Love Is....
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres... Love never fails.

When Frustration Comes To Call...
When we talk about frustration, we generally mean those feelings brought about by shocking changes in our worldly circumstances. Loss of property, loss of job, disappointed expectations. These events and so many others, leave us feeling frustrated and helpless. "How could this happen to me?" we ask, "Who did this to me?" The hard lesson is that even though the events that led to our frustration just came out of nowhere, the solution will not. It's up to us to quit trying to figure out how this happened and turn our attention to what we can do about it. Frustration leaves us feeling out of control, prey to random forces. When frustrated, we must learn to seek out the areas we can control and learn to accept that the ultimate CONTROLLER of our circumstances is always watching out for us.

5-21-08 45th Entry
I saw the nutritionist yesterday. I must say it was very hard on me. I was so stressed worrying I was literally getting sick (even though I've got a cold thats been going on for a couple weeks I could tell it was the stress sick I get at times). Anywhoo, it was a blah morning waiting for 4pm. Luckily Bishop let me bounce my frustrations etc off him and it helped me keep from getting too out of control. Coley went with me and that helped as well. So a great deal of thanks goes to Bishop and Coley for keeping me from being a total nutcase. Yea yea yea, I know, I'm always a nutcase, hush! lol. I am sick to DEATH of getting emails that someone has STOLE my damn pics and presented themselves as me. Cracking me up this stinkin email I got said I was 5'5 and lived in East Orange NJ. What kind of frickin loser are you to have to resort to stealing my pics? What a bunch of scumbags there are out there. I know EXACTLY where the pics were swiped...that is HERE on FUBAR!!!!!!! Damn Vertigo!
Does anybody know how to make this spinning stop? I've been to numerous doctors, all don't know what is wrong with me. After MRI's/MRA's, chiropractor visits, ear tests, and lots of pills, I am still spinning!!! :( This is like a roller coaster ride I can't get off of! Has anybody had experience with it or know someone who has? What worked or didn't work for you/them?? Yesterday the spinning got so bad I almost passed out 3 different times. UGH!!! HELP ME!!

My Ex....
So i have this ex. My ex is 29. His name is Shane. Well Shane and i work together and i decided that i would give him a chance. Cedar Point
Family and I all went to Cedar Point today. The day was very cold up til 1. I had 4 shirts..2 which were thick sweatshirts. Meaningful Things
Sometimes you just have to take a step back and look at parts of your life in a different way. Not hard to do. Other times maybe you just need to take a deep breath and relax. Hey all i need some ideas, i have been wanting to mod my PC for a while now, but can not deside what to do. Here are some examples of a modded pc, i do not want to repeat anything i know has been done. So throw out any ideas, think of your PC tower as something youd want to look at. I have little explanation for this, but in the past few days or so, I have been feeling overwhelmingly run down. If you've had me on IM or in shoutbox, it's been a little harder to detect, but those who have talked to me on the phone or seen me in person have noticed that I have had bouts of sporadic energy followed by severe fatigue. I'm calling my doctor about this, but if I had to guess, it's from the elevated dosage of my anti-seizure medication (it was just raised a few days ago). Other than that, I can't explain why I feel so worn out lately. I dont know if anyone has noticed that I have not been on here much lately. Well its been a wild ride this past few months. first of all I had it out with hubby Easter weekend. he found out about a lot of things i was doing. Although he wasnt inocent in all this either. So we talked things out and decided to give it another go around, you know 20 years is a long time not to at least say i done all i could do. Well, soon after that I had another attack with my fibromylgia. I have been bed ridden for 6 weeks now. not been able to work or anything. Yesterday, I got a phone call from my doctor's office about my blood work that was done. I was at Walmart when I found out that I was pregnant. One of the problems with the internet world is that friends are often tossed aside so easily... replaced by the new and exciting. Memorial Day Weekend Plans
This weekend there will be tons of people out of town.. and I will finally be one of them. I don't have money, nor gas, but fuck it I am doing it. Hello all, Got some good news, after finding out that I was denied unemployment, I litterally spent the entire day the other day sending out job apps/resumes/cover letters, ect to almost 40 places. I have heard back from two of them already, one from a head hunter agency that has a few positions open in both Network Administration and Helpdesk Level II, however, the one I am more interested in at the moment is an IT Manager position at a Bank here in Madison. I had been striving to become a manager at my previous company but just wasnt any openings at the time, and having past experience in Management in older jobs helps in this regards as well as my years of experience. They want me to call them back next week and setup an interview time for both places so things are looking hopefull there anyways. Rememberance
Well, all, I'm only here for a little while (though aren't we all? lol). The saddest thing about Memorial Day is the remembrance of my dad. He was in this veterans organization and every year during the memorial day weekend, there were places to go and things to do. Living in Maryland at the time helped, but they had people coming from all over including Europe. The culmination of all this was the event at Arlington National Cemetery, for the Memorial Day Festivities. See all those graves with an American Flag on them made one kind of misty-eyed, visiting certain gravesides, one being Gen. Getting Better Every Day :)
Finally things are starting to turn around. Adam finally found a full time job with benefits, I changed jobs and now I am in less pain with my hip. So finances will be getting much better soon. We both have quit smoking almost a week ago and that is going well. Adam and I have worked out most of the kinks of us living together and are getting along well. Covered In Smoke
The entire city of Santa Cruz is covered in smoke from the fires in the Santa Cruz Mountains. The fire is in Corralitos which is south of where we live but the smoke is every where. I saw Arnold Schwarzenneger yesterday. He has been in the area discussing the plan of attack that the fire crews have. I will keep you guys posted if the fire starts coming our way.

New Beginning
Wow where do i start. As you all know i have been trying to find my son for a while now. 2 days ago I got a letter in the mail from Ohio stating that they have custody of my son. Apparently the My Ex and her husband were taking nude photographs of of her 14 year old daughter and got caught. My son was not involved in the photographs thank god. So here I am one day living my life and over night they tell me that i can get sole custody of my son. my life has been turned upside down over night but I am happy to finally have my son here at home for good. I will be spending a lot of time in Ohio appearing in court and visiting my son and preparing him for the move home with his dad.

Update On Job Interview
Well, well, well - I applied for a few positions at a local hospital in the Intensive Care Department and I am thrilled to report to you all that I have accepted the position. It was one of two jobs I wanted desperately - and by goodness I got one of the two. I will be working 3 12hr shifts with 3 days off and it may include every other weekend - but have already been informed it may not be that frequent. It’s Strange

Seneca Rocks In Beautiful West Virginia
It has been about 14 years since I last climbed the Seneca Rocks in beautiful West Virginia about 22 miles west of Petersburg. Saturday, May 24, 2008 I spent the day there with my youngest daughter and her 10 month old baby and we climbed right up to the top. Because of the baby I was limited to only one peak of the beautiful rocks but if you look at the pictures it is breathtaking. Anyone want to go back with me to climb the other peaks?

3 Weeks And 3 Days
That's how long I've been a Momma. :) Anyways... life is good for the most part. I'm definately going a bit stir crazy.. since its been over a month since I've been able to come and go as I please. I still am not suppose to drive myself anywhere, and I'm still not supposed to lift anything heavier than my daughter. I don't follow those rules to the letter. But I do take it easy. I still have pain sometimes from my incinsion. I've been upstairs once since I was put on bed rest. Which kind of sucks since I'm beginning to miss sleeping in my own bed. My dad and brother are planning on coming out next month. Just got off the phone with dad and HOPEFULLY they'll give me some more exact dates soon. I'll be back to work by then so I kinda need to know so I'm not working the entire time they're here. And now I'm starting to get a headache and I'm hungry. Time to rummage for food.

Tidings, And Fare Well
Strangely an earlier supposition about the speculation of the end of my Fubar experience, is seemingly manifest now. I have started to not have any comments, or friend requests anymore. I don't really get that much activity anymore here. It's happening. I have hit my Fubar peak, and I'm on my way down now. I'm even going to cut the fat out of my friends list. I have friends cancelling their accounts. I have others that are mad at me, or removing me from their friends list for whatever reasons. I guess I wasn't sure how this would work out, but I do know that I have spent a lot of time here, and I enjoyed a lot of this time. Should Have Followed My Advice

Alunium Foil
Never noticed it and of course had to check it out right away AND it does work if you press in each end. I checked my roll as soon as I got this and I'll be darned it was right on the end of the box. Pays to read. I DID NOT KNOW THIS!! I hope I'm not the only one. I've been using aluminum foil for more years than I care to remember. Great stuff, but sometimes it can be a pain. You know, like when you are in the middle of doing something and you try to pull some foil out and the roll comes out of the box. Then you have to put the roll back in the box and start over. The darn roll always comes out at the wrong time. Well, I would like to share this with you. Yesterday I went to throw out an empty Reynolds foil box and for some reason I turned it and looked at the end of the box. And written on the end it said, "Press here to lock end". Time to get on the soap box. I have read many messages on FUBAR this week about honoring those who serve/have served. It involves showing them love on here, putting together a magazine to send out to Soldiers, etc.. These acts, while noble serve little purpose. The FUBAR stuff is a no brainer, it is a webpage, something to pass time and meet diffeerent people. The magazine will not make it forward of a REMF (ask for clarification) sitting at a desk who has access to all things possible. Instead I ask this of you, go to Atlanta or Dallas (if possible), say thank you to the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines coming off the planes. Get involved with one of many groups who already send things to the troops in harms way. (506th Association will ensure my Soldiers get what you send to them). All The Bad Shit Happens At Once.
I havent been online pretty much at all this whole entire weekend. Which is so not normal for me, i love the internet, its pretty much how i keep in touch wiht my friends and families, ,minus the occasional cell phone call. Anyways my grandma called me on friday and told me they found cancer in her hip bones, hence why her bones in her hip keep deteriating, this last hip replacement made number 3 in the area they found her cancer. Which is really sad i lost my grandpa her husband to cancer back in 2002. Then Saturday i get a call from my cousin saying her mom had commited suicide, way to go. Which this happens to be really sad because her grandma passed away from diabetis not even a month ago. So its been really rough. Im just confused, scared and lost all at the same time.

Demobilization
At last I'm back in the US. I'm just in the process of completing paperwork, and listening to people talk who have nothing important to say and will waist my time for a week. This is the demobilization process. I'm happy to go through it since it means I'm done, but they could probably fit this thing into two days instead of a week. Memorial Day
I went to the graveyard today with my old man to put a flag on my grandpa's grave for Memorial Day. He was a WW2 vet and very proud of it, I can't imagine what that must have been like. The thing that really upset me was that there were a lot less flags out on graves than there were last year. People might be forgetting and that makes me mad beyond words. Thats not the deal, thats not how its supposed to be. Thank you to all the veterans... past, present and future.

Grandchildren
Grandchildren are wonderful. I remember when my daughter was born, my father used to spoil her and then when my son was born, oh God, who let up the flood gates. Trying to be a parent with grandparents coming behind them saying, it's okay. Like Bill Cosby said, that is not the man that I grew up with. If you ever get a chance watch Bill Cosby Himself. Anyway, so now I am a grandfather, and my grandson was the commander of the weekend. Classes Start Tomorrow Again
Well school starts again tomorrow, I only have 2 classes this semester, but they are 16 week classes crammed into 8 weeks. Still need to sort some stuff out. Either I was given the wrong information, or I miss hear it. One of the classes I am taking this semester, might be for someone that is farther along than I am. I guess I will find out soon enough. Also I thought I could take certificate courses for both Funeral Director and Embalmer. But it looks like to take the embalmers class, I need to get my AA degree. ok how the hell do I keep getting these idiots that call themselves men hitting on me. Im sorry i cant stand the fact that all they see when they look at me is a fun time. Hugo Tornado
OK - Just an update. Jodie and I are OK, we were on our boat on the river on Sunday 25th May. Jodie recieved a phonecall from her firechief - A tornado has touched down on the corner of our street and she is needed back. We left in a hurry - the 1hr trip only took us 30 minutes. We arrived to find hundreds of sick people blocking the road just so they could catch a glimpse of the destruction. We finally managed to get in to our street because Jodie is an EMT/Firefighter. She left to go help others while I looked at the damage to our house. I have placed pictures of the damage for you to look at. We are safe and so are our friends. Wood and plaster can be replaced. Anyway - we had a few holes in the roof and all the windows on the back of the house are smashed.
