My Tattoo
So, today I want and saw the tattoo artist to have a consultation for the tattoo that I want to get. First off he was 15 minutes late, but as soon as he saw me he was like. Wow, long time no see! I'm like sorry, and he replied we were in junior and senior high together. Wow you look good. I was thinking this guy was full of shit then he rattled off both schools and even common teachers. I was getting good feelings from him right away. Then we talked about the work I wanted, I showed him all the little metals and stuff I had from the army and the air force and he was really into this. I told him I'm fairly conservative about what I want, but I want to do it justice I'm booked to get the work on the 27th of October because he said it'll take about half a day to do the work. Only trouble is I have to be at a wedding that day as the photographer. I'm really excited about this :) Sucks that I'll have to reschedule.

The Interview Pt 2
INTERVIEW PT. 2 Alright, here's the final part of this one....... After driving away, I head home. When I get home, I go in, take a shower and clean up making sure my cell isn't far away. NIGHT OF TATTOO You've made all of the arrangements. Everything is set in place for the events that are to follow. The tattoo artist is flying in to meet us. You've got the hotel room all ready to go per his instructions as to what he would need.. all the way to the place for me to lay while he extends the tattoo on my back. First Touch

HOUSE This starts out on a beautiful spring morning. Temps are in the 70's, slight breeze but just an absolutely beautiful day. I am at my desk in my office, returning calls from the night before. Withdrawals?
I have been drinking quite a bit lately and yet to get any withdrawals.. but I haven't really stopped drinking on a daily basis for almost 3 weeks now.. I do plan to ease up soon.. just am not enjoying it as much anymore. I am just gonna wait until my birthday and vacation are over. :P Anyone deal with this? What have I got to look forward to...lol. Starting A New Job
Well today i start a new job. Its part time nights and weekends which is fine cuz i want to go back to school and finish my Criminal Justice Degree. Times When You Realize You Are At Your Strongest
I never realized how strong i could be, all though i feel like i am dieing and crying on the inside i still manage to get through a convo on the phone with my dad without shedding a tear until i hang up the phone. i spoke with my dad and told him a lil of what i was told about some treatments there are for the cancer, as much as my eyes were burning i still managed to refrain from crying or letting my tone of voice change. My dad says he will know more as of tomorrow, doc is going to go over every option with my dad and i also told my dad to bring up what info i have brought forward to him. I hate feelin like i am wilting away, but i am stayin strong for my dad. If i do disapear and not on line for a few days maybe longer its cause i am by his side through it, and please while i am gone keep my daddy in your prayers and thoughts. Plans For Today:

Little Update
Well, still sick and on my second round of antibiotics, hoping this new one works. Too soon to tell really as I have only been on it for 36 hours. The first set of antibiotics didn't do any good even after they doubled the dose. The steroids they have me on are making me feel like I am losing my mind and very ancy which is a common side effect I am told. Breathing is much easier with the steroids and breathing treatments but this pneumonia is being stubborn. Hopefully by the time I see the Dr. Friday there will be a significant change otherwise the next step is hospitalization. I miss everyone and will be back in full swing on here as soon as I am better. Hugs to all, Susie

No Excuse Sunday

My First Cappuccino
I made my first cappuccino this morning since buying my fabulous espresso machine! I have been drinking espresso over ice since I got it. Now the weather is changing and getting much cooler so it is time for warm coffee drinks. I put the milk under the steamer and it heated it up and then made froth to put on top! I need to get another report done, submit some paper work after my 3 meetings last night to the home office. And get ready for another night meeting tonight. A Tree Stump Of Anxiety

Well some of you may know this and some of you may not. My daughter has gone to live with my mother. I am not very happy about this and as a parent I miss her very much. This is a rather complicated thing and I’m not really sure what all to say about it all. Teens push their boundaries and test limits I know this so my daughter is closer to 16 now but is still 15. In August 1999 I joined the Army. I was stationed in Germany for 4 years and absolutely loved it. If I could live there, I would move in a heart beat. In 2000 I was deployed to Kosovo on a peace keeping mission for 7 months. I was in Belgium doing joint military training when the towers fell. In 2003 I was extended to stay in the Army for 4 months so they could deploy me to Iraq. In Iraq I saw 2 of my closest friends truck get blown up by a land mine. I thought they where dead, but they both walked away from the explosion. I was discharged from the Army with an Honorable discharge. After the military I met my "soon-2-be" Ex-wife. Good Morning. This is an old story but funny just the same. Well perhaps not funny to the Bank it happened to. One of Japan's top financial firms is struggling to limit enormous losses caused by one of its brokers. Mizuho Securities, the brokerage arm of Japan's second largest bank, says it will lose at least 220 million dollars because of a typing error. The advent of computerized share trading has opened up traditionally-exclusive stock markets, making them more accessible to ordinary investors and making the process of buying and selling shares much faster for professional brokers. Now Mizuho Securities in Japan has discovered that there's a down side to all this. So I was at another Starbucks for the second time in one day. This one had a poster on the message board about an Egyptian King Tut thing going on at the Franklin Institute in Philly. Day 2 (not Half Bad)
In talking with Roger this morning, we had come to the conclusion that starting out at 600 meter sprints may be a bit much, and in talking with Haganah, he had informed me of a very helpful squatting technique. Thank you both so much! Today I didn't sprint though. Instead, my (almost) 6 year old niece Emma, and I went for a jog to the store to buy her and her brother a candy. Recurring Dreams............
There are three dreams( I should actually call them nightmares), that I used to dream of a lot when I was younger. They were so frightening and vivid to me, that they almost seemed real when first waking up from having them.
