pineapple slices or spiced apples) DIRECTIONS: Score ham and place on rack in baking pan. Cover top with 1 cup brown sugar and pour over 1 bottle champagne. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Combine remaining bottle champagne, remaining brown sugar, honey, ginger and mustard and bring to rolling boil in saucepan. Lower heat and simmer while basting ham every 15 minutes until done. Garnish with pineapple slices and spiced apples, if desired.

What is a successful life? So often times I hear people say that one of their goals is to have a successful life. It has made me sit and ponder-what is success-what is a successful life? It appears to me that people measure success in a variety of ways. Many people measure success in a way that I find odd. They focus on the material things they have and don't have-the newest car,nicest house,finest clothes,jewelry and television sets. I think what material possessions we have or don't have in life is not at all important in the scheme of life, although others try to make us feel that it is.It matters not where we buy our clothes-at the mall or at a used clothes store. Money may momentarily ease a persons pain, but true lasting love can't be bought with clothes, food, houses and cars. It Didnt Feel Like Congratulations

I'm Back!
We are back from our weekend get away to Orlando. We took the bike and left right after work on Saturday and rode to Orlando. The weather was beautiful... awesome ride!! We stayed at the TravelLodge, with a heated pool and jacuzzi... but the jacuzzi was FREEZING!!! We got up Sunday and did some shopping at the flea markets and then went to Old Town. Had a good time.. then we drove to Arabian Knights!!! A WONDERFUL show!!! We were seated in the front row and had VIP tickets, so we got to meet the stars and pet the horses before the show. We took some pictures and I will post them tonight when I download them off my camera! We rode home last night after the show and got home around 10 p.m. I went straight to bed.. lol.... I can't think of anything to write about, this morning. I was trying to come up with something, but I'm not doing a good job. I think I have myself all geared up to write some new music, and it's distracting me from writing interesting things here. That is, assuming that I was ever writing interesting things. "A Single Rosebud" I got a dozen roses From a friend the other day, But I only have one left, For I gave them all away. Take off clothing and place it in sectioned laundry hamper according to lights and darks. Walk to bathroom wearing long dressing gown. If you see husband along the way, cover up any exposed areas. Okay so this is just a summary of my weekend. Friday me and my fiance was aguring bc of a wedding on saturday. He dont like my dad and my dad was gonna be there. Confusion
I had a dream last night. It so unnerved me that I am still trying to shake it from my mind. It wasn't necessarily a bad/nightmere. Well in someways to me it was. Ingredients: 1 cup of water 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup of sugar 1 tsp salt 1 cup of brown sugar lemon juice 4 large eggs nuts bottle Vodka 2 cups of dried fruit Sample the vodka to check quality. Another Weekend Down The Tubes...

Moving And Photos
moving and photos Ezra and I will be moving soon, if all goes according to plan. It will be a good thing because this place is way too small to meet our needs. It takes a lot of spce for photo shoots. Ezra and I are both Musicians and we need a place to jam. Once we are moved we will be moving full speed ahead with our website. What we so desperatly need is photographfers to film us together. We have filming us seperatly handled pretty well. But it is very hard for us to film each other, we've tried. This will bring a little Magic into your lives. I had a very sick little kitten that mother had abandoned. My decision on this was weather I should let nature take its course or try and give this little runt kitten a home. The logical thing to do was let the kitten die because its chances of survival were slim. My moral reasoning was to prevent this poor little kitten from starving and freezing to death. In the end my moral decision won out and I took the little kitten home. I nursed and feed it kitten formula though a dropper until little Magic was on solid food. Magic never meowed and never purred. I believe because she was abandoned before she learned these things. She did make little noises that sounded more human like then cat. She was a very ill kitten and was always getting upper respiratory infection and had to have antibodies a lot. Magic did not get very big either I guess being so sick her body didn’t grow right. Anger Management
I was sitting at my desk when I remembered a phone call I'd forgotten to make. I found the number and dialed it. A man answered, saying "Hello." I politely said, "This is Chris. Could I please speak with Robyn Carter?" Suddenly a manic voice yelled out in my ear "Get the right f***ing number!" and the phone was slammed down on me. I couldn't believe that anyone could be so rude. When I tracked down Robyn's correct number to callher, I found that I had accidentally transposed the last two digits. After hanging up with her, I decided to call the 'wrong' number again. When the same guy answered the phone, I yelled "You're an asshole!" and hung up. I wrote his number down with the word 'asshole' next to it, and put it in my desk drawer. Every couple of weeks, when I was paying bills or had a really bad day, I'd call him up and yell, "You're an asshole!" It always cheered me up. When Caller ID was introduced, I thought my therapeutic "asshole calling" would have to stop.
