Salmon Salad Sammiches!
I made this for my office hubby this weekend. It's really cheap and easy to make, plus it's a yummy variation on your run of the mill tuna salad sammich. 3 packets of Chicken of the Sea salmon (you could also use about 2 cups canned, but canned salmon is gross) 2 tbs mayo 2 scallions, chopped salt 1 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon zest of one lemon 1 tsp dijon (I used a spicy Russian mustard for extra kick, cause I'm a rebel) 8 slices bread (I used garlic foccacia) Salad greens Mix together the mayo, lemon zest, tarragon, and mustard. Then mix that with the scallions, salmon, and salt. Put on bread. Slap on some salad greens. Put on second slice. Eat!

Amsterdam to cut brothels by half Dutch authorities have revealed details of their plans to clean up Amsterdam's famous red light district. I now know, that the test that is used to determine true friendship is the one where your life is going to hell in a hand basket and you could probly use someone to be empathetic and at least play like they care.... but as nature would have it one of two things happens: 1. everyone hits the road because they don't need, want nor care to be a part of your life as long as you are no longer the life of the party or 2. My Week In Review
So i've been sick with cough/congestion/difficulty breathing/fever etc since before thanksgiving and well i finally broke down and went to the ER since I can't afford insurance and therefore can't go to a regular doctor like a normal person... Turns out I have Chronic Bronchitis... Came home with Pain Meds 2 inhalers Oral Steroids Antibiotics and the ER Dr's instructions to find a regular Dr. and get a referral to a lung specialist... They took a chest xray...guessing it came out clean...not sure though the paperwork says 24-48 hours for an xray to be read properly... From the way the Dr was talking last night I could very well be on the inhalers for like...ever...which if its the Ventolin HFA inhaler I can work with that its a 9.00 Rx at Wal-Mart...the other one...is 160.00....which while it would help me breathe and keep me alive would kill me financially... So as many of you know I have not been feeling well. Where the fuck do I start? I was up when the Spotlight spot rolled over last night and then immediately went up to 37 million.
