Thinking....
Last nite. I thought about alot of things. Mostly due to the rain. I love the rain. I would be outside playing in it if it wasnt too cold. I hate driving in it but I love the sound to it. The Weather
WOW~! the weather has changed here and I am feeling it. Yesterday my head was so stuffy and I sneezed so many times I lost count. I haven't felt that bad in years and I hated it. I spent most of Monday on the couch under a blanket. Today I feel some better. Now I just have a headache. BLAH~! Let me back up and tell you about my weekend. Saturday we had friends and family over to help us celebrate our new house. We had a blast~! Had a housefull at one time. Just being with friends was the best for me. I now know who truly loves me. I had my closest friends here from Greenwood which is an hour away. They drove over to see me. Some friends gave lame excuses and I know it. Oh, well...their loss~! Sunday was spent catching up on sleep. My sister brought my nephew over to stay with us Saturday while she went to a concert. So I was up till after midnight waiting on her. Well today is he first day of the trial for the accused murderer(s) of my husband! I am excited and scared all at the same time! I just want to see that Justice is served! YOU MUST KNOW *77 I knew about the red light on cars, but not the *77. It was about 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon, and Lauren was driving to visit a friend. An UNMARKED police car pulled up behind her and put his lights on. Lauren's parents have always told her never to pull over for an unmarked car on the side of the road, but rather to wait until they get to a gas station, etc Lauren had actually listened to her parents advice, and promptly called *77 on her cell phone to tell the police dispatcher that she would not pull over right away. She proceeded to tell the dispatcher that there was an unmarked police car with a flashing red light on his rooftop behind her. The Twins
Well today has been five years since i lost my first son. He has a twin brother that was born a week and a half after him. I miss them alot and think about them everyday. Lately alot of people have been asking me what happened. Well this is what happened. I got pregnant obviously. Me and my ex husband found out on August 18th. Happy Bday too me. Two days after my birthday anyways. So i went to the doctor and they did the ultrasound and they told us we were having twins. I looked at them like yah right u are crazy im not having twins, but yah i was. 19 and having twins.Pregnancy went really good until the day of October 20th,2002. I was at home and my water broke. I didn't think nothing of it at first. Went to the hospital and they said they were gonna transfer me to another hospital cause they thought my water broke. So they transfered me there. Day 1 + 2 At New Job

Anyone who has ever dressed a child will love this one! Did you hear about the teacher who was helping one of her primary students put on his boots? Even with her pulling, and him pushing, the little boots still didn't want to go on. Finally, when the second boot was on, she had worked up a sweat. Monday Went Well
With all the meetings I had yesterday I must say that the report I had to make to the city council here was the best. All I had to do was stand before the mayor and city council and read this report I prepared on what was happening with my organization and how it was impacting the city in a positive manner. As I finished the audience in attendance as well as the city council applauded. It felt good. Now I have another meeting to attend this morning at 8 am at a restaurant and another one immediately after that at an attorney office to plan another meeting for January... it never ends.

Shaylon's 5th Surgery
Prayers for my Grandson Shaylon Hi all, I usually don't ask anything of anybody. I'm asking now that you all keep my 3 year old grandson in your prayers as he's having his 8th surgery Tuesday, April 14.2009. I know as he gets older they get rougher for him and me. He was born with a cleft plate and lip and his having surgery to try and close up the rest of the roof of his mouth. Which they have tried to do 4 previous times. He had first surgery at 2 months old to pull lip together some. Made a tremendous difference. At 5 months they closed up alot of the roof of his mouth. Which didn't make much difference in outter appearance, but helped with alot with his eating and not as much coming out nose. At 9 months they did more work on lip and nose. He's looking grand. He Died Fighting For Our Country
Sgt. Nick Vaughan of Northeast Pennsylvania, left the US Oct 14 2007. He had volunteered his unit into Iraq from Kuwait a day early. The following day, there was not enough shelter for them all to get to safety. Nick got everyone there but him and one other guy (I am sorry I don't know his name). He saved 11 lives that night, including six 18 year old men. They were always his top priority. He died when a bullet struck his neck. If everyone could please say a prayer for Nicks family and his girlfriend, Ashley, who is one my closest friends. RIP Nick we will miss you. Good Morning and Happy Fall! Wooohoo fall is sticking it’s neck out there just far enough as if to say…I smell cold temperatures on the Horizon. Brrr that time of year for chili and soups. You know today on MSN’s little web site home page there are plenty of things to bash, I mean Parish Hilton is yet once more a topic of conversation for one writer, but more so many things just swirled around in my head on some of the head lines and feet lines (feet lines is a Marty Term for stinky stuff no one cares to see) that I found a little nugget hidden in the mix called. “COMFORT FOOD” oh yeah! It really infuriates me when people say - especially to your face - that you are something or that you do certain things in order to be something in particular which you would never wish to be. And they say this by just watching what I do and hearing what I say. She's Finally Gone
Sad day indeed. My favourite (and most reliable) colleague has left. Today is her last day *sigh* I feel quite sad but she's received a better job offer and I wish her the very best. Now, the rest of us are STILL stuck with our glorious leader! *sigh* What a day. Hope I never have another one like this again.

How Do You Say Goodbye To Someone Who Is Dying?
Today after work, I have to go with another friend of mine to basically say good bye to another friend. She is 54 yrs old and has a rare form of cancer that attacks many organs at the same time, it's just free floating in her body. She has 3 kids at home and a husband that loves her. She is a one in a million woman, but does that mean she really deserved a one in a million cancer? The friend that I am going with told her that she refuses to say good bye, that she isn't giving up on her yet. I can't keep myself together. How am I going to make it through work and then going to her house?? What am I supposed to say to her? What if I start to cry again? How do I walk out her front door and leave without breaking down in front of her?

Ok...so i've had a few good days since he's moved out. Getting some of my freedom back is awesome, but it comes with a price. Hard to believe that 12 months of hsrd work is about to come to a head. Starting this Thursday we host college mountain bike nationals. It has been quite a ride to be the race organizer for such an event. Lots of hard work, but my team looks strong, and I hope for the best for them as they will race their hearts out. Going to be muddy and wet for the weekend, but that is Southeat mountain biking at its best. Hello to all of my family and friends who have understood my busy times and not being on the site much. So, due in part to my ceaseless insomnia and search for distractions from the failure that is my life, I have developed the idea of the Fubar Passport. Knee Surgery.

How My Day Played Out..
So besides the whole fitzone thing I took care of a few things that I had been putting off for awhile.. including getting my insurance for my car, and my plates changed over from Hawaii to Michigan.. (goodbye rainbow plates) I also went to the bank..and spent what felt like YEARS in traffic! lol.. After all that was finally said and done, I went and picked up Cher and we went to a place in Livonia to get my hair cut because I haven't had it cut professionally in 5 years? .. soo.. Doing The Fitzone Thing
So I got up this morning at 7:55am, did some laundry, vacuumed and got ready to go to the Gym.. My appointment was at 9:30am and my dad was late getting here so I didn't get to walk to the gym. But I did get a very extensive work out with circuit training and did 40 minutes of cardio. Got my heart rate going really well so all in all I did just shy of 2 hours of working out. I really liked the woman that I worked with..she was very good at motivating me and helped me accomplish my goals today.. I am going again tomorrow morning and I'm probably going to do 60 minutes of cardio and double the amount on the circuit. Next week when my parents are back from Vegas I am going to start doing the 9:30am classes and then after that doing the circuit and then at least 3 times a week I am also going to go back again when my friend Heather starts watching Connor and doing a second class.. I am determined and I am going to do this!

Like a lot of folks in this state, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test with which I have no problem. What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to peoplewho don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare checkbecause I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on theirfeet. Ok,well recently I have a lot of night time on my hands.I've recently broke away from a brief but heavy on my heart relationship.We was together for about 9 months,, we acted great together when we had the time,,she was always quick to get a temper, I was anti confrontational .So I had enough,,I had to go,,I'm on my own now ,,she tries to make amends,,I just can't not ,especially how my moving came about. I walked into the department store just like another day, browsing through until something caught my attention. I was walking around when I suddenly realized I was in the lingerie department.I became immediately embarrassed for it was a small town and everybody knew everyones business. I quickly scanned the immediate area to see if anyone had noticed me and to my relief it appeared no one was around. After all it was quite late and the store wasn't going to be open much longer. A Posse Of Kids At My House....oh My!
Oh dear. I have been extremely tired all day long and for no apparent reason. Just feel like I could have slept all day. Sympathy pains for someone? Could be. LOL I was trying to clean my entry way floor. It seems to get quite dirty with 2 boys and all their boy friends! I got it clean and I have to sweep it first and then clean it by using my foot. Yes, it is talent. I can't do it on my knees because I can't put any pressure on my left knee cap. So I got the floor clean and I look out in my garage and there is a posse of teenagers out there! All boys and one girl. Ant the boys have walked into my house on my clean floor and now, it isn't looking so clean anymore. *cry cry* :( Our house seems to be the "place to be". They all hang out here it seems. I guess that is good. I would rather them be here so I can keep an eye or two on them! Just not liking the dirt that comes with them. First let me say that I am not posting updates to gain sympathy or points or anything else. There are two reasons for these posts: First, to update those who are my friends and are concerned. If you don't fall into that category then don't read them. Second, is to help me deal with things as they happen on a daily basis as I am so busy with my dad, and helping my step-mom, my grandmother, and being here for my son as well as working, I don't really have much of a chance to talk to anyone. Life, Health.....
Well, none of you really know me on here. So I thought that for those of you that would like a peek inside my life I would post this blog w/a couple things goin on in my life right now. I got my finalized divorce papers in the mail friday 10/19 and it was a little saddening, but not 2much. I had been through a lot w/this man the past 4years, including cheating and abuse so I am actually happy 2be free of that and know that if I really needed something he would be there 4me and his daughter. I am enjoying my life as a single mother and spending my days working long hours as a Sr Asst Mngr @a local loan company. This week (weds) I have a doctors appt. This appt is very important 2me. I found out that when I was pregnant w/my daughter that I had cervical cancer...I was scared so I ignored my doctor and went almost a year after she was born w/out thinking about it. Well, I finally got brave enuff 2have the surgery and found out that I was again 4mths pregnant...due 2the surgery I was not

I'm Still Treated Like Kid
Do any of you still feel treated like a kid by one of your parents?
