Thank god today is over with. I ended up attending a funeral to bury my uncle Dale and it wasn't something I was looking forward to at all. I ended upbeing one of the six who had to walk the casket to the hearse and follow it to the burial site. Halloween This Year.....
Is really going to suck for the kids. I'm not going to have any money to buy them costumes! We have so many past due bills that need caught up due to Troy having to take so much time off of work in order to stay with the kids and me during my surgery and afterward, the bills had to wait and we've only been able to pay a little bit, barely half, just to keep stuff turned on, so now that we're having to play catch up, this means no money for Halloween costumes. I know they will be sorely disappointed because all their friend are going to be going and plus they won't be able to participate in the festivities at school. It never fails...something always has to be cancelled, people end up being upset and I'm always made to look and feel like the bad guy. I'm so close to just throwing up my arms and saying fuck it!

So yeah.. Life lately has been out of control confusing! First and Foremost.. As much as I bitch about living in this house and want out.. Update On Ray
Well hes really wore out, and you know hospitals you dont get alot of rest. Along with him having CF he has a blockage in his Superior Vena Cava, which is whats causing alot of the swelling, loss of breath, well sometime this week they are going to go in and put a shunt, or stint, to open it up. I'm so friggin sick this morning and I haven't got a clue what's up. I left work early yesterday because I was completely light headed and for once it wasn't the hair color! I Just Go With The Flow
Well it's getting that time of year again, the snow will soon be fallen, and the hustle and bustle of people shopping, lights and tree's will soon be glistening ! See, The Trouble Is....
So I was at Best Buy and everything, scoping out the digital cameras, talking to a sales person, but...I just couldn't do it. I'm cheap, and it is starting to become a slight problem. I would like to have a digital camera, but I don't really NEED it. All I would do with it is take pictures of myself for this website daily LoL that just sounds like a bad habit. My dad refuses to buy me one for Christmas because he bought be one once before like 6 years ago and it never worked right with our computer and blah blah and he is still bitter about all the money he spent on it LoL. Oh well, maybe I will break down and just do it eventually. Another problem is, there are so damn many to choose from! I don't want anything too cheap, but nothing too expensive either. ok just getting fed up with hunt for fakes. I don't really care if someone uses a pic which isn't them, they have a reason to hide. What i don't like and the real fakes, are the ones that pretend to be the person they have a picture of. If you want to use a pic that is not you, then just create a new personality or let yours shine through. What's Better Than Happy Hour? A Happy Day....
Friday started at 9am, freshly showered, shaven and smoked....enroute to my metaphysical brother's house to chill for an awesome day off. Planning to start the day off right and having 3 hours to kill before the G/F woke up, I decided that I should skip breakfast and start my day on a liquid basis....so me and Richie Rich have a little beer sampling mornin: Being Two bad bois we decided we'd start with the "Lump of Coal" an English Stout.... While not as rich and layered as a Guiness and definitely less creamy, this English Stout is still very drinkable, not enough subtlety for my preference but an easy smooth drinker, just be sure to drink cold...as unlike the guiness further, this beer did not age well with temperature..... Next we decided to venture into something we thought was a little bit lighter..... The Day I Knew Bunnies Were Evil!
Thought I would take this time to let the world (or at least who wants to read) about how evil rabbits are...and how much more evil I am. LOL When I was living in Boise, ID I was working as a zoo keeper and working at a pet store part time. Now you think zoo keeper, you thing exotic, potentially dangerous animals. Well, even playing with a BADGER at the zoo, that was nothing compared to what happened at the pet store. We got in a surrendered bunny at the store. An older male bunny named Milo. People said they just didn't have time for him anymore, kids grew tired of him. Well after we took him in, he bit one of the girls so we all knew to be careful and cautious of him. Granted...he's "just a bunny". I went into work at the pet store one day and began cleaning the small animals. When I got to Milo I waited for him to be on the far end of his cage so I could open it and reach in to grab his water bottle real quick... ...Not quick enough. Crab Casserole
INGREDIENTS * 4 tablespoons butter, divided * 1 cup chopped onion * 1 cup chopped celery * 1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, sliced * 2 cups prepared herb stuffing mix, divided * 3/4 cup milk, divided * 1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced * 2 cups mayonnaise * 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or to taste * Liberal dash of Tabasco Pepper Sauce * 1-1/2 pounds lump crabmeat METHOD In a heavy saucepan melt 2 tablespoons butter and sauté onion, celery, and mushrooms until soft. Set aside. Soften 1 cup of stuffing mix with 1/2 cup milk. Stir in vegetables and water chestnuts. Thin mayonnaise with remaining milk and Worcestershire sauce. Add to mixture and season with Tabasco sauce. Fold in crabmeat. Spoon mixture into a 2 quart buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over the top and dot with remaining butter; preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake about 45 minutes or until golden

Christmas Cake Recipie ...
Christmas Whiskey Cake 8 oz butter 2 cups sugar 6 large eggs 2 teaspoons baking powder 3 cups flour, sifted 1/2 t. salt 1 cup whiskey 1 pound walnuts, chopped 3 cups raisins (or use candied fruit) 1 t. nutmeg AND ~ a large bottle of Irish whiskey ~ First, sample the whiskey to check for quality. Assemble all of the ingredients. Check the whiskey again. To be sure it is of the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink. Repeat this step. Turn on the electric mixer and beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add one teaspoon of sugar and cream until beat. Make sure the whiskey is still okay... try another cup. Turn off the mixer. Beat six leggs and add to the bowl, then chunk in the cup of dried flute. Mix on the tuner. Throw in two quarts of flour. Gradually pour in the cow. Add 2 dried anything. If the fried druit gets struck in the beaters, pry it loose with a drewscriver. Sample the whiskey

Have you ever seen the movie "A Few Good Men"? Jack Nicholson's character in the movie, Col. Nathan R. Jessep, is quoted as saying "And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives. You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that wall, you need me on that wall. We use words like honor, code, loyalty. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something." One of the things I read in a book I am working on right now is: Barbarians are considered worthless when everything seems safe and secure but dangerous times make them invaluable. With our country fighting the war on terrorism, there have been a lot of protests. It's funny to see, because I talk to active duty military members every day. It's part of what I do for my job. There hasn't been one who has ever questioned the reason why we are fighting. That makes a good soldier, sailor, airman and Marine. The willingness to fight. T

LOL... Okay, since my high school and college days, I would put "att" as a short cut in my notes that I wrote from class meaning "at this time". Today, I was thrown off a bit when someone asked me while I was chatting with them when they asked, "What are you wearing ATM?" LOL... ATM? Isn't that a bank mechanism to deposit and withdraw money??? So, when I asked, "ATM?", and the response was "at this minute", I had a V-8 moment wherein I was thinking to myself, "Duh! Should have known that!!" LOL... It is has become such a world of shortcuts that are replacing our written means of communication (and, in case some of our verbal means of communication when people state "Lots of Laugh!" in response to points in communication wherein they would be otherwise writing "LOL" in a chat or written conversation!). LOL... What are some of the other shortcut phrases that you find interesting??? Just curious...
