Wrapping Presents With A Cat
1. Clear large space on table for wrapping present. 2. Go to wardrobe and collect bag in which present is contained, and close door. 3. Open door and remove cat from wardrobe. 4. Well, I guess there is no hope for Lisa and me after all. Yesterday I got an Order of Protection that says I can't have any contact with Lisa at all. Japan's chief government spokesman has announced that unidentified flying objects (UFOs) exist. Saying Goodbye

Looking Back... 2007
Wow... where did the year go by? So many things have happened in 2007, whether they have been good or bad. Things happen for a reason and I regret nothing that has happened in the past year. It can only help me become more appreciative of things to come and much more wiser in my decisions. I have met a lot of great friends in 2007 (such as Bubbsie who's like a sister to me, my Nick Black... oh wait I met him towards the end of 2006) and I hope to meet many more in the new year. I was fortunate enough to have my cousin and his family move to Canada from the Philippines. He has been more like a brother that I never had (well me being the only child so that explains why I never had *tee hee*). My First Fubar Blog
So I'd rather my first fubar blog be about my drunken fun, but it's not. I'm feeling a little lost at the moment. I couldn't drink this year cuz I was so damn sick I couldn't get out of bed. Rather than cancel his plans with his whore, he taught my 5 year old how to work the microwave so HE could cook dinner. I couldn't argue with him, I tried. I tried walking in to the kitchen and fell. He didn't help me up. He said that's what I get for trying to argue. His family brought me meds and cookies and offered to help put the kids to bed. Shame somebody else had to take care of HIS responsibilities. I hate this. I hate her. I want to hate him. I need rum and some comfort sex.

Odd ... Disturbing ...
Last night I went to the mall with Chris. As we passed a group of guys one of them started yelling, "Hey you in the blue. Excuse me! HEY!" That's so not how to get my attention so i kept walking. Whilst we were outside smoking and having a conversation of epic proportions, I noticed this one kid standing directly across from us staring at me like he's never seen a girl before or something. Finally, sick of being stared at, i stared him back in the face and he smiled and dropped his cigarette. Me and Chris went back in after we were done smoking... and the kid went over to his gf but turned to stare at me as we walked by. Odd because I looked like hell last night. Disturbing because I hate being stared at/watched.

Computer Problem
I was having trouble with my computer. So I called Bob the computer guy, to come over. Bob clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem. He gave me a bill for a minimum service call. As he was walking away, I called after him, "So, what was wrong?" He replied, "It was an ID ten T error." I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, "An, ID ten T error? What's that, in case I need to fix it again?" The computer guy grinned.... "Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?" "No," I replied. Mental Mind
I know this is a horrible thought to have but sometimes while I'm doing something. Happened the other day when I was climbing up the loft ladder. The ladder wobbled a bit and it's above a flight of stairs so falling off would not end well. Anyways, this ladder wobbled and all the sudden this thought came up, what would I do if all the sudden I died in some terrible accident, who would tell everyone I met on here. Like I said, horrible thought I know, but then it's true. In one way it would be horrible to burden people with that info, in another way though if they were worried or were wondering where you are then they would know. Was a slow night at work. We only had 8 patients. There was me.. a PCA,, and 2 nurses on. I was just coming out from my supper.. at 10pm..when all of a sudden I hear the operator announce.. code brown! Most hospital staff consider that a poopy situation but its a code for a missing patient. The nurses couldn't leave the floor so the PCA went to go look. I just got to my desk and sat down..when the phone rang. As I picked up the phone..all of a sudden I felt somthing slide up my skirt. It was a hand! It was the missing patient. He was in his 40s. I tried to talk to the person on the phone..while this guy kept feeling me. What was I to do? The 2 nurses were in patients rooms..and I was at the desk alone. Maryland Fried Chicken
INGREDIENTS: * 1 chicken, 3 pounds * 1 cup bread crumbs * 2 tablespoons butter * 2 eggs, well beaten * 2 tablespoons water * 1/2 cup minced salt pork * salt and pepper PREPARATION: Cut chicken in pieces. In a wide, shallow bowl, combine beaten eggs, salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons water. Place the bread crumbs in another bowl or plastic bag. Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture then roll in bread crumbs. Fry salt pork in a heavy skillet until crisp and browned. chicken to the skillet; cook slowly until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with butter; cover and transfer to a preheated 325° oven. Bake until tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Prep Time: 25 min Total Time: 1 hr 10 min Makes: 16 servings 1 pkg. (2-layer size) devil's food cake mix 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, divided 3 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee, divided 1 Tbsp. hot water 1 container (7 oz.) In all my years of having boyfriends or being married I never did care to celebrate this holiday. It is was too commercialized. Why should it be just one day a year to show someone how much you love them and why do they put a price on it. Why Do We Do It?
Is it human nature to do the things we do? I mean we water and fertilize our lawn just to moan and groan cause we have to mow once or twice a week. We buid 60 story buildings on fault lines. Cars are made to reach speeds of 100+ miles per hour only to be driven on roads with 70 miles per hour limit which should be driven at 55 mph due to the poor maintanence. Do I Actually Deserve This??

I am often telling stories to friends about growing up and my family. Challah Back Girl
after recovering from the most vile non-fatal form of plague known to mankind, i had a day off work today in which i actually felt well enough to get off my arse and do something constructive. so, i made my first ever batch of challah. real from scratch, no box, no bread machine, hand-mixed, hand kneaded, hand-braided challah. 4 and a half hours and 34 steps later i am now the proud maker of two gorgeous, delicious double braided loaves of challah. one traditionally topped with poppy seeds and one with cinnamon sugar. yum! there is no more lovely smell than the smell of that stuff baking. and i didn’t catch anything on fire! :P i am so proud of myself it’s ridiculous. i even took pictures and emailed them off to israel so rabbi josh could see my handiwork. now, i am off to enjoy another slice of fabulous, fluffy, golden baked heaven. carbs be damned, i earned a little indulgence for all that effort.

So, tomorrow I have an interview with the state board of education for a grant to continue my education into a post graduate curriculum. I am due to graduate next year with a bachelors degree. My plan was to graduate, get my teaching certificate, then begin teaching at the local high school. I have a guaranteed position waiting for me. I am so excited about it. The problem is that if I receive this grant, I will be required to attend classes immediately after I graduate next year or lose the tuition. I am so done with school, but the thought of receiving a professorship intrigues me. But I am broke and need a job in the worst way. These grants only come around, in this area anyway, every few years and they only offer them to students that are currently attending school. And hardly any organizations offer scholorships for post graduate studies. I am so torn on what to do. =/ I need to decide before tomorrow.

The Great Steamboat Race
The Kentucky Derby Festival is pleased to announce some special activities in 2008 to celebrate what could be the Delta Queen’s last year to take part in the Kentucky Derby Festival Great Steamboat Race. The Delta Queen, based out of the port of Cincinnati, is in jeopardy of losing its exemption to make overnight passenger cruises and thus would not be able to participate in future Great Steamboat Races unless another exemption is granted by this November. So here I am, new to this fubar, running around with scissors would make as much sense to me right now. I am exploring this new world with wide eyed amazement, not really knowing why I am even here. So what is with the little pieces of paper with the addresses on? Is that a cult thing? Do I have to sacrifice 2 virgins a goat and stick a piece of loose leaf on my forehead with some strange fubar biblical page address? Will dancing naked in a circle of trees be necessary? Okay people......... I need help...... Please..... If u talk to me quite a bit, u know some about me hopefully. I've been having some personal issues and I just can't seem to get back into the swing of things........... I need to get back into working out. I have 35 lbs left to lose and I really want to do it by July but I just can't seem to get into it again. I want to but I guess I just feel so down on myself. It really hurts..... I hate the word depressed but that's almost what I want to use about my moods. I guess it is partially because I feel like I am not really desirable in r/l. I'm 5'4" and weigh between 165-170lbs.
