It's not bad enough my uncle is currently in surgery and I have to wait another 2 hours before I can call the hospital to see if he made it through, but I was late yet again to work. HOW IMPORTANT are friends made online? Since becoming a geek which started for me in my mid-thirties, I always thought of the internet as an artistic and social tool. So began by blogging my thoughts, creating original virtual artwork and the past three years spend a lot of time in webcam chats, instant messages and circles of interests on facebook and other social networks. Intelligence and conversations are a turn-on to me meeting people. These two things can be evident in cyber conversations. My Weird Day
Sooo... today I had an appointment at the Alternatives to CPAP clinic. It started off with a head CT scan to evaluate the soft tissues in my throat for possible surgery. Then I talked with a neurologist about my symptoms - for an hour or so. Then onto an ENT doc, who sprayed some kinda numbing agent into my nose and then stuck a scope down it to see my vocal cords and throat features. THAT was NOT FUN, just sayin. And then she made me watch the video from it; that was oogie. Finally, another talk with the neurologist, and his attending physician. She felt that I may have narcolepsy in addition to sleep apnea. I have to see my shrink and see if I can go off the antidepressants for a couple weeks so that I can do another sleep study followed by a nap study for narcolepsy. Apparently zoloft renders their observations inconclusive. All in all, I guess I'll do whatever it takes to stop me from being so tired I fall asleep while driving nearly every day. Pleh. 2 C. Butter 2 C. Sugar 1/3 C. Sour cream 4 C. Flour 1/2 t. Salt 1/2 t. Baking soda 1/2 t. Ground cloves 1/2 t. Nutmeg 1 C. Sliced almonds Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Dissolve soda in sour cream. Sift flour, salt, cloves and nutmeg together. Add dry ingredients gradually to sour cream, mixing after each addition. Add almonds. Form rolls of dough about 2" in diameter. Wrap rolls in waxed paper and chill overnight. When ready to bake, cut into 1/4" slices and bake in preheated oven at 400ºF for 12 minutes or until golden brown. This dough may be kept refrigerated about 2 weeks or frozen for later use. My Junior Year In High School
Okay now comes a year where most of it is very fuzzy to me. I started hard core into the drugs my junior year. I was always skipping school, but never dropped below a B average. I have a wonderful idea on how we can pay off our national debt. Recently Saddam Hussein was found guilty and sentenced to DEATH BY HANGING. Being the opportunist I am, I say we put his hanging on Pay-Per-View. Now before you get all jacked and moralistic on me remember that boxing is a common pay-per-view event and that is much bloodier then a hanging. I say you charge 79.99 for the event and along with Saddam's Hanging you also get to witness the hanging of Chemical Ali as well. Tue Nov 21, 8:54 PM ET PHILADELPHIA - A man who mailed a bomb to a doctor because he was angry about how his penis enlargement surgery turned out was sentenced Tuesday to four years and 10 months in prison. Blake Steidler, 25, of Reamstown, put the bomb in the mail on Feb. 11, 2005, in North Bloomfield, Ohio, addressed to the doctor in Chicago. After returning home, he called 911 and told police what he had done. The bomb was retrieved from the mail and destroyed; no one was injured. Steidler pleaded guilty in April to use of a weapon of mass destruction and other charges. Defense lawyer Luis A. Ortiz said at the time of the plea that his client was mentally ill. In addition to the prison term, Steidler was sentenced to five years supervised release, and a $2,000 fine.

Putting In Some Html Codes
Well, there are some basic HTML codes that I was able to find online that helped me personalize my About Me section a bit more - just a few font changes, color, adding in links, etc. I don't really want some big flashy profile. I think those distract and take away from what I really want to read. People don't seem as willing to actually post *real information* about themselves. They'd rather just link to a million sites with big graphics that look terrible in my opinion. Well, that's just another day of learning for me.

An Explosion Rocks My City
Just a few blocks from my home one of Sarnia's biggest oil refinery's had a huge explosion thurs night around 3am. The blast caused an earthquake like shake to my block and the fire lit up the night sky mimicking daylight. The fire could be seen 20km's away. We were told to shut off funaces and block all air inlets. We were also ordered to stay in place...meaning do not go outside.... And thats not even the scary part...the scary part is I SLEPT THROUGH the whole thing!! As did my kids!! It literally knocked stuff off selves and i had no clue what happened til the next day when my mom called to see if we heard it. There was a secondary explosion and nope, i didnt hear that either...the blast is still being investigated and thank god no1 was injured...Can i believe i slept through it?? NO!! Lol.
