Afraid & angry
She looks at her life
Wishing on a falling star
to take away this strife.
She feels so tired now
Of all she's been through
and what is yet to come
This ordeal is not over

Suppressing the fear
with smiling appeal

Looking at others
accompanied by loved ones
No one understands
how her emotions cry
