Tonights menu starts with Chicken breasts stuffed with a wild rice and mushroom dressing.
Chicken breasts.

bell pepper
celery
sage
Wrapped and rubbed with olive oil before baking.
Acorn Squash
butter
maple sugar
Cored, wrapped and baked along with the chicken.
Maple Carrots
carrots
maple sugar
cinnamon stick
orange zest
pecans
Garnishes.
Deviled eggs
Asst olives
Kosher dills.
My lil bird is still in the oven. Just about to pull it out. pictures will follow shortly.
