how's this for stupidity...
My dad hated this one neighbour in particular so one day decided to lob a rock through his window, and followed through on said plan. Now here's the dumb part. A certain amount of minutes later he went back and repeated said process, only to nearly hit a policeman standing inside looking over the damage.
