Soo...today was my court date. I had to go get my license back and bring a proof of a new updated insurance. And...when it was my turn to go up after a fuckin hour of waiting...I realized that my insurance card was...in my gdamn house, on a table. And now I have to go to another court to pay a court supervision fine that I never paid because my fuckin money order that I got a week after I got the fine. It has been a year... Why Do We Base Our Self Worth On What We Can Do Or Be For Others?
Maybe I am alone in this thought (and if I am, I apologize for generalizing), but it seems everytime I try to see how far I have come in my life, I look at what I am able to do for my friends and family or what I have done for them. I think of how valuable I am to others to measure how good of a person I am and what more I could do. Why don't we take self worth for what it really is?........ what we are worth to ourselves.

It was hard to leave my normal hotel choice, but after having spoiled Humus left in the ice bucket and the door handle about ready to fall off, it was time for a change. Shame cause the place use to be nice. Anyway, here's the review. I would probably take it a wee more serious if it wasn't for his typo! LMAO Stayed for a few days and loved it. Ditto on all that has been said--very clean, excellent location, exceptional value. I would give it five stars except that the front desk personnel were without exception some of the most sullen and creepy individuals I've ever seen working in customer service. But if you don't mind the low IQ and verbally challenged deadbeets at the desk, this is definitely a great place to stay.

Smith's friends wrapped the arm in ice and took him to the emergency room at Southside Hospital, and he was transferred to the intensive care unit of Nassau County Medical Center, where he is listed in critical, but stable condition, according to a hospital spokeswoman. I've Had It With Doctors!
So, my doctor gave me some samples of a med to try for my pain. He said if it worked to call him and he would phone in a prescription. It's not 100% but it does offer me some relief. So I called last Wednesday. "Okay, we'll give him the message and have it phoned in." Great! I went Saturday to get that script and a few others. Guess what? Not there! The doctor's office was closed yesterday for the holiday, so I called about 11 this morning. "Oh, we faxed that over last week." Well, obviously you didn't because they don't have it. "Okay, we'll refax it in a few hours." I just called the pharmacy a few moments ago. Gee, surprise, surprise...NO PRESCRIPTION! So, I call the doctor's office yet again. "Well, we were closed 2 days for the holiday. Doctor is running 45 minutes behind." Yeah, that's find and well but I called you people on Wednesday. WELL before the holiday closings.
