Well, this day has not started out well at all. T2 went downstairs to feed the babies and he came up and told me that one of the newest babies was dead. I could not believe it...the cutest babies we have had around here and now one of them is dead. A Belated Thanksgiving Wish To All
To my family, friends and fans on CherryTap, Happy Thanksgiving late. I'm sorry I didn't get around with holiday wishes for you all, but I was offline, spending time with my real life family. Turned out to be one of the nicest Thanksgivings I've ever had in my life. Along with myself, my fiancee and her two kids, both my kids were there, my daughter with her boyfriend and my son in between legs of a tour. Also present were Catherine and Jason and my Grandson Kaydin. Every got along great and the food was scrumptious. Everyone pitched in to help with cleanup, so it actually ended without the usual huge mess in the kitchen. After dinner we had homemade pumpkin pie and toasted with Mikes Hard Lemonade before a 4 hour Guitar Hero tournament, during which our good friends Anne, Michelle and Ashly made appearances. My Health

Missing Children Found
Even in the await of yet another ice storm,it is a very Happy day here in Missouri. Today there had been not one but two missing children found. Monday there was an Amber alert put out for Ben Owenby an 11 yr old boy. However, today he was FOUND ALIVE! Along with another boy, Shawn Hornbeck, who had been missing since October 2002. It is nothing short of a miricle that both of these boys were found alive let alone found together. My heart, thoughts, prayers, and happiness go out to both of these families. Another Day In Paradise (i Wish!)
I am not looking forward to tomorrow! To bring you up to speed as to why, for the past year or so, I have been battling cancer, more specific, Central Nervous System Lymphoma - a brain tumor if you'd like. Since that time, I have been going for chemotherapy and radiation (the gamma implants) to battle it. Tomorrow will be my last chemo treatment, and albeit it will be the last one, I'm still not looking forward to it. After all, who looks forward to visiting a doctor, much less getting something that's gonna make you physically sick and extremely fatigued? So this happens tomorrow afternoon. So if anyone sees me tomorrow night or the days following, stop in and talk to me. Don't worry about whether or not I am up for it, because I will tell you now, I am not only gonna be up for it, I'm gonna need it! I could use the cheering up! As for tomorrow, I know I'll be fine when all is said and done, but wish me luck anyway!

It's Official
Well we went to the doctors this morning to have the home tests confirmed. We sat and waited a while then finally got to go back. They did the usual test and we sat and waited for the results. I hate waiting for stuff like that, but it was worth it. She is definately pregnant. They gave us a tentative due date of Sept. 21 of course that will likely change after the doctor sees her and after an ultrasound but hey its gonna be somewhere around there. The shock hasn't warn off yet. We are so happy. I find myself sitting with her and rubbing her belly unconsciously. We told our two boys, the oldest thinks its cool, the 4yo isn't sure whats up but he pats her stomach and talks to the baby. Its so cute earlier tonight he was saying the ABC's and his 1,2,3's to her belly. Well thats all we know as of now but i will be keeping posts here to let people that want to stay up to date.

New Tattoo...
I got my right sleeve started on Saturday (Feb. 24th). I have a stylized sun design on my inner forearm that will be incorporated into the sleeve & a very poorly done celtic design that I got when I was 18 that will be covered up. I discussed the design when my artist was working on my left arm. You can see pictures of that tattoo in my gallery. I hadn't seen the drawing prior to Saturday, but I wasn't worried. Let's just say when I saw it I was blown away. It is nothing short of awesome. It will take about 20 hours of work & won't be done until June or so. I can't wait. Our repairman went to our dryer and pulled out the lint filter. It was clean. We always clean the lint from the filter after every load of clothes. He told us that he wanted to show us something.
