The New Year
oh yea we have survived another year. We have survived turmoil, strife, the mundane and the ridiculous. Its only a mere pity that someone like Obama is only beginning. Even though it is a very great thing that we have managed to overcome racial issues to elect a black president, the fact that that president has caused more problems than we need is in a word... sad. So, let's hope with the new year, that he will pull his head out of his ass and become the president that we wish him to be. The greatest thing we could have for the new year is not a president thats a minority or a low unempoyment rate or medical care or whatever. No, the greatest thing we can have is...hope. Because if we have no hope then we have given up and America does not ever give up. So I hope you all have a great new year and many more to come

H1n1 Shots....why ?
Um why are they pushing soooooo hard for HEALTHY teens and young adults to get the H1N1 shot ? That age group has the most robust immunization systems and are the least at risk for H1N1 or any version of the flu. I understand that young children and older adults, or those with comprimised immune systems may need the shot. So why are they pushing so hard for everyone to get the H1N1 shot ? I think it's just another brick in the wall of immunizations that the government mandates, that in the long run will be found out to have so many side affects that entire generations will be damaged.

For once I'm trying to be a better person, yeah I have my flaws but who doesnt. Now that I know what I want in life people try seem to hurt me mentally. This is why I cant be happy with someone, I just get hurt in the end. Its all about karma....bad things happen to bad people. Okay I'm at it again. Recently I bought a wireless headset from freetalk. Oh my god this thing is awesome! I can't believe how well this thing works. There's just nothing in the world like it. Not only is the sound quality superior, but it is such a lifesaver for the fact that it is so easy to use and did exactly what I expected. Today while reading the news I noticed Apple's IPAD was all over the headlines. I even watched a video of a gentleman demonstrating the IPAD. Basically the IPAD is just a large iPod. So I haven't been up to making this post even though its been a month. Four days after I made my last blog, my step mom passed away. February 23, 2012. I still can not believe that she is gone. I was in denial about it until I went to her funeral and saw her name above the door. I broke down immediately. There were so many people at the funeral which just shows how amazingly loved she really was. All I keep telling myself is that she is not suffering which is the most important part. She did not deserve to suffer like she did, no one does. The worst part for me was when my step niece, she is three, came up to me the day after Nancy died, and goes "Where is my nana?" It was horrible, made my heart and stomach sink right into the ground. I looked at her holding back tears and told her that nana is in heaven, which is what her parents were telling her. Another Year Older
Well... It's official. I am now 38 years old. Whoopie... As I write this entry it is just after 2pm. So far my day has been good. I went to see my daughter cheer at the pop warner football game. Which in and of itself is adorable because the cheerleaders are 6 & 7 yrs old and the players look like 5 yr olds with big bulky helmets and pads... very funny in a cute way. During this game however I was playing chase my son all over the park. This is when I discovered what being 38 ACTUALLY means... It means DONT RUN. LOL After the game I had lunch with my kids at the ex's house and had some ice cream cake. I was then dropped off at my apartment to figure out what else I could do... Nothing has come to mind yet!

So Friday marked my second pay check from my new job, I get paid weekely, so I put the check in the bank. And the went to the mall on Saturday! And I bought new shoes! Really cute ones too! If you havnt heard i lost my mom the 6th of Dec.She had a fight with Breast Cancer years ago,and had won.Late Nov. she woke up and told my dad her side hurt.Whent to the Dr.'s office to fine out her Ball-Bladder had to come out(sorry forgot what was wrong.Well during the sugery they noticed her liver was 98% eaten up with Cancer.After more tests the found more around her heart.What started off as being Breast Cancer ended up all over her body.They gave her 6-8 weeks.Try that was a day or two after T-day.I could go on and on....But this is to let EVERYONE know...PLEASE GET CHECKED OUT LIKE YOU SHOULD IF NOT FOR YOU FOR YOUR FAMILY..............

Some of my earliest memories were of my daddy playing guitar and singing with a buddy of his on Sunday afternoons in the front yard of our house. today is my stepgrandparents visitation. I am really dreading going. I don't do well with dead bodies. Ive never really had to deal with one. Except one summer like almost 2 years ago when a resident at my work died on my shift. But this is different. This is family. The other familes funerals I've been to, the casket was closed. I guess it's just hard because almost 2 weeks ago I saw them alive. I mean granted I didnt know them very well, they are still family and I should be there for the rest of my family. I know my dad and stepmom really need me right now. Especially my stepmom. Those were her parents that she lost. My dad told me that it would mean alot to Jackie if I was there. He's coming to get me later on today. I have no idea with church is. I don't know Menasha at all. Then hopefully after Brian gets done with work, he'll come there. I hope.

I've Been Dismissed........

Week From Hell
Well last week was the week from hell. A month ago, the company that I worked for was bought out...and as one of the stockholders, I voted for the buyout. We had heard rumors that there were going to be some "cuts" and they were going to be painful. Last Wednesday the "painful" cuts started....150 people lost their jobs as a result of the downsizing...and I was one of them. I had to go in on Thursday to "teach" some people the jobs that only I knew how to do....it was a hard day for me. But with a few tears, some laughter, sharing some great memories and lots of hugs and kisses from some of my really wonderful co-workers, I got through the day. Ok, so anyone that I've talked to on here now knows that I split up with my husband of 9 years last week. My Trip & And Fudrama
Well I’m back from my trip, and my visit with Onyx. It is a beautiful place to see, a bit in the middle of nowhere, but it’s nice. A great time to be there with the leaves changing. I had a blast. Onyx is a great person and my bestest friend. I am glad I got the opportunity to meet him face to face. We are the best of friends and will always be. Also my first time on a plane, scared but not as bad as I had imagined it. Yes Onyx you were right nothing to worry about with the plane ride. And in light of what has transpired over the last few days. I am not being used, I do not feel like I am, and would like those of you who think I am to wake up. Hello, I want to thank evryone for they're comments, but I think all of you need to know that I did do something about it. I called CSB and all they did was give him a polly test and he passed it. Any drinkered can pass a polly, plus I insisted that they take her to the hospital and they wouldn't do it. So I did. There are alot of poeple that has heard her nitemares, and CSB didn't care. I know a 2 yr old just doesn't come up to a person and say daddy put his pee pee here( points at butt). Now do they!!!! so that is the proof I have that he did something.
