Weekend
Not much going on today. I have this weekend off which is cool. I feel like I'm going to get a cold cause my thoat is feeling sore. I get a text message from my ex telling me to stop having my friends text and call his house. I don't even have his number and more and I never gave it out. I texted him back saying I don't have his number and didn't give it out so stop blaming me for shit. He then tells me to stop texting me..I was like you stop texting me and lose my number now!. He is such a dumbass and thinks everyone wants him. He needs to grow up and act his age. He's 24 and acts like a 15 year old. But he does hang out with 15-18 year olds so I know why he acts that way, so sad.

The Fire Service
I just want to try and let everyone know a little about the fire service. This is said for both paid and volunteers. ================================================= You all know that we are running in as others are running out. You all know we get out of bed in the middle of the night. No matter what the weather is. Let me try and tell you something you may not know. You see the fire service works as a family. We are all brothers and sisters. Even though we may not know each other. We must depend on our brothers and sister in the event they we get trapped or are falling through a whole in the floor. Now we may not get along and maybe even hate some of our brothers or sisters. We must work togther at times like this. We must put our trust in them even if we do not know them. Relocating A Ham Sandwich?

Bravo's Even Scarier Movie Moments
I love the month of October and Halloween!!! Jes because of all the scary movies on the tube! What Is Wrong With Children Today!
I just received an instant message from a good friend of mine telling me about how her children are doing in school. One made the A-B Honor roll and is asked to be in Beta Club. The other almost got on the honor roll but recieved 1 C. Before I get rolling here, let me say I AM VERY HAPPY that her kids are doing well. I LOVE to see kids do well in school. My First Tattoo...

Astounding
Yesterday when I was at work, (I work at subway here in the lovely city of Huntsville, AL) a customer orders the Friday value meal special. It was tuna on a 6 inch sub, bread of their choice, with chips and drink, when she asked if the tuna was fresh. Me being, well, me, blinked and had a stupified moment. I had this look of confusion on my face apparently and so she explained about how the tuna had tasted fishy and whatnot. 'Fishy? You're complaining about tuna tasting fishy?' This was running in my head and I dare not say it aloud for I would have lost my job. 'Tuna is suppose to taste fishy, you twit!' This, too, was rambling along inside my head. Same Movie, Different Theaters
Being in a long distance relationship is hard, but I've found that if you put the time and effort into it, it can be more than worth it. I live in WI and my man is in WA and both of us are huge movie fans so when we feel like doing something special together (despite the miles between), we'll grab our cell phones and go to a movie. Fandango.com is great because we can coordinate it so we are watching the same movie at the same time (time difference and all) and then call each other right afterwards to talk about it. Last Night. Real Quick
Sooo I have to leave for work in about 18 minutes but I just felt like writing this blog because I was too tired to do it last night. I went to the local haunted amusement park with some friends last night. It was really awesome. We got to ride all the roller coasters and the other good rides they had open, but we only got to do 3 out of the 6 haunted houses because the lines were all like 45 minute waits. It was ok though because the whole park had "scary" music playing, fog machines, red, black, green lighting, and "monsters" and what not walking around the park to scare you anyway. They really do a great job with the decorations and everyting. It was really fun, despite the fact that it was about 40-45 degrees out. I didn't get home until almost 1 a.m. and now I gotta go to work from 10:30-6, BLAH! It's 9:44 a.m. right now. I'm almost ready for work but I really don't want to go. Bad Day Box I live in Boston and my boyfriend goes to school in North Carolina, so I wanted to send him a little something that he'd never think of getting from me. I went to a craft store and bought a small wooden box ($1) that looked like a little treasure chest. I painted it his favorite color and wrote on top "Jonathan's Bad Day Box". The Cabin At Montana Creek
When I heard there was a cabin I could go to in Alaska that the family owned I had this vision of log cabin with the smoke rising into the early afernoon sky,snow drifts resting against the exterior walls. You know the kind of picture Kinkade would do or Rockwell. What I found was this plywood shack staring at me with the look of a abandoned child hoping that someone would at last love it. I loved the place at first sight and thought well it is here at least. This can be fixed. Summers are short here and as I tell my best friend "we are burning daylight lets get to it". Between my brother and friends we got the place livable in a summer and actually spent some winter nights there that would freeze the nuts off a brass monkey. The next cabin will be built for a lifetime this one lasted but a season in our lives but it was a hell of a good time!!

Heavy Heart
This entry has nothing to do with someone passing away, so please don't get the wrong idea. This has more to do with being happy for a friend. Someone I have been very close to. Someone I have come to realize meant more to me than I ever let on. My sadness is for the joy I feel for her, and I know that this may not make any since. I am not going to mention names, because its my lose, that I let a wonderful person slip through my arm's. I will always be her friend, someone she can come to when help is needed, or there is trouble in her life. I Can Break Things Anywhere Lol
Looks like i broke a router across the ocean LOL Well i don't think its broke, just maybe while changing the address, I pointed it to one address and we think its another. Awake Again.
All I want is to be able to close my eyes and drift silently into sleep. I just want to be able to sleep without forcing my body to it's extreme boundaries. I got my own little fishing boat and tried to get my wife to join me, but she just never liked fishing. Update Of My Lump
I went to see my surgeon regarding the lump in my breast. He informed me it wasn't cancerous. I also had him look at a knot i had in my lower stomach that was extremely painful (about the size of a golfball) He told me that it was caused by my c-section where something fell off my uterus and started growing there. I'm having surgery to get this removed November 17th. I am also haveing a biopsy on the lump in my breast on the 30th of this month to see if it needs to be removed. if so i'll have that surgery the same day i'm having the one on my stomach. My Feelings

Where Have I Been?????
This last few weeks have been terrible. My dad was working on my house putting tin roof and to make long story short he got the cord to a drill wrapped around his pinky finger and almost tore it off. We had to take him to the Hospital and the sent him to Lexington (which is suppose to be better) and they made him sit in waiting area for 6 hours with a finger hanging by flesh. They placed bones back in socket and stitched him up and told him to come back the next day to see a surgeon which we thought we was going then to do. so the next day I loaded him up and took him to the Va hospital since he is a veteran and the fixed him up its been 2 weeks he goes back Tuesday but they said he could still loose feeling and use of that finger since the ligaments was all that held it together was lucky he didnt loose it. The Worst Day Ever!

Is This Gonna Work?
Okay, now my doctor puts me on a low dose medication to take once a day. It is called Fluoxetine and it has only 20mg per capsule. So I'm gonna take it for about a month to see how I react to everything that is wrong with me. If it does, then I will stick with it. If not, then my doctor will give me a higher dose or another method. But no matter, I want to try this so that things will get better as days go by.

Week 2
I'ver survived week 2 of treatment. God I don't know what is worst. The constant pain I live with or the chemo which is more then unbearable. Modern medicine I tell ya. I don't know about it somedays. Somedays I wonder. I thank god I'm canadian tho as I was prescribe some Marijuana for the pain. Thank God. Its helping some but... I due time I hope the pain will finally leave. I would love to live a day of my life without pain. I can't recall the last time that occured. In due time I will lose my hair again. Good part of that its all hair I don't have to shave for awhile but I'd really like to keep what I do have on my head. *LOL* I'm feeling somewhat weak and tired most of the time now. I'm finding it hard to do the everyday thing such as cooking, cleanning, etc... Not all bad *LOL* Ok for now I'm getting tired its time to lie down. I'm feeling light headed and weak.

Charities/foundation Month
What a week its been... This week I have been involver in the Canteen bandana week (which is set up to support teenagers who are affected or have been afftected by cancer) and its been hectic doing a week of fundraising and selling bandanas. This come on top of the Pink Ribbon month (which raises awareness about breast cancer (protect those boobies!!)) Its alway strange thing when the two main foundations that I support have thier appeals and fundraisers in the same month... but oh well I cope.

Clothing Optional
I don't know if anyone else here works in a hotel, but I thought I should inform everyone about a certain activity that seems to occur in the hotel that I work in. People seem to think that once they come to a hotel then they dont have to wear clothes. Since I took over the breakfast shift in the restaurant (this included delivering room service in the morning too) there have been many occasions that I have been delievering meals to rooms and have been greeted at the door by people in various stages of undress, and on three occasions they were naked. I don't know about you but at 7am in the morning this can be quite a shock to the system... especailly when its not a very nice sight (though there have been a couple of times I wish I could have stayed in the room for a couple of hours, if you know what I mean). Just thought I should let you know... your thoughts please...?

catching a train at like 9ish to bay shore tomorrow so i can photograph the parade and the game. Then i believe i'm hanging out with Kat and afterwards... i might just go back to FIT. Bay Shore pretty much- sucks... plus my parents barely like me being home anyway because they're paying for me to go to college and live there, not at home... so i dont really have incentive to go back- except there just isnt anything to do here! i barely have any friends at college and truthfully its only a small step above Bay Shore in the 'drama' scene... i cant stand it. im not sure exactly when everything in life started to suck- i feel like it was only the other day everyone was hanging out in dorm rooms and bullshitting with one another, discussing Dante' and telling secrets to complete strangers, eating dinner togeather every night and never spending a day by yourself.... too many things in my life keep changing, i truthfully hope they are all for the better... i'm actually bothered enough by thi
