The Wonders Of Me.

Hoagie/dip Sandwich
In a small pan melt some butter add onions Italian Seasoning, some rosemary leaves, then add about a tablespoon of tomato paste and some beef broth and bring to a low boil. I like to use Roast Beef and some Ham. Put the meat in the sause you just made and let it warm thru. While that is going on toast your hoagie bun, when you get it to the darkness of your taste add some garlic, and shreadded Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago cheese let it start to melt. Then go get the meat and place it on the buns and top with some Provolone and melt that. Use the extra sause for dipping your sannie in.....yummy yummy yummy.

Pizza Fondue....kids Love This
Pizza Fondue 2 T. butter 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 2 (10 1/2 oz., ea.) or 3 (8 oz. ea.) cans pizza sauce 1 T. cornstarch 1 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds 1 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 10 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese Cubed French bread In large heavy skillet or fondue pot, melt butter; add beef and onions and cook until browned. Pour off excess fat and discard. Reduce heat and add pizza sauce, cornstarch, fennel seeds, oregano and garlic powder; stir until thickened. Add cheeses and simmer, stirring frequently, 10 minutes. Serve with French bread cubes. Makes about 1 Quart fondue.

Just when I thought things were going bad, things have gotten better. It's amazing what happens when someone talks to you and lets you know what is going on. Classic Meatloaf
Serves 6 1 1/2lb lean ground beef 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 pouch O.G. French Onion Soup mix 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tbsp steak sauce 1.
