Very Sore Today
I had my first Radio Frequency shot this morning. I had gone through the series of the facet steroid injections, and now these for my lower back. They did the right side and I will have to go back and they will do the left. These are supposed to last for 6 months, so I will have to get these twice a year from now on... :-( My back is real sore today and it is supposed to get worse before it gets better... uuugggggg.... It's sore now, but it is still numb so I know it will be worse tonight and tomorrow....My doctor said today that it could get worse for 14 days before it gets better... I sure hope not.... They didn't sedate me as much today because they needed me to talk to them during the procedure and I felt it!!! I've Been So Bored Lately
I'm trying to keep myself from boredom by browsing and referring and whatnot. I've been getting some comments now and then to cheer me up so, yay!!! Also, I still havent quite increased my level. I got to see my cousin zackary today (whom i haven't seen in months) hes the kid that was in all my new pics today. hes such a happy bright little child and his mother would be so proud!!!! November 17th, my family and i are having a barbeque in her honor (the 1 year annerversary of her death). It's gonna be so specail. 6 oz semisweet (or "dark" chocolate 1/3 cup extra strong hot coffee 4 large eggs, separated 3 TBSP sweet Pesach wine, Pesach Liqueur, orange juice or raspberry syrup 3 TBSP sugar Put the chocolate and instant coffee in food processor fitted with steel blade, or a blender, and process for a few seconds until chocolate is finely chopped. I know... it is the 12th already, but because I was working on the 11th, I missed this...and thought I would share it with you all just in case anyone missed it!! My own father went to VietNam when I was in 2nd Grade. Well here I sit reading blogs about how people are spending their Thanksgivings and where they are going or not going and a thought occurs to me that maybe I should share what I'm doing. The holidays have become a little different for me now that my parents have died. Ingredients: * CREAM CHEESE FILLING(recipe follows) * 1 package (about 18.5 oz.) banana cake mix * 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts * 2 tablespoons sugar Directions: 1. I can't believe it. I heard about a wreck on Sunday that killed a woman and her 2 kids. I found out this morning it was my best friend's nephews and ex-sister n law. Those babies were 8 and 2. Dusy just a month older than my little girl. We (me, my best friend, her sis n law) were all pregnant together. I cant beleive those beautiful boys are gone. I'm so sad. I've cried all morning for their loss. Ingredients: * PASTRY CRUST(recipe follows) * 3 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened * 3/4 cup sugar * 1 package (10 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries in syrup, thawed * 2/3 cup all-purpose flour * 3 eggs * 1 teaspoon strawberry extract * 4 to 5 drops red food color(optional) * 1 cup HERSHEY'S MINI CHIPS Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips * Sweetened whipped cream(optional) * Fresh strawberries(optional) Directions: 1. Prepare PASTRY CRUST. Heat oven to 350°F. 2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until smooth. Puree strawberries with syrup in food processor or blender; add to cream cheese mixture. Hello every. I thought I would tell everyone about life in Iraq. Not sure if anyone would be interested in how we live or anything. The Long Journey Home

My Switch
In my mind, there is this unassuming looking little switch, like you would see in a fuse box. It is labeled 'done with you'.
