Well I guess that pretty much sums it up. A friend called me up and said she started this site for me. I was irritated at first. But D A M N ! ! ! ! THIS IS A BLAST ! ! ! We absolutely have a choice, the choices we make and the instructional merits in which we proceed into are only certain factors of life. Story Time
The drapes flap in the wind entering the room via the open window. There soft ruffle awake you. A look to the clock reveals the time about 1:30. What Worked For Me
What Worked For Me I was a heavy smoker for 30 years. I tried and failed to quit close to a dozen times. Most of my attempts were cold turkey, but I also tried hypnosis, accupucture, nicotine gum, cutting back gradually, smoking cigars instead of cigarettes etc and various behavioral programs and therapies. .In the end it was Smokenders along with the nicotine patch that did it for me. I haven't had a cigarette since the year 2000. I have no cravings and no desire to smoke. I don't miss it and wouldn't go back to it for anything. Believe me, if I can do it anybody can. Different things work for different people and some people have a harder time quitting than others. I Am A Quitter!
On sunday I decided to quit smoking. Since then I have had 4 nicotine patches, 4 pills of wellbutrin, and 1 ciggarette. I knew it was going to be hard to quit, but for some reason I decided to anyway. I think that quitting smoking is one of the most challenging things that I have ever had to do in my whole life. I work in a hospital so people are constantly preaching to me the benefits of quitting and how bad smoking is for you. I get tired of it sometimes. This time I am determined to quit. I have tried to use the patch before but it never worked. The weekday was always pretty easy. As long as I didn’t change out of my scrubs during lunch, and kept busy after work it was easy. On the weekends is when it got tough. I remember the first weekend on the patch, I almost lost my mind. Insane Weekend!
I'm recovering from Warped Tour today hahaha. Even with 3 applications of sunblock, I'm burnt beyond belief. :p On the plus side I managed to get my crazy little self on the barricade for Every Time I Die. Ruby had talked to Keith before they went on to see if we could get a dedication when they played our favorite song... and he did it. :D Then he ran over to our side about 3 or 4 times during the song, screaming the words in my face basically and I screamed them right back. Of course we also got to spend some time talking to him. I love Keith, he rules. I FINALLY got to see the Devil Wears Prada. It only took 6 tries but i got it done... on the barricade. lol. I had too. Got to meet them afterwards too. they are adorable and a bunch of nice boys. Especially James, I wanted to bottle him up and take him back with me when i go home. LOVED HIM. :) But yeah... fun times.

Can I Borrow Someone's Shower? Please? :d
Hot water is off at my house until i get the money to turn it back on, so i was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to let me shower at their house? In today's Local section of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, there was an article on the lower part of the front page. As a history buff (ok, junkie), I took GREAT interest in the content of this article. I won't say I'm sorry for what I said, because I meant it and it's the truth. Levelers are not getting any return on levelups and I was making a point. That point, for now, has been made. Kicking & Screaming
Plot Summary: Phil Weston (Will Ferrell) has been unathletic his entire life. In college he failed at every sport that he tried out for. It looks like his 10-year old son, Sam (Dylan McLaughlin), is following in his footsteps. Sam is riding the bench on the best soccer team in the league, which just happens to be coached by Phil's father, Buck (Robert Duvall). Buck has been competitive his whole life and winning is everything to him. Buck trades Sam to the last place Tigers team. The coach of the Tigers quits, and Phil becomes the new coach, even though he has never coached in his life. Phil gets a neighbor, Mike Ditka of the Chicago Bears, to help him coach. Mike recruits two Italian soccer kids to the Tigers. The Tigers start winning, and they get to play in the championship game against Buck's team. My Comments: I am not a Will Ferrell fan at all. Luckily I didn't hate him in this movie. Had a few funny parts but it was really predictable. Rating: 3/10

I had been hoping he had resolved himself to the fact that i was not allowing him to enlist early and he would have to wait until graduation to decide on his own. Please Help I Dont Know What To Do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So about 9am my mom called and woke me up to tell me that Blue Boy had got out and got in a fight with 2 dogs and has some good size cuts on his face. So i went over there and checked it out and the cuts will heal but we dont know what to do to keep this from happening again. The Services
Yesterday was Robin's funeral service. It was very good. Several friends and family members were able to make it in from all over. After the services we all took the girls to the Incredible Pizza Place(kind of like Chuck-E-Cheeses) and spent almost five hours playing video games. I have never seen so many adults having so much fun watching two kids play ski ball and countless other games as I did. It really helped them out a lot. They are taking it all fairly well, and I'm grateful for the support system they have around them. I know our babies are going to have plenty of people to help keep their mothers spirit alive.

Sleep was impossible last night, as in most nights. When it seems impossible to achieve sleep it shows mercy or may be it just got board and then rest becomes reality. As demons of past subside and as i drift off i realized that i have a song in my head from Bruce Springsteen. have you ever felt one way, then a day later, just feel like nothing exists anymore? Pain is a word that people dont know until they feel it. Pain is what keeps us going, or shuts us down. Ive been through so much of it, i honestly dont know how much more i can take. It seems like the only way to escape it, is to just not exist at all. How can someone erase themselfs from life. Even with death we are still rememberd, so that is away that will not happen. Anyway, it seems as if pain is the only feeling we can have when dealing with life. Amidst all the gloom and doom that is normal fodder for news media worldwide, I wonder if perhaps your readers might be interested in some GOOD news of a local nature. I arrived in San Marcos on July 3rd, Independence day from my long-time home of Jackson Mississippi. U.s.coast Guard!!!!
It is now 0221 (for those that dont understand Military time that is 2:21am) and beings there is nothing on TV, I popped in what is now my favorite movie after Full Metal Jacket, "The Guardian." Call me stupid, call me lame, but this movie gets me motivated (or as we say in the Corps, gets me hard!!). Before I saw this movie, I thought what everone else thought... I found a book which an individual wrote 125 years ago. I have to be extremely careful with it because the book I have is that old. It is full of interesting things. The author believed he was outlining the best ways to go about life and to look upon various things in life. He was a Christian and makes it obvious in his writings. I don't find that it makes his statements any less relevant to people who are not followers of this faith. It is my intention to present fragments of his writings in an effort to show the value I have found therein. They will be direct quotes though I often find that some of the references to people he makes are historical figures which don't deliver the impact to us that they once may have. I at times will leave out paragraphs or sentences because of this. My focus is on the message and I find that they distract from the message when you don't possess the knowledge to see the relevance. I will not alter the material otherwise.

My Grandpa Is In The Hospital !!!!!! Read Now Please!!!
Those of you that know my grandpa he is in the hospital today. My dad was at work and he hadnt called my dad all day so my dad when and checked on him and he had fallin in front of the door at the house. A fire truck showed up with 3 guys and they couldnt pick him up so an ambulance sawed up with 2 more and it took all 5 of them to pick him up to get him on the bed. They are keeping him i dont know for how long but I might have to move back home to help my dad out with my grandpa while hes at work oh man i will not have time for a life with him and my son wow . Here I sit in a hotel room hundreds of miles from home with nothing but my thoughts.I spent today at Asistencia Rehabilitation Center with my 93 yr old Grandmother watching her go from bad to worse b4 my eyes. 1 week ago they drained a quart of fluid from her lungs.....they believe it contained cancerous material but will not make a diagnosis because of her age. They say chemo at her age is unnecessary. Who are they to decide when her life should end. Tomorrow they xray again and Monday we find out if she will recover or if they medicate her and send her home with hospice. As i sat there and watched 4 generations bustle around the room it hit me....this one GREAT WOMAN is the glue that holds our extended family together....what happens when she is gone? She lived a long beautiful life and I believe she is readt to let go, why can't my family let go? I wish they would let her go in peace.......

So, I always thought my life would be picture perfect. You know....2.5 kids, fabulous career, married to obscenely wealth man, beautiful house with a white picket fence. Thanks To My Real Friends
To those who I consider friends on here, knew that today was my sister's funeral (or maybe if people read my blogs or mumms they would know as well). I want to thank the FEW (and I can count them on ONE hand) friends who actually hit me up and asked how it went and were genuinely thoughtful to me about it. For My Lounge
Ok here i go again i know that i have asked and asked many times that some one would please help me get my lounge going and so far there is no help,My lounge is called Guys and Girls night out, so what is it that i am not doing, i have no clue how to do one i have never was really taught how too and i know that there is ways to do it, but those i still don't understand the directions there sorry about that.

Sunday Updates
Sunday July 27th will be a no levelling day, because of the lack of happy hours. But there are many things you can do to show love to your fu family members. High School Reunion (mumm Story)
Me and a few friends were set to go to our high school reunion. It was me, DONNIE DEMONSEED, DARRICK, & TOMMY in one car and MAJIK, CHEF JAY, & BIG PAPI in another car. We didn't have STRUMMER ride with us because he always thinks he's THE BOSS.(plus he always got us LOST) LOL We were all together again like when we were in the breaking dancing club called STRENGTH BEYOND STRENGTH. Only SMACKER wasn't going to be there since he was in Rehab due to being hooked on an ANTIDEPRESSANT.(& he had the FLU) Just before we got there Tommy started to get ROADRAGE because a guy cut him off. NO ONE knew why since it wasn't a big deal. We all thought maybe cause of the SUMMER heat. We calmed him down and went to The ARKHAM hotel. This place was jumping !!! All the same girls were there. Im Sorry
I just finally realized what has been bothering me tonight... and duh i had to take in what has changed . I believe im just missing one of my good friends I used to work with like everyday. I would talk to her about anything and everything... (the only person i would). so I think that has taken some effect on me and I'm sorry for being a lil down lately.. just alot of things have been going on. Okay, new thought here, after doing this for a while this is kind of the Doctors pop quiz. After listening to the many variations of relationship woes, many lasting for years or short time, it is now quiz time. What do you really know about your b/f, g/f, fiancee, spouse, s/o? Dunno What The Funk?
Ever have that feeling you are in a good mood, and then you just feel blue all of a sudden with no reason or cause? You are in a funk, and there is not reason to feel this way and it gets your mind wandering about a lot of different things, and even the normal stuff that puts you in a good mood doesn't seem to work. Then as suddenly as it came on it is gone and your left thinking what the funk was that? Could last seconds, minutes hours or longer, but you never really know why, and for awhile you dwell on it then even that mystery is gone. Lost.

Chalk The Walk
Another year passes and so does another Chalk the Walk. I'm already looking forward to next year :D Ayden had a blast at the beach. He got to see family and we're probably gonna hang out at the beach again tomorrow. All in all it was fun though, my hands are rubbed pretty raw from sliding them on concrete most of the day, I've got an interesting collection of sunburns in places that are odd to feel, and Ayden and I only just got back 10 minutes ago (945) but it was great. My dad joked my piercings first words out of his mouth when he looked at me "fall into a tacklebox?" and he joked me throughout the day. It was wonderful seeing the family. As far as the chalk the walk went, I didn't know what I was drawing till this morning, but I actually finished it and I'm not bragging or anything but I think it turned out pretty badass. i went for the first time in 2 months i think. im going to start going on a regular basis because its fucking awesome and i like to dance my goofy little dance... and i guess you could qualify it as a good workout.the music scene in general just takes me away from everything well except when i hear a song i can totally relate too but even then its not bothersome.i didn't even mind going by myself haha but i wasn't by myself for the whole night it was fun though. i even have another new dress to wear next week hehehe. the drive by myself wasn't that bad either.so yeah im going again and again and again. well until the lack of sleep and working all day after dancing the night away catches up to me.or until my feet fall off from blisters or agonizing pain from dancing all night but i think i can get used to that too.the caffeine ride i was on sucked though. it took forever for me to go to sleep and i only slept a few minutes and had some really weird dreams and then i kept waking up cold

Won Ton Pies Also (empaquitos)
This is not exactly a recipe it's more of a technique I made little won ton pies. I used equal parts vegetable oil and peanut oil for frying. I just eyeballed it. I used one piece of apple in each wonton from canned apple pie filling using a spoon so that I got some of the sweet pie filling, I closed them off by wetting the edges, then fried them up over a hot flame. I sprinkled sugar and cinnamon over them while they were just out of the pan and tossed them to coat in a large bowl. and added more as I finished more and tossed again until finally I had the one large bowl of won ton pies. They could then be transferred to a serving dish. They would be really great dipped in a sweet yogurt type sauce or sour cream sauce with honey or something like that! this is something I think we might even have to have at the retreat. Boston Baked Beans
Soak overnight in cold water... 1 qt. navy or pea beans Simmer in same water until tender (2 to 3 hr.). Drain, and save liquor. Place in 2-qt. bean pot in layers... the drained cooked beans 1 lb. salt pork (scalded, rind scraped) 2 slices onion Combine... 1/3 cup molasses 2 tsp. salt 1/3 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Pour over beans. Add just enough bean liquor to cover beans. Cover pot. Bake. Remove cover last half of baking, draw pork to top, add a little boiling water if beans seem dry. Serve hot with steaming hot Brown Bread. Health
I had a shock yesterday morning . Besides having a slight seizure , I also may have suffered a slight stroke. The funny thing is I never felt either one of them come on. I know I had been feeling tired and worn out , but I just kept on a going ninety to nothing and not slowing down any , This slowed me down a little but not all the way as of yet. I am still a bit drained from both of them as I figured I would be. I know my health at times isn't the greatest, but I am trying to improve it . I have alot of friends who are watching out for me and I appreciate it .

Fill assorted containers with plain water or coloured water. Freeze the water. When frozen put the ice blocks into a PAPER BAG in the freezer so the container can be re-used.
