Hi all, for those of you who watch WWE wrestling, last night was an eventful night. First all the draft picks, and then the end of the show, Mr. McMahon's limo exploding, not sure what to think on that. I just couldn't believe what I was watching. Driving Lesson 4
I finished my 4th driving lesson. I need practice on the road or it will be even more difficult on my 5th lesson. I really need to get my driver's license by the 23rd of this month. I don't want to spend any more time trying to get it. i know i may seem impatient but it's been 3 years since I got my learners. I should be driving by now.

Last night I went to a Bachelorette Party. Not my kind of fun, but I went with a wad of $1 bills...ya know, just in case....well, there could have been some shakin' goin' on. Once again I find myself at a cross roads. I have been here more then a few times. Will I dip my toe in the kink pool one more time and dive in head first with out any thought to the consequences? Another Day At The Church

There is a very nice posting on the iPhone at RoughlyDrafted, taking a thoughtful look at all the coverage, and pointing out double standards in many of the negative commentators who are putting down the iPhone for not being "enterprise ready".Back in January, I wrote a summary of thoughts on the iPhone from the perspective of typical product development practices. That post got a lot of traffic, it seemed to be very popular in Germany, where there is a great tradition of quality product design (I can't think of a German designed product that isn't well engineered). Overall, with the additional advance information that has been released so far I don't think I was too far off the mark. I did expect that support for Adobe Flash and Java would be included, but they both appear to be missing. This is going to be the biggest pain, as there are a lot of web sites that use Flash or Java applets. Today was an awful hot day in the south and of course humid, it did cool off some later in the day with some clouds, but little relief with the air conditioner at home not working. It isn't expected to be fixed till Tuesday, so I will actually be glad to be at work during the heat of the day tomorrow. As a few of you know starting this week i will begin working two jobs and will have a lot less time on here to keep up, I will try to post things happening in my life here in this blog to keep you all up to date. I did get to spend a few minutes with a CT friend today, we went for a walk and down to the lake for a bit and got to spend some time talking, it's nice to have some friends local. I'll try and comment when I can, so bare with me, I'll do my best to keep up.

Chinese Walnut Chicken
Ingredients: * 1 teaspoon cornstarch * 1 Tablespoon water * 1 egg white, beaten * 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into one-inch cubes * 3 Tablespoons soy sauce * 1 Tablespoon bourbon * 1/2 teaspoon sugar * 4 Tablespoons oil * 3 whole scallions, cut into 2-inch slivers * 2 slices fresh ginger, minced * 1 medium garlic clove, minced * 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts Hot cooked rice Method In a bowl, mix together cornstarch, water and egg white. Add chicken and toss until thoroughly mixed. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, bourbon and sugar. Set aside. Heat a wok or large heavy skillet over high heat until a drop of water "skittles" across and evaporates immediately. Add 2 Tablespoons of oil, swirl, and add chicken. Quickly stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes or until no pink shows. Quickly remove from pan and set aside. Reduce heat to medium-high and add the remaining oil to pan. Add scallions, ginger and garlic;

Hello Hope all is well with everyone out there. I have been busy with sortin bears that people have donated .Thank You if you have. I have also been sewing. I make all the vest from camo material, have to cut them out from the pattern and then do alot of sewing to make the final vest ready for the bear. This past week,I have made about 160 of them. Teaching English In Taiwan
My previous career was as an International Recruiter for the public school system in Taiwan. I worked for a corrupt businessman and I ultimately had to return to Canada last fall. Earlier today I got an E mail based on an ad I posted nearly a year ago, and funny enough I replied and said that I would be interested in recruiting Canadians for them. I laid out my fees and the services I can provide and I'm fairly sure I'll have a favorable response from them. I didn't stop there, I went to my old posting lists and I decided to hit a few of the larger chain schools and offer to assist them with their recruitment needs. Essentially the edge that I have over the Taiwanese is that I can post in Local news papers and they cannot. I just thought I'd share that bit of information, and if any of you are interested in teaching abroad please let me know. I can surely work something out for you :)

Job Hunting Continues
Every once and a while I check out the wanted ads for job openings. Most of them are out of my range sadly :(. I really need to change jobs. I don't hate the poeple I work with or even the place. Home For A Minute
I am home for a few minutes to grab a quick dinner and then I am out the door to another meeting. Thank goodness tomorrow is pay day. But, then I am driving 75 miles tomorrow to attend another meeting with the local Red Cross to discuss my projects with them. I can't wait till Sunday when the Seahawks will beat the Saints at home. 53rd Wv Black Walnut Festival
This is the weekend that every nut in 4 states decends on Spencer, WV for the Annual Black Walnut Festival. I haven't gotten to go for the past two years because of being on home confinement. I have had to sucker other people into taking my daughter to the festivities. This bums me out. Its not that I actually miss going to the festival, it is that I cannot take my kid. I would do anything in the world for her, but I can't take her to the places she wants to go. My 72 year old aunt, her daughter and husband and some other people from Alabama took her yesterday. My brother, and a couple of guys from the campground have her there today. I know that she is having fun, but the fact that I don't get to see her enjoying herself is what has me down. What If This Is As Good As It Gets?
My life is spinning into a bottomless abyss of failure and loneliness and there isn't anything I can do to stop it. No matter how hard I try to get a woman or a career, the faster I seem to fail. Makes me wonder what the point of life if all there is failure after failure. That's no gold at the end of the rainbow, that's there's no light at the end of the tunnel. If something good don't happen soon I fear I don't know what will happen to me or what I might do just to stop the endless pain in my life. The endless assault of failure. Happy Halloween!
Hi all..... My Halloween night was awesome! Me and the kids went to my mom's house, and had homemade chili and then went trick or treating down her street. I don't trust/know everyone down my street, but I know pretty much every one down my mom's street. A Big Decision

Update On Recovery
Nurse was here today. I'm running a 100.5 temp plus my blood thinner levels are too high, so no blood thinner until Wed night and then only a 1/2 dose. Nothing more strenuous than passive therapy. So even though taking away one med I've had to add tylenol to my pharmacy. Therapist won't be here now until Wed afternoon and nurse will be back Thurs. to see how the redness in my knee is .
