Update To Sick And Tired
Im feeling so much more upbeat this morning! I just got off the phone with Curves and it turns out my timing could not have been better- enrollment is half off and rest of summer for free which translates to $74 to sign up and no payment for 2 months!thereafter 12 months at $34 which is VERY doable! Once I get back into a routine of regular exercise I will tackle my food habits! ONE hurdle at a time! LOL I have actually started drinking lots more water since the last blog and have already noticed some improvement of feeling better and eating a lot less! I want to thank everyone who has offered such kind words of support and for all the gifts! I am truly blessed with wonderful friends on here and I am grateful for each and every one! Fubar Intro & First Blog Of Skydreams
Well, let's see...This past summer has been awesome to say the least. I started up my pc tech support company (www.Ineedatechguy.com) and did a lot of traveling, which is one of my favorite pursuits in life. Baja Mexico, Los Angeles, Lake Tahoe, and Las Vegas with my GF MsNiquesy and Timper (both cool people here on Fubar as well) were the main haunts...Now just gotta focus on School to get my undergrad stuff out of the way to move on up. Now, I just bought my books for school- Senior year is starting up at Wichita State University here in Kansas, and damn am I anxious. My grandparents, Mom, and brothers back in Los Angeles will hopefully enjoy themselves as soon as May rolls around for my graduation, especially since they have never been to the Midwest before. I didnt leave goin 2 college as i planned 2. My dad flaked out at tha last minute and didnt want 2 take me. He always has a excuse not 2 do stuff for me but thts cool tho. He doesnt want me 2 make somethin outta my life as bad as tht sounds its true....If u knew my dad then u would kno. For those of you who know me, my sister died one week ago today. We buried her on Friday and I've been feeling very sad and lost. Today I went to clean out her belongings with my other sister and her two kids. On the way up to her house I heard a song that I like. It's by Pete Yorn and it's called For Us. My Mood
If anyone cares as to why I am in a bad mood (which I highly doubt) yesterday I got into an argument with a friend and I snapped to the point where I shoved her and stepped on her foot at the same time. Instantaneously I had flashbacks of all the times I was abused by my father as a child and I got this fear that I am turning into him. He abused me from the time I was 5 until I was about 14, and from there when he stopped abusing me I started cutting myself as my way of dealing with stress. Now I have reached the point where I just want to crawl into a hole and die because I am afraid that if I reacted the way I did to just a friend, I will do the same if not worse to my wife. She doesn't deserve that nor does anyone else, and I don't want to put anyone thru that. I have been nothing but a pain in the ass to everyone I have met and everyone would be better off if I were dead.

I finally got tickets to see two bands that I like and the third band I don't mind to much. I am excited and counting down the days until this concert!! I am going to see Nickelback, Finger Eleven and Puddle of Mudd. It's a late but well deserved birthday present to myself. I love Nickelback and Finger Eleven!! Puddle of Mudd well they are alright, but hell can't complain get to listen to three bands for a great price. I can't bitch about it!!! August 31st can't get here fast enough for me!!!!

On Thursday I left for a not so difficult 7 hour trip that I was very excited about and was supposed to arrive at my destination around 3 or 4 oclock in the afternoon at the latest. Well my good buddy Murphy has taken permanent residence on my ass and never misses an opportunity to remind me he's there! As usually happens I started having some trouble with my radiator on wednesday night and discovered a patched crack that was causing the problem. I made up with the person that pissed me off last night, but I am still kind of pissed and hurt.... I think this is where I am supposed to put this kind of stuff but I'm not too sure. I haven't been on here in about three weeks because I am having some major female problems. The can't figure out why I am in so much abdominal (female) pain. I can't get up and walk without taking pain pills - which make me tired so I am constantly sleeping which is hard when I have two little ones to take care of ( thank god for my mom). The next thing that my doctor is looking into (pretty seriously) is a hysterectomy. So for the last 3 weeks I have done some pretty amazing things. Today is Friday Oct. the 19 2007. I feel lost, like I don't belong here in this big world. I have been thinking about alot these past few weeks. I made maybe 125 a week for like 25 hrs of work. Half the school year I was a janitor then the other half I became a teachers' aid. I had a blast with it all. But as I started to work real jobs, it was like more and more people were just using me to get what they wanted. I worked for this fast food place called Rally's for 2 and a half years with only 2 days off. Everytime someone called off they would call me asking if I'd help them out. Last Night On The Fu!!!!!!
well for a week, lol......... as most of you know, I leave in the weeeeeeee hours of the morning to go on vacation. HEADING TO PHOENIX, BABY! I leave at 430 am (yuck!) and return saturday morning at noonish (depending on flight status). Unofrtunately , I dont own a laptop computer so the most I will be able to do is check my mail every couple of days on a shared computer (if the hotel has one, most do these days). Rough Night

i am bipolar and i struggle with depression. it's worse at night for me because i usually can't sleep for hours. some people sleep all the time when they get depressed, some sleep less. i feel depressed because i have a disorder. there is nothing wrong, i have nothing to be depressed over. it helps if i remember to take my meds at the right time, and if i eat and exercise regularly. however when you're not sleeping well it becomes harder to do those things, and the depression gets worse. not being able to sleep plus having a depressive disorder plus dealing with withdrawl symptoms from not smoking plus general loneliness that comes at night equals a not very happy angela.

My Birthday!
Two weeks ago was my 44th birthday and I wasn't feeling too hot that morning. I went down to breakfast knowing my wife would be pleasant and say "Happy Birthday" and probably have a present for me. I just saw a video clip from 60 Minutes on yahoo.com. First of all, it reminded me why I don't watch shows like 60 Minutes, because they tell half truths and give just one side of the info to make the story more shocking. But what made me laugh was the video. There was a Nutritionist, a professor from Cornell, telling people about those heathen bastards at Subway polluting our bodies with high calorie food. I thought i would write my first blog. I seem to be at my best when its just me and a peice of paper rather it be on a computer or the good old fashion ink. So much has happened in the past 6 months, I don't even know how im suppose to feel, if there is such a thing as a correct way. Bottom Batter 2 cups of cake flour 1 cup sugar 1 Stick Butter 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla Top Batter 1 pkg. 8 oz. Cream Cheese 1 lb box Powder Sugar or 1/2 of a 2lb bag or 31/2 Cups 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla Now you can add powder baking chocolate and make the chocolate too ... Can anyone tell me why I seem to go out of my way to hurt myself?! I don't mean in a self harm kinda why...but in a emotional way. Thinking this would make a great blog to tantalize the tongues of all my good friends. Seriously, what is the point of a 1 through 10 rating system if everybody just gives everybody else a 10 or 11? 1 should be bad, 5 should be indifferent, and ten should be the best thing you've ever seen. LOL.. I figured what the heck! It's getting to be that time of year again. These are a few of my favorite soup recipes! They are all quick, cheap and easy to make. NACHO POTATO SOUP 1 package (5 -1/4 ounces) au gratin potatoes 1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained 2 cups water 2 cups milk 2 cups cubed process American cheese Dash hot pepper sauce, optional In a large saucepan (3 quart), combine the contents of the potato package, corn, tomatoes and water; cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Miss Me???
Just got through putting in 115 hrs at one job during the last 2 weeks and 75 in another. Thank goodness I could sleep on the jobs occasionally as well as long as I tended to the crisis calls or the clients at hand or else I would be one heck of a zombie heading into the Christmas holidays. Pure Exhaustion...
I have driven home with pure exhaustion this morning after an 8 hr shift where I was working in tandem with another employee. When one person is out, one can feel the ripples of the flows....but, when 2 people are out -- ouch!! To top it off, two other people flexed out earlier than they normally would leave us. :( It just makes it harder for an even keel night. Before that, I got about 4-5 hrs sleep after having worked a 20 hrs shift with a client of mine. I so need a rub down of my back muscles and some TLC..... Perhaps, I'll feel better when I wake up in the early afternoon.... ttyml...

Sp yeah...Im kinda geeked out by this. But anyone who nows me knows that I love airplanes. “Writing from the Soul” As much as I try for’ happy’ childhood memories, my first memory just brings me back to the age of ten. I can still smell the odor of gasoline. Coming to consciousness, seeing my mother lying across the seat, she was alright, just a scratch on her face, across her cheek. What an awful smell of gasoline, (which to this day instantly brings back to these horrible memories). Lights flashing, sirens blearing, the pain was intense. They cut my coat off and put some sort of blow up contraption on my arm. I lay on the stretcher in the ambulance accompanied by two maybe three men. The memory is still not clear on how many of them were in there with me, but they were sitting with no visible injuries, maybe a few cuts and bruises. My Life Is Hell
Seeing as this is my first blog, i thought i might as well give you an insight in to my mind/life as of now. I love my wife, but she's been treating me like I'm just her play toy, it seems like all I'm here for is for her to get hugs, kisses and sex and if she's not treating me like that she's treating me like a damn 5 year old. Right now I am dealing with so much stuff to the point I am so beyond the word stressed out. I have 2 little ones that are sick at the moment, ages 2 and 2 months!!! A Soldiers Job
As I sit here in my room I ran across a video of a movie I watched before I deployed, it's called "The War Tapes", the trailer you see below tell the story, listen to the words of the one Soldiers wife, it's true, with me I'm a totally different person, before I decided to sign on the dotted line I was a provider, a father, a husband and I had friends to lean on in the time of need, my family was proud of me when I joined up, then I broke the news of me being deployed and then fear set in for everyone. The training was intense, long days and nights, my kids not understanding why I had to be gone so much, me and my wife were fighting constantly because she thought it was going to be different, she knew, we all knew I was going to be deployed but it came sooner than everyone thought. Well, my marriage is over and once again, I'm back sleeping on the squeeky leather sofa in my mums front room. Things were said and done and misery was experienced by all. So what now? Well it's difficult to say really. How do I know whats going to happen tomorrow? Once again, my psychic abilities have not materialised, so I'm left without answers. The only thing I do know is that I have an appointment with my soilicitor to get my stuff back and get the ball rolling for divorce proceedings. My wife refuses to talk to me and I'm not allowed to get in touch with her, as laid down my bail conditions. If I even attempt to get in touch or approach her, im doing chokey for a few months. ok here is my dilema- the small town i live in has many smaller towns surrounding it which means u play "its a small world" like friggin merry go round. after reading others of how they feel, i feel sorrow and laughter on some chatters. my only thing is i been through hell and highwater myself.
