Another Day Of Snow
Hard to believe it is almost April and we are still struggling with snow. The tiny birds gather at the base of the trees in hopes for a fall seed. The eagles perch high upon the great mast of the boats awaiting the herring which this year will be their salvation . It breaks my heart to see the changes here. Man sees the changes in the world and he calls it progress. I see the same changes and ask myself when the cost for progress will be more than man is willing to spend. New Me
Well I'm finally able to sit up and feel like typing so for those who don't know I had my gall bladder removed on Wednesday. Yeah I know I'm young but they said it looked awful once they got it out. They also checked for one of the stones that had passed into my bile duct and caused me to be violently sick last week(btw they didn't see it so guessing that it passed out of my system). With my health like it was I had to postpone school for the remainder of the month and will finish my last 3 weeks next month. Apparently I "disappeared off the face of the earth" and wanted to let those who care and showed much love and light that I had a close call and brush (once again) with the man with the Sickle... I was out in the yard and was stung by a wasp. I went into shock, stopped breathing and heart stopped and wound up swollen and blue from an allergic reaction as well as oxygen deprivation. After several days in the cardiac ICU, I had to stay for more tests and antibiotics as well as the usual crap of IV's and getting lots of rest (yeah right - like anyone can rest when they are taking temperatures and blood pressure at 4 AM). Now I have to carry around a new sting kit since my old one was expired and didn't do squat. It's a real scary experience when the world goes dark and cold on a person and what I do remember was not all that pleasant. March Of The Ducks 3-21-08
Just walked Roxxanne and seen this....thought it was funny and wierd to see cause usually when the ducks come back from being down south in the winter it is warm here. Or at least there is no snow. I never seen duck prints before. I have the pond on front of my house and the lady in the building behind me feeds them so they always take this route. In the summer there will be like a 100 of them walking in a little procession quaking under my window as they do. Which is usually bout 6 am on a Saturday morning....grrrr This is proof that it should not be snowing....

Running
Well I'm back to roughly a 6min mile. Two miles is under 12:30 consistantly with plenty left over. I'm even doing 25 or 50 pushups and 30 sit ups before each run. Right now I'm working with a coworker on running technique. Too many people run wrong, causing them to land on their feet wrong injuring all the joints from their knees and hips up to the back and neck. She doesn't get that when you run your ankle should go out in FRONT of your body and knee so that you can land and roll on your ankle. At least she's gotten a breathing rythm in sink with her breath and her arms are resting by her side and not crossing in front of the body. Crossing those arms in front of the body does so many horrible things - I'll spare the details unless asked. Once I help her learn how to run properly, she'll be able to run for 50yrs like those 80yr old women who just ran non stop the Boston Marathon! My goal after that is a 3 mile in under 19:30 and a quarter mile time under a minute ag

Once again I left myself open to be hurt and run over by leaving my heart on my sleeve were it is happy at. I'll learn one of these days to put a shield around it to stop it from being ripped off my arm and thrown under foot and walked all over. What This Site Was For...
This is my one and only blog for this website. I really don't know how to move in it but I did find blogs and as most know I love to write blogs. I have been so lazy this week. I did get some planting done earlier in the week. My honey-do list...well, we talked about most of it. Jeff has gotten some much needed rest this week since he is on vacation. We took the kids out last night for pizza and games. We all enjoyed ourselves!! Our weekend plans are....NOTHING~! We really are a boring family!! For now we have to make plans around my treatments and how I feel and it sucks. The weather is supposed to be pretty this weekend so I know we'll end up at the park sometime. There is a local egg hunt but I doubt we'll go. Some kids are just ruthless and my son is not. Reminiscing
Not sure how many of you that read my blogs actually pay attention to the music that is in my stash. I know sometimes I just go through and rate unless something really catches my eye. Anyway, If you do pay attention, you'll notice that I have a very wide variety of music stashed. At times, I just get in these moods where I start to remember songs from years ago that may have gotten me through a time in my life and I'll scurry over to "You Tube" to see if they have it, then I have the urge to stash it so I have it close by. Feelings When I Paint
ok i am going to tell you what i think about when i paint my bikes. well when i first started painting my bikes my girl friend just broke up with me so i was very sad and thinking of how i wanted to paint her on the tank of my bike. or even maybe the hood of the convertible. as many people know me in real life they know that for 1 i don't paint that good and for 2 i never painted her on my bikes or my car. i get people asking me to use my air brush and paint flames and things on there helmets or bikes and i really dont mind doing it but i want to learn how to do roses. now when i paint tho i still think of her and what she ment to me but that will always hurt so i try to think about only my paint when im painting but you never know what is going to pop in your mind .

Heartbreak

Dr Visit Today
I went to the doctor today - 24 weeks and all is good. The baby has as strong heartbeat and definitely a mover according to the doctor. They did a recheck because my pap smear from the last visit came back abnormal. Well she found some cells she wants to examine closer - biopsy but I am 24 weeks and to far along so she is going to wait until after the baby is born before doing it. She isn't concerned but I am. See about 2 years ago I had problems and they thought it was an STD so I got tested and tested and tested. It wasn't and whatever it was went away after two months. I had a biopsy done then too and the results were negative across the board. The doctor said it was stress related as her final diagnosis. Now I am wondering if it is the same thing back again or something new like cancer. Both my grandparents died of cancer as well as my aunt. Needless to say it is now on my mind. Anyway doctor visits are now happening every three weeks and if everything goes well I can g

My Life
So this last year has been so damn crazy. I have grown so much as a person and a mother. You never realize the things that are most important till one day they walk up and kinda smack you in the face. You think everything is ok and in reality it isn't. Life takes a load of work to make it through. I am jsut glad to say that the stress I have been through has all worked out. I am glad that I have grown adn I am a better person for it. I love my children and my life and will continue to live my crazy life to its fullest cause you never know when something abd will happen or when this crazy life will end.

CBBC Newsround has confirmed that Doctor Who will return for a fouth series to UK screens on 5th April 2008 though a start time has yet to be announced. Why Put Up Your Middle Finger In Pictures
I don't know if people think it is cool or what. But I myself think it isn't cool at all. We use to do it in the 60s when it ment "up yours" I don't know what it means now. But when anyone does it to me in person, I take a hold of that finger and cause them significant pain. If anyone can tell me the significance of it and why it is such a popular thing to do in pictures these days, it would be appreciated. I open my eyes. I blink, all I see is the glow of the clock beside me, the sun has not yet broken the darkness of the night. I stretch, I roll over.
