Time For Some Housework.
So anyway, I've spent most of the night trying to talk to people who've firmly ignored me. About 85% of those people are on my friends list. I also noticed that even after clearing out the dead links I have nearly 500 people I've fanned, and oddly enough I have less than 200 fans myself. I have 380 friends and I think I actually talk to maybe twenty of them. So here's the deal... I'm taking a good sharp machete to my friends and fan of lists in a week. If you want to be on my friends list, tell me in this blog by next Sunday. After that, I'm doing some spring cleaning. Only two people are exempt from this because they're on hiatus from fubar. Everyone else... I love my friends. My real friends. I say in my profile, which less than half of you have ever bothered to read, that I will always be here for you if you need to talk or just want to talk. I mean that. Italian Crock Pot Stew
Italian Crock Pot Stew 2 Tbl olive oil 3/4 pound sweet Italian sausage, broken into bites 3/4 pound hot Italian sausage, broken into bites 2 small, six inch zucchini cut into one half inch rings 1 red, yellow or orange bell pepper cut into one-inch chunks 1/2 a medium onion cut into chunks (it will fall apart later) 1 tsp garlic (jar garlic is fine) 28 oz chopped Italian tomatoes. I use canned organic with the juice 2 tsp Italian spice blend 8 oz thickly sliced large button mushrooms; or small button mushrooms cut in half 11/2 cups Italian cheese blend 4 Tbl of fresh basil cut into thin slices (a.k.a chiffonade) Optional: Cooked pasta - your choice of noodle. Penne, rigatoni, fettuccine, or other. On the side: Garlic bread and salad Put the broken up sausage and the olive oil in a large sauté pan. Toss. Cook on medium high until both sides of the sausage are browned. You don't need to cook the sausage all the way through. It will finish in the crock pot.

Aloha Dump Cake Prep: 10 min, Cook: 45 min. 2-1/3 cups canned crushed pineapple, undrained 1/2 lb. flaked coconut 1 package yellow cake mix 1 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces Preheat oven to 350°F. Easter Weekend Random Thoughts

Just One Of Those Days
Yeah the title pretty much says it all...just one of those days...where i want to pull all of my hair out by the roots (what little of it is left) and then talk a long walk on a short pier. Nothing is going right, everything that is even slightly important or valuable is being ruined all around me and there isn't anything i can do about it. Well....Many of my friends know I've been sick and I've really not had the want or get up about myself lately. Well that all started changing a few days ago. After being back in the hosp for having issues on breathing. Well I'm getting better slowly but it's just taken time for my body to get rid of all the crap I've had. But alot of good has come out of me being sick. One being I've Stop smoking!! Two being I can really take a deep breath!! Today i look in the mirror and see someone I hate. For years I have been told I am nothing. That I am ugly and wortless. A cold hearted bitch. I am freash out of tears!!!! I am not going to cry over something that seems not to want to even belive that I have ever came into their life. I was not a perfect person and made misstakes just like any other person on this God giveing green earth. And if thay feel that thay are perfect, Then I feel sorry for them. Well, I can tell you that most people join Fubar to meet local women and local men. But in the beginning it's not so easy! I had the opportunity to meet one of the sweetest men ever on here...Cowboy Joe...we never met face to face...but what I knew of him he was a sweetheart and a man that became very dear to me. On March 4, 2008 we fu-married...lol his reasoning for this date was....March...Forth and be Happy....and that I was. Today I ended up I Am Legend from the $1 dvd rental thingie at McDonalds. Only I didn't pay $1. I paid NOTHING! WOOHOO. I'm watching it now and so far I like it. As a point of ethics, I do not celebrate Easter. Christmas. Thanksgiving. Or really, any other holiday, come to mention it. I am sick and tired of mothers that breastfeed putting down, or looking down on those of us who use formula (not all do, I know this, but I have encountered many that do). Well guess what? Not everyone can breastfeed. And don’t give me that "Everyone can breastfeed. It’s the natural way." Yes, breastfeeding gives children the things they need to build their immunities. Sure, that’s how everyone did it in the old days, but times changed. In the old days, women, or girls rather, would get married and have children at 15. That’s not the norm anymore. Things change!!! March 23, 2008 Hello I really don't have a subject matter or any "theme" going on here today. I thought I'd just catch you up on some turn of events & happenings from my RL while away from Fubar. Religion. God. Church. My View.
God doesn't care if we go to some freaking church to show our love for Him or if we stay home and spend time with our loved ones. God cares how we live, how we love, how we treat those around us, how we treat the world in which we live. In my opinion, religion is often times used for comfort and a sense of belonging for people. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that, but I find it to be pathetic when somebody uses religion as an excuse to not like or respect somebody. We are all equals. I see no reason for us to keep from loving one another simply because of our differences. God has many names because He is an entity that loved and created us all. We are all His children. Love and respect your brothers and sisters as you would love and respect Him, for we are all pieces of God.

Big decisions to be made. I have no clue what to do, have no where to go. So, ive been given an ultimatium, to fix it or move forward. For the last year I have been diving into photography head on and can't seem to get enough of it. My father was big into it when I was a kid and finally a year ago I had the $$ and the patience to get into the hobby myself. Little did I know I would get myself so deep into it and have such a passion for it. I have learned a lot over the last year reading books and just tinkering with the camera but decided a few weeks ago I would like a bit of formal training so I decided to start to look at schools and classes. My regular day job wants me to go back to school for my Bachelors Degree and will pay for part of it but being recently divorce, my budget is almost nill so there goes that idea. I can't afford a bit school bill and honestly I don't want anymore IT schooling. Work won't cover an art degree so off I go on my own. Newest Family Member
On March 20, 2008 at 6:48 am my newest grandson decided to join us and that makes me now a 4 time grandmother. I am so proud of my grandkids and my son for the man, husband and father he has become. My grandson weighed in a 8 lbs 7.5 oz. and was 20 inches long. My daughter in law set a record at giving birth to him. He didn't want to wait for her to dialate and started to come at 8 centimeters. He shot out like a cannon and she had him in 3 minutes. The doctor didn't even have enough time to get from where she was resting to the room. The nurse on duty had to deliver him and they never had time to drop the bottom of the bed to put her in stirrups. I guess he is living up to his name...Kannon Mikeal which was picked out a long time ago. I can't wait to see him and hold him, since my children live in PA and I already spent weeks with them waiting for him to arrive. I am so excited and happy that both Mom and baby are well and are going home today. I love being a grandmother.

Ok so I'm working now and have decided to take out my rantings from or about work here. Feeling Old
I know I'm not old, no one needs to tell me. I just am starting to feel that way bcuz my youngest, my little baby is turning 4 next week and it's so hard for me to believe. There was a time where we didn't think she'd make it to her 4th bday. She was born 4 months early, 1 lb 6 oz, and she was having all these infections in the NICU and had to have open heart surgery when she was only a month old (and was only about 2 lbs at the time) she had so much trouble breathing and she had bleeding in her brain, which has caused her to have cerebal palsy. She's blind in both eyes, can't walk, can't eat by mouth, can't speak and will probably be in a wheelchair for the rest of her life. But she's here. She's made it to her 4th birthday, been through over 10 surgeries in her 4 years of life, and she's amazing. My little miracle baby. I invented a new drinking game called "Fuck, Fuck, Booze!" It's played much like Duck, Duck, Goose! - but with alcohol and sex and consenting adults. I think it's going to be sweeping the nation. I Drive A Massive Amount
You know, since I cover an area roughly bordered by Louisiana (I do make runs into Louisiana for certain customers at times) down to Corpus I drive a LOT. I'm talking like 30-40k miles a year. The one place I dread to go is where I live :-) Think of it as inside Houston's outer loop (Beltway 8, and the worst places (besides the obvious, downtown) are: *610 and 45 interchange, particularly from the west, headed east *45 South approaching Clearlake City Blvd, from either direction *Outer Loop (Beltway 8) on the west side, particularly around 290W There are three thing that can ease these congestion problems RIGHT NOW! 1. Outlaw cell phone usage, and enforce it 2. Ship the illegals back home, with their uninsured cars/trucks/minivans, etc. 3. Outlaw minivans altogether or restrict their use to times outside rush hour.
