So, my doctor gave me some samples of a med to try for my pain. He said if it worked to call him and he would phone in a prescription. It's not 100% but it does offer me some relief. So I called last Wednesday. "Okay, we'll give him the message and have it phoned in." Great! I went Saturday to get that script and a few others. Guess what? Not there! The doctor's office was closed yesterday for the holiday, so I called about 11 this morning. "Oh, we faxed that over last week." Well, obviously you didn't because they don't have it. "Okay, we'll refax it in a few hours."

I just called the pharmacy a few moments ago. Gee, surprise, surprise...NO PRESCRIPTION! So, I call the doctor's office yet again. "Well, we were closed 2 days for the holiday. Doctor is running 45 minutes behind." Yeah, that's find and well but I called you people on Wednesday. WELL before the holiday closings. "Well, I don't know what happened but I'll tell the nurse." Heaven forbid I have to call these people again!
