So, I am sort of disappointed. Only 3 people have congratulated me on my new position at work. Easy Crockpot Stuffed Bell Peppers
Ingredients 6 green peppers washed, topped and seeded 1 Tbs. shortening (i.e. Crisco) 1 1/2 - 2 lb. ground beef 1 C. cooked rice 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper dash of basil 1/2 C. ketchup 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce w/ or w/o seasoning Directions Heat shortening in skillet and brown beef. Combine meat and next 6 ingredients. Stuff bell peppers. Arrange bell peppers in large crock pot. Can be stacked. Pour tomato sauce over peppers. Cooker on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. ...somewhere between getting out of my car and punching out to leave class, I lost my damn keys today. Let me just tell you how stressed and crazed I was. Not only because I lost my keys but because of the horrid neighborhood I would have to leave my car in. My school's in the ghetto and cars are constantly getting broken into. So I was flippin the hell out. I searched and searched. Tore my bags apart, looked in cabinets...even the damn trash cans. Friends offered to take me home but I didn't wanna leave my car! Finally, the security guard walked by and I asked him if anyone had turned in some keys? He said "What do they look like?" I described them and before I could finish, took them out of his pocket! Well It Was Tough
It was a tough game for England, but they are through to the world cup rugby union final! I lost interest in the game a few years ago and its only this world cup that has got me interested again, but I doubt if I'll follow any team that much once its all over. Drag Racing !!!!!!
OMG! This past week-end I got to go out to Ennis to watch the Drag Races. I have always watched them on TV and enjoyed it .... BUT I swear watching it in person is orgasmic. I am so stuck and in LUV. I can't wait to go back. I had never been to see live racing and I am hooked for life now. The sounds are wonderful, the smell is so awesome, and the feel as the cars go by gives you goose bumps and makes you shiver. We stood at the fence for the 2nd part of the races. It was even better - you can feel the heat from the cars & the ground move, and the smell hits you sooner ... AWESOME. Like I said in LUV !!!!! New Job
Hello everyone. I started a new job at a sugar beet factory in Northwest Minnesota. I'm working as a process technician at Crystal Sugar. I'm starting out as a general labor person but I will be trained in four different areas within the first 45 days. Soon I can bid on new jobs and I will be able to advance within the company. (((Up until the point where I say its a couple days later, I had written an off-liner. This one is really long because of that. Roast Turkey with Sausage Stuffing Prep Time: 15 min Total Time: 3 hr 30 min Makes: 16 servings 1 frozen whole turkey (10 lb.), thawed 1 lb. pork sausage 1-1/2 cups hot water 2 pkg. So here we are approaching christmas rather rapidly.. So many changes have been undergoing in my direction, im slightly bummed about not putting up a tree this year, but unfortunately because this past years been so rough on me, Im making the best of the situations. The band he is in, Requiem, is opening for the weekend at The Warehouse in LaCrosse! This is their first official "gig". I will play limo for the budding rockstar and his girlfriend, lol. I'm also hauling some amps, etc. So I'll be there nice and early - yeah, I'm with the band, lmao!! They are scheduled to start playing at 6:10 p.m. - such an odd time! As we look at death we have to look at the possibilities, is it the beginning or the end. Well to answer this question we have to look in our own self’s, which is what we believe. To me death is part of life, what I mean is you can’t have one without the other. Do we fear death? The answer to that in most people is yes. But why should we fear it. The Bone Yard
If there is one thing that seems to be a constant with me it is that I always seem to dream up some of my most twisted escapes while reeling in the fits or chaos or bleakest depression. And it was true again today when I recieved an e mail from my good friends SERPENT in Sweden. For those not in the know, SERPENT is one of the wickedest death and doom metal bands in Sweden and we have worked closely together for many years with them providing music for many of my extreme escapes and me in turn producing vidoes of said escapes and giving wide exposure to SERPENT's amazing tunes. Thursday, December 6th

Fried Oysters Wrapped In Bacon
2 servings 12 ea FRESH, SHUCKED OYSTERS (IN A 1/4 c OYSTER LIQUOR (FROM JAR) 1 ea BAY LEAF 1 ts WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE 4 ea SLICES (1/2 OZ. EACH) LEAN, 1/2 c UNBLEACHED WHITE FLOUR (IN A 2 ea EGGS (BEATEN IN A SMALL BOWL 1 c BREAD CRUMBS 2 c OIL (FOR FRYING) 12 ea TOOTHPICKS (FOR WRAPPING BAC In a 1 quart saucepan, on a medium flame, poach oysters in oyster liquor with bay leaf and Worchestershire (about 2 minutes, until the edges of the oysters curl). Remove oysters from liquor and set aside. Discard liquor. Cut bacon strips in thirds. Wrap each oyster with bacon and fasten with a toothpick. Roll in flour, dip in eggs, and then roll in bread crumbs. Heat oil in a 9 inch skillet. When oil smokes, reduce heat and fry oysters for 5 minutes. Drain on paper bag and serve immediately.

Breakfast Casserole
8 Eggs 2 1/2 C Milk 3 C Bread Cubes 1 Tsp Dry Mustard 2 Lb Bulk Sausage Or Cubed Ham 1 Lb Cheddar Cheese -- grated 1/2 Lb Fresh Mushrooms Brown sausage in fry pan; drain off fat. Set aside. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, mustard and bread. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in 3/4 of the cheese. Add the cooked/drained sausage. Mix well. Pour into 9x13 casserole. Slice the mushrooms and arrange on top. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top, bake @ 350 for 45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

My Son.........................

Is it really too hard to ask to do something to show support to our troops. There are many, many, MANY sites out there today online that can point you into the direction to send cards and care packages even voice mail to our troops overseas. Regardless what you think about the war and you many not support our troops either, but I don't think it is too much to ask of anyone to send them a little something while they're so far from home. It really does amaze me at how many people are so against our troops. They do not get a choice where to go and what war to fight in, although they do sign up in a time of war and the possibilities of going to war are pretty much set in stone. Forgetting The Past.
How does one forget a time so happy and wonderful, that the dreams of my remaining future life, this one time, would come true? I let my guard down this once because I really felt he was different. I thought I could see his soul as he would look at me, it was a beautiful and warm place to live in those good times. Did I ruin this or did he? Each of us have reasons but what really happened? A stretched brachial plexus nerve from a severe car accident caused my fingers on my left hand to be paralyzed. I played bass guitar for 13 years at the time of my accident and just ordered my first 6 string bass online which came in while I was still in intensive care. Doctors told me that I may never play the bass again and that put me in a downward tailspin real fast. A friend of mine had a dream of me playing with the bass in my lap and wearing a slide on one of my fingers. I immediately went to Norman Music and picked up a slide for my pinky finger. I started teaching myself to play again and it sounded like crap.

Bad Start To The New Year
2008 has not had a good start with me. Went into work yesterday, a 45-minute drive, not realizing it was only the 2nd and I still had the day off. So I got there and turned right back around. And then halfway home on the highway someone tried to pass a truck on the right and pulled right into my car. Guess I was in his blindspot, but it still took a half hour to wait for the police and get that all straightened out. Now I have no mirror on the driver's side. Don't realize 'till it's gone how much you use it. The last couple weeks my supervisor at respite and I have been trying to rearrange my schedule because my classes changed, and both have different starting dates. We finally got it, and then one class was canceled. Now today my adviser called and added me into another class. Unfortunately it completely conflicts with my new schedule at respite. At least I don't need to work the preschool around my classes, but it's a pain in the neck to have to change my schedule every semester.

Kid Rock...rock And Roll Jesus
Let me start this out by saying I didn't want to like this cd. Kid Rock's stuff has been so schito lately, I wasn't sure what I was going to get, but I love the song "So Hot" and the cd was ten bucks, so i figured why not. And boy was I surprised when I put it in, because it is a solid cd thru and thru. He finally got the right mix of rock, metal, and country, to where you don't want to scram at him "JUST PICK ONE". But there's six solid songs out of thirteen in my book, and the other seven aren't bad at all. There's just one that I don't really care for, but that's not to bad. I don't want to call this a comeback cd, but it soes sound great. His band is stellar as usual, and his vocals are his vocals. Production is good, with just enough bragging so you don't take him too serious. I like it, and I'll give him 8 ho's out of 10

Letting Go Of Pain
Appearances are very deceiving some times. It's amazing how I am my own worst enemy. I have well, for most of my life felt trapped. Fighting things inside of myself. Out of control, hurt. I literally have felt like hands were being put over my mouth while I try to scream for help and let me out. Watching the world go by as I slip into a deep abyss of pain and darkness. I am waking up from a life time of feeling so lost and trapped. It's so hard. I get so scared but keep my focus. I am in therapy that is helping me with my meditation amongst many other things. I have also reached out to criminal services to take care of what I need to do to protect myself. I haven't taken much time for myself for the most part of my life. It's taken me a very long time to admit at how hurt I've been by my ex. I have to let this go and am finally learning how. I have had am interesting life to date as those of you who know me know, but today it seems differently happy.
