The Passing Of My Grandfather
On Sunday August 10th, 2008 my grandfather died. I never really got to know the man but for some reason his passing has hit me hard. Maybe it's because I didn't really get to know him, for fear of becoming like everyone else around him. He wasn't "rich" but he did have quite a bit of money saved up. It seamed like everyone who was close to him was squabbling over the littlest things. Even during the planing of his funeral services they would make comments about each other. and my own uncle and his shrew of a wife wouldn't even say hello to me. and people wonder why I don't attend family events....I need a drink :(

To know help of my local authorities and agencies I located a physical address..As suspected he's Humble Texas...I immediately called the Harris County Sheriffs Dept..who went and did a welfare check..He is at this time ok..He had been sleeping and asked the Sheriff what his name was and how old he was!! I cried tears of joy for my LIL MAN!!! I obviously didn't perish in a plane crash this past week! Okay. First on the list. I can understand that people sort up words like "lmao" and "wtf" but one thing I hate is when people are supposed to show emotion into it. For example, "ty." Back Surgery
If you don’t know by now I recently had back surgery and it went great the dr said. The funny part is that I am in more pain now then I was before the surgery. Now my right leg has this shooting pain that goes all the way down to my foot. My leg is also numb it really does suck. To help the pain the dr gave me meds, but the said part is I am 23 and I am have to take 7 different kinds of meds. They have me taking 15 pills every 6 hours. Some of these pills are heavy narcotics like morphine. I am afraid that I will get hooked on the and it will be a pain in the ass to get off of them! And another thing is when I take all these pills I fill like I cant do much cause I fill weak and drain all the time. My days are just passing me by. My favorite relative, my uncle Edgel, passed away early this morning. He had melanoma several years ago, which metasticized into his brain. The tumors were inoperable, and although they tried radiation, chemo, gamma knife, and surgery, the cancer spread into his lungs and liver. He has been in a coma for nearly two weeks. i can't take it anymore. the caring about people just to get hurt. i don't know what to do any more. i don't know how much i can take. fuck i don't even know why i do this. let myself get this way. to care about someone to give them help and to guide them when they ask and yet i'm supposed to just sit back and watch them destroy themselves. i can't do tihs. my sister keeps fucking around with all these guys and now she got herself into a possion that she can't get out of and one of them is mentally abusing her. playing these mind games with her to make her feel like shit so she will stay with him by threatening to do harm to himself. and she keeps falling for it even when his own roommate says that 's what he's doing. i know that i should give up but not to sure that i can. am i falling for the same shit? am i setting myself up once again for another fall? i though i had my ability to care under control. once again i was wrong.

Time To One's Self
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings I work from 3pm to 10:30pm(closing). Saturday is usually 11am to closing, Sundays is 8am to closing...14.5 hours! During the school week I watch grand daughter from 8 am to 2pm. Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, I also watch grand son along with his sister when he gets out of school til 10:30-10:45. Son helps on out on Wednesdays when I work nights. I need to figure out some 'me' time! When I get home from work, I am too exhausted to do anything else. I manage to fix some food to eat and that is it. When I take a shower, I have to be extra careful with fatigue and vertigo. It is interesting when I lean my head back to wash my hair. I have to put an elbow on the shower wall to minimize the swimming of my head! Hopefully, soon, I will be able to have a 'life'. Right now, family needs me and I am here for them.

My Daughter Is Comming To Visit
I am still battling a sore back. My back is almost better, just one sore spot left. Not sure what caused it, but will be glad when I am totally pain free. I am ready for school. On Sunday 1 of my horses went down, tried to find help, Who is at home on sunday afternoon, finally Deb a good friend said she would be right over, we thought this would turn out in a good way, got him up & going again,long story short, hauled him to the vet and about 3 am monday morning, i had to say Good bye. I was driving home from work and listening to a talk radio show that I recently found I quite enjoy. There was an email read on the show that shocked me. The woman wrote about her sister who she looked up to and aspired to be like. The account took place after the sister's husband had broken his leg. To all my dear friends! I haven't been able to leave any sort of comment (profile, stash, photo, etc) since last night! I don't know whether it's another Fubar fluke, someone reported a comment I left or if it's a competitor in the contest I am in, but I am totally frustrated at this point. Leaving you comments is very important to me as part of my almost daily routine. I didn't want you to think I was ignoring you.
