Coming "home"

Sooooo Close To 25 Lbs Gone!
HOORAY! I've lost another 5.5 lbs since Wednesday, June 6th. That is a total of 24.5 lbs. :0) That means I have 47.5 more lbs to loose to hit my main goal. I hope to have it lost by September 8th but I dont know if I can do it. I hope so since they told me that would happen if I did what they told me. 72 lbs in 24 weeks. Time will tell........

D-day
Well the BIG day is finally here......in the morning (Thursday)we go to court for the final time.......and this time tomorrow I expect to be homeless after being evicted....some of you know what has happened for it to get this far and trust me.....if I go down, it will be with ALL guns blazing.....she thinks she hates me now.....well she has not seen anything yet.....trust me. I am not going to give up the home I have struggled to keep going and I am in no way going to give up the boys without a bigger fight as I firmly believe that the law here is oh so very wrong and should not favour the woman in circumstances like this where at the end of the day she has her interests very much at heart and in no way puts our sons first....in fact they don't even come a close second!!!!!!........ but we will let the courts decide just how the future goes and this is not just my future either.....I could have walked away ages ago.....But I stand firmly on principles....very strong ones at that...

E-mail Discussed On A Radio Talk Show.
I was driving home from work and listening to a talk radio show that I recently found I quite enjoy. There was an email read on the show that shocked me. The woman wrote about her sister who she looked up to and aspired to be like. The account took place after the sister's husband had broken his leg. The sister was having coffee with friends, her husband was on the couch in another room. He rudely requested that she bring him a certain drink. Obviously he should not have acted in such a way. The woman went into the room picked up his crutch and refractured the leg which was in a cast. She left him screaming in agony while she finished coffee with friends and basically gloated. Later she decided to bring her husband to the hospital to care for his leg. THIS WAS SPOUSAL ABUSE! Yet, the radio show was touting the email as humorous and the whole situation as such likewise. I have thought long and hard over this but when I get everything kosher , I am thinking of trying to disappear for a week. My only problem is if I go anywhere she thinks she has to go . Bird Feefers
I bought a bird feeder and hung It on my back porch. It's a beauty of A bird feeder and I filled it lovingly with seed. Within a week we had hundreds of birds Taking advantage of the Continuous flow of free and Easily accessible food. The Birds
For some time now there have been three black birds who have been hanging around my neighborhood. I don't know if they are crows or blackbirds, but I'm pretty sure they aren't ravens. I've been watching them. Usually when I come out, one of them flies off and the other two hang around. Today I was watching them. There was a barren branch that extended above the still leafy autumn tree line. I did not see the other bird at first. Not untill the two crows (I think I have decided they are crows) landed on the branch and it ruffled its feathers. I think it was a hawk or a peregrine. It blended well with the background of the leaves. At first the crows just sat there and the larger bird became more and more uncomfortable untill it took off. The crows followed it into the sky as it slowly circled away. They made a few swoops at her wing feathers. I'm not sure why I think of the larger lighter colored bird as a she. CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE 1 pound fresh or frozen peeled crawfish tails ordeveined shrimp 2 cups chopped onion 1 cup finely chopped celery 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 tablespoons cooking oil, butter, or margarine 2 tablespoons crawfish fat, margarine or butter 4 teaspoons cornstarch 1/2 cup tomato sauce 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 2 cups hot cooked rice Thaw crawfish tails or shrimp, if frozen. In a large saucepan cook onion, celery, green pepper, and garlic, covered, in in cooking oil for 10 minutes or until tender. Add crawfish fat; stir till melted. Srit in cornstarch. Add tomato sauce, red pepper, 1 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Cook and stir till bubbly. Add crawfish tails or shrimp. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 4 to 5 minutes or until crawfish or shrimp is tender (shrimp turn pink). Season to taste. Serve over rice. Serves 4.

My New Baby
As most of you know i am pregnant I found out on November 24th that i am having a little boy Dotlan-Ray Nathaniel Jewett. I know many of us out there are will be or even are thinking of having kids. Well over the last year I have had to shut down my business of helping handicapped people to get jobs and train them how to do them. I have had to quit volunteering with handicapped people teaching how to ride horses. I have now become a client with the same group. I get by with help from friends and family. So, I decided to take a short trip away from home to relax, party and have some fun. I went to a club and got completely wrecked and was talking up a pretty cute girl. As many of you all know, Tuesday I will be moving into a transitional community living type of place. I won't be allowed to have my laptop there, so my time on here will be minimal. Labor Day 2009
Last night around 11pm or so I recieved a text message from my baby sister letting me know my Uncle had been involved in a motorcycle accident and was in the hospital. The doctors called the family in due to his critical condition. He has head trauma, bleeding on the brain, a collapsed left lung, several broken ribs, along with several cuts and bruises. They have him on a ventilator and are giving him propofol to keep him sedated. I went back to see him and was shocked at the way he looked. Both his eyes are black and blue, very swollen and almost popped out of his head. There are tons of tubes and IVs everywhere. I really thought I would be okay since I am a nurse but it's quite different seeing a member of YOUR family lying in a bed and hooked up to tons of machines. As of right now there is still no change in his condition. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing right now. First Day

As most of you already know, and some that may not.. Here's how it goes... Most of you know me, from the old days of AD (After Dark), some of which I have remained close with, others I have not, for more reasons than I care to mention. so as i am beginning to do the polishing thing, after some hints of how to get the most points, I find myself amused. People are going to the higher credit value obviously for more points, but I have been finding that most of the reds have them all polished and nobody is polishing the one credit blings. This is a 21-year-old caucasian male who states he\'s otherwise healthy who presents to the ED via squad after an injury at work. The patient was working at kenwood mall in a demolition site. He was carrying a mirror, apparently some drywall fell, cracked the mirror which smashed into his right arm. per the squad, the initial evaluation the blood was \"spurting\" at the scene. They wrapped a pressure bandage on it and he arrived to the ED in stable condition. Upon arrival the patient was complaining of pain on the right forearm as well as numbness of the right fifth finger. Pressure banage was intact. The patient denies any other injury. So today I get a call from my son's school telling me that. He is not showing up to 8th hour. 8th hour is kinda like a study hall/ detention that takes place after their last class. After having met with most of Colton's teachers and the school psychologist we had all agreed that he would attend 8th hour everyday. Not so much as a form of punishment but as a forum for him to get extra help completing his assignments, etc. The call I received was informing me that my son has not been showing up to these classes and that they were putting him on a "contract" that stated if he missed ONE more they were going to suspend him from school for 3 days, the next offense would be 5 days suspension or expulsion from the school. Are you God damn Freakin kidding me? SO I called the psycholgist and told her I really felt that he WAS in fact showing up to these classes and that we needed to get it straightened out.
