So.... I have an issue with a gf which i will not state here as she's a member but the next one really is the issue... I fell totaly for this girl, we did...or so i thought. She says that for her kids she's gonna give her ex husband (a coke using abuser) another shot to get clean as he is the father of her kids. That was december 10th... Off On Vacation
So, i fly out of San Francisco internaional airport at 10:30 tomorrow for a long ass flight to brooklyn, new york. Why you ask? Well the holidays of course, my brother has a video production company based in redhook(a district in brooklyn). So for christmas he's flying my mom and i to visit for 5 days. To say the least i'm thrilled, i fancy myself a photographer, and well if i cant get a few good pictures in new york i'm throwing my camera away. As I was coming home from the gym, I hit a patch of ice and pulled a nice 360 into a snow bank. It really wasn't snowing bad, just a little mixed with some freezing rain made for bad conditions. I leave today for 3 months in Sonoma County. For the first time since 2001, the Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport, will have commercial traffic. Most my life i've been broke as fuck. I mean i was a Welfare recipient most my life, well untill i turned 18 anyways. When i was younger we never had much more than just nasesities, and sometimes not even that. Bieng the oldest of Five children i had a lot of responsibilities. Part time maid, babysiter, cook ect. I remember when i was just a little under 13 years old i'd have to help my moms boyfriend collect scrap meatal from random ass places so we could take it in to recycle it. We recycled a couple tons a week. after a long hot dirty day of scraping i,d get a cold soda a bag of chips and we'd pay our utility bills. didn't seem like much, but it kept the lights on and the water running. Just recently i joined the Army National Guard. If you are not happy with life or just want sommething better for yourself i would join. Y

Well the story of the honeymoon in Spain rumbles on, but could run a bit smoother from now on. We decided to buy our train tickets for our travels to Glasgow Prestwick airport, from where we will be leaving for our 5 day honeymoon in Calella, on the southeast coast of Spain. We thought it would be about £65 for our tickets but it turns out we're travelling to Spain by a certain airline so we get our tickets for only £49! Result! Everyones a winner!!! so my year has already started off wrong but i know itll change.. it started in a bed at midnight..because i was sick..LAME! i know..lol senior year and not one drink =P but all i can think about is graduating..even when kassie walked into our hotel room..we both yelled GRADUATION!!! at the same time lol this year hopefully will make a difference.. spring break..my "mom" and i are heading to new york and looking for an apt and she wants to bring her daughter up there with me after graduation... i dont plan on living there but i have a few ideas that i want to try and make work for a few months..and if they do..who knows where im headed...if not..i wanna go to north carolina for college and stay.. but leaving ohio and staying in new york from june for the rest of the year makes me so HAPPY! i HATE it here!..even my mom said she notices how ready i am to leave.. i may not know what exactly i want right now but i have a damn good idea lame blog but oh well eat me =]

I am going to Iraq in July. I should return in January. I was asked to go by my former boss to go work for him over there in Al Asad. This is a rare thing to be asked to go. Usually it is more like "Hey, you are going in 3 months, get ready." I agreed to go. The pay over there will be good and also I am planning on re-enlisting while I am over there. Hopefully I will pick up Sgt too.

My mom and I are leaving for our road trip to Georgia in about an hour or so. We'll be down there for 3 days trying to find me a place to live during grad school. Off To Ft. Jackson
Hello all!! Well.....I'm off to Ft Jackson this morning. Been a short week here at Ft. Stawart. The Contracting class was really only 3 days long. Not a bad class, but for the most part it was old hat for me. I'm sure the rest of my detatchment got something useful out of it. So, 0830 flight to Columbia, SC this morning and the Combat Training portion starts tomorrow afternoon. Finally.....something that does not intail sitting in my ass in a classroom. Been doing WAY too much of that these past weeks. Gotta laugh, though. From Ft Stewart, it's a 4 hour drive to Ft. Jackson. The Navy opted to fly me there to the tune of $1000 in ticket costs. Seems to me it would have been cheaper to let me have a rental car. Funnier still.....I won;t get to Columbia until 1400 this afternoon. You do the math.....but that equates to the fact that it's going to take me longer to get there by plane than by car. How does THAT happen?? lol Anyway....gotta get my tail into gear here

So, the few people that know me, and know the happennings in my life seem to have found themselves in a bit of a quandry. As some of you know, my wife and I are splitting. For better or worse. I will always consider her to be my best friend. I may not be hers. But thats ok. I can accept that. Over the years the conversation varies from person to person but the main thrust always comes down to person a is in a bind emotionally... I was just sitting here, reading through the 88 precepts, when one in particular caught my attention. You see, I am on a quest to learn as much as possible. I believe that information is a powerful weapon, and in our struggle to fulfill the 14 words, we need every weapon we can get. So I've made it my goal to become as well-informed as I possibly can. Part of my search for new knowledge has been a commitment I made to myself to read the 88 precepts every day, to absorb them and the truths they hold. But for some reason, today, #18 stood out. 1. Any religion or teaching which denies the Natural Laws of the Universe is false. Okay, so this one is kind of easy. Mr. Lane made it pretty clear and absolute. But I'll explain what I think it means anyways. I believe that, when he refers to the natural laws of the universe, he is refering to the way the universe works. Every aspect of nature, from the movements of a microorganism to the creation of a new star, are governed by a set of irrifutable laws. Physics, microbiogy, quantum mechanics, all these mechanisms that occur naturally and have been proven through the scientific method can be collectively called the Natural Laws of the Universe. Had a last-minute get away to Ogunquit on the Maine Seacoast. We stayed at the most bizarre little inn right on Beach Street in a room overlooking the estuary. Though the view from our window was quite to my liking, the accommodations were a bit offbeat.
