I recently read somewhere that 64 percent of adult Americans are overweight or obese. And it got me to thinking: If I had to, not only could I put on the extra weight, but I'd actually be a pretty impressive fat guy. I've already got the eating part down. I love food. Who doesn't? Dont Understand People
i dont understand people....i work with these people and they are so grouchy they walk around like they are pissed 24-7. Well, I finally got my new computer hooked up to the internet tonight - hooray! The problem stemmed from two things. The first one being the fact that the new hard drive had a slight problem so with the help of 4 different foreigners in what I would guess was India, I performed a system recovery and all was well again. The second problem stemmed from using the USB on my cable modem opposed to the Ethernet. My phone call with Comcast I have to admit, was a very pleasant experience for both of us (lol). My Angel
When I first met my Angel, I was skeptical about it. I really wasnt looking for anyone and the last place I was gonna look was online. For a good 2 and 1/2 months she would always talk to me. She was persistant. I am so thankful for that. She grew on me. Always making me smile and laugh. Finally I spent all day thinking about her at work and decided to ask her out. Follow Up From Love To All
Some of u kno that mother is not well and hasnt been for some time. Well the time has come to move her and she will be living with my grandmother. However my gma is going on her annual trek to Arkansas in June so I will be caring for and helping mom get moved and settled in. Also now that summer is upon us I will have my lovely 15 yo Jessecca staying with me every other week until she returns to school in the fall. AND as far as Dyana being pregnant yes it's true her estimated due date is Jan 17 and for now at least her and Jon are going to stay on the east coast because of the failing health of his grandfather. 3 More Days To Re-coop
We are back from our 3 day trip to Indianapolis, arriving home around 1 a.m. Tues. morning. Now, after spending the past 3 days helping my mother in law unpack from moving, and the total of about 14 hrs. on the road, I feel like I need 3 more days just to re-coop. lol Making that trip absolutely wears me out. But, here it is, Tues. and I have to leave for work in the next hour, and sure aren't looking forward to it. I really wish I could just stay in this house all day and do nothing. I know Lee has it worse than I do...he'll put in 10 hr. day today, unlike me, and I know he could sure use another 3 days to re-coop from the trip. We got a late start on Friday night, and it was about 5 am Saturday before we even got into Indy. Then when you sleep 1/2 the day away, trying to catch up from lack of sleep the night before, you don't seem to get much accomplished. Our sunday was cut short too, being able to unpack, since we went and attended a family "race party" that is held eve

The Beginning Of The Day..
It's sometimes difficult to decide if starting my day off, emotionally in the shtcan, is good or bad. One view could be, I have set the mood for the entire day, ruined another day in my life. Another view, at least I got this out of the way for today and I can go on from here. The problem with the latter theory is, I feel like a fly with a pin stabbed through me, pinning me to a corkboard, for observation. I'm not going anywhere. Life sucks and then it sucks some more. I'll get over this mood. I always do. I have a great future planned and I will accept no other result. I just have times, when I have to "adjust the position" of my heavy burden, that I reflect on my situation. By far, not the best part of my day, yet, a necessary function to keep the straps of the burden from cutting too deep.

Let me tell you a story but please try not to cry. The story of a beautiful girl and the tragic night she died. She seemed to be so happy, no one even knew, the pain she was hiding, we didn't have a clue. Smiles on the outside tears from wihin, if only she had realized her heart could love again. Feeling all this pain, she said tonight's the night. She then went and gathered all the pills in sight. One by one she swallowed then all, as she silently began to weep. Whew! What A Week...
Started out this week while working some over night shifts on Sunday night and Monday night, after working some over night shifts since last Friday, three days of classes (with one night of 4 hrs during my three days of classes).... Shouldn't have worked that Monday overnight shift, but worked begged me to because someone was out. I am so the sucker sometimes in helping my employers out. When I got home from my Monday overnight shift on Tuesday morning, I ended up sleeping through my biotechnology classes. Guess my body was screeching for that time to adjust. Attended my classes both Wednesday and Thursday and put in 3 days of work, homework, tests, quizes, etc. to just the 2 days. I will have to work tonight through Sunday on the overnight shifts again, but I should be able to get my body adjusted back before classes next week since I am off on Monday. Whew!! Just thinking about it all has me exhausted... lol.... I am heading for a nap before I go into work tonigh

Wwe Wrestling Superstar And Family Found Dead
June 25, 2007 Wrestling star Chris Benoit, his wife, Nancy, and their 7-year-old son Daniel were found dead in their suburban Atlanta home Monday. The deaths are being investigated as a possible suicide and double homicide, authorities told ABC News. Lt. Tommy Pope of the Fayette County Sheriff's Department told ABC News that Benoit had missed several appointments over the weekend, leading concerned parties to ask police to do a "welfare check." When sheriffs arrived at the Benoits' home, they found the wrestler, his wife, and their son dead. There were no signs of gunshot wounds or stabbing, according to Pope. Authorities are not ruling out other causes, such as poisoning, suffocation, or strangulation. Hey everyone! My baby brother just graduated from bootcamp. Unfortunately it was infantry basic training. He has signed on for 4 years, but they can't ship him off for atleast 4 mons. Hopefully he'll get stationed somewhere that just got back, so he won't have to go. Upside is that he is going in to work on computers, so he won't actually be put on frontline. My Week!
Good evening all. I hope you have had a great week and a good & safe 4th of July!! I just can't believe that is July already. WOW this year is flying by. Well My week has been OK. Had a few rough nights with Kyle, he is getting two or three of his molars in at the same time. I just can't believe it! Andrew got two in at once, I thought that was bad! We got paid on Thursday, but unfortunately the stupid Omega has a dead battery. We thought we had fixed it, but nope! Went out there to start the car, and it was dead! GRRRRRRR That makes me so mad, the last time we charged it it had said battery charged, so we aren't sure if it's the battery or the alternator. Considering that we drove from here to the city and back with the alternator belt off the pulley! Who knows, so not this coming weekend but the next we are gonna have to take the battery and the alternator and have them tested to see which one is bad. Hopefully it's the battery, not sure how much an alternator is gonna be. This weeke

Accident
My husband Kevin was going to work on his bicycle (our licenses are suspended due to insurance being canceled). So he has to travel 13 miles each way . 15 minutes after he left yesterday morning he crashed. This happend around 7:45am. I told him to call me when he got to work at 9am to let me know he got there ok. Well 9:15 rolls around and still no call. So I called his job and his boss told me that Kevin was in the hospital. Just as he said that Kevin called me from the hospital and just kept saying "It was horrible". So I rushed to the hospital risking driving on a suspended (I didnt give a fuck at the time) and got to the hospital and found out what had happend. Kevin had hit something on the sidewalk and flew off the bike and hit headfirst into a guard rail! I was freakin out thinking he was unconscious or something. But he only had a minor concussion along with plenty of bumps and bruises and cuts. So he is home resting today but he has to go back to work tomorrow. Im just glad

Does light travel at 300,000 kps no matter the conditions? So here is your crash course in relativity. You are on a train traveling at 90mph and drop a ping pong ball onto a table. Three weeks ago, I had just turned on my old computer and found it stalling and crawling instead of starting up like it was supposed to do. Then I took in to "Geek Squad" inside "Best Buy" and they let me know about a week later that there was nothing left for them to do with that unit. So I had to wait for a couple of weeks till I gotpaid again...and now I have finally gotten a newer unit with an AMD Athlon 1.6GHz processor and finally gotten it to work. It will be a while before I get it to where it feels familiar but that will be taken care of in good time. And then there is the matter of why I'm offline almost more than I am online. New Traffic Camera Locations For New Orleans Metro Area
The parish is going to be installing traffic camera's to catch red-light runners. The cameras snap a picture of you running the red light and you get the picture with a fine slip mailed to you and you can either pay then or take it to court to contest it, at which time the fine/court costs go up. This is going to start in September. The Irritating Waiting Game
